Great location to everything, the staff are very patient and helpful. Clean, spacious, and the best sky light for the city. Perfect for on the go travelling and a quiet rest in the heart of everything, you also can't hear the other guests, great for light sleepers.

The experience was amazing 😻 as the hotel was absolutely in the centre of the city Dijon, We could roam around late ⏰ because no need to worry going far and started early in the morning again to explore Ps- there was small cute antique market right below the hotel and super. It was!

Extremely difficult to get to the hotel as is located in the very centre of town and have lot of barriers that block you from incoming, bad if You have lot of bags. The room was nice and tidy, breakfast expensive and with few options. The WC in the bathroom is a nightmare at night as they have the same vacuum system as on the planes so You can hear the rest of the hotel flushing all night long.

The name of the hotel and the signs don't really match, so I was not sure we were at the right hotel when we got there. Something that led us to almost leave when the man at the front desk said there was no reservation under my name. I have 2 sirnames and sometimes this can be confusing, however since the guy had my passport I figured he should be able to look at it and search for both names before scaring a tierd family at the door... But people make mistakes, so no biggie. However, for those of you reading this, a not so pro tip is to check all the names in a persons passport before saying there is no reservation... The room was spacious, the beds were pretty decent, the location right in the center yet quiet and suree, there were plenty of electricity outlets, so far so good... However, pretty much all the fixtures in the room felt like it would fall apart if we got to close, so the room was in need of some TLC. I'm not very tall, but I found it troublesome to take a shower as the handle was made for either sitting of having the maximum height of 145 cm.

I had to cancel my booking for one night because my wife had an accident, broke her leg, and we had to travel home a day before booking. I informed the hotel a day in advance. But I got no reply and no refund. The least the could have done was giving a reply. Bad customer service. I will not book this hotel in the future.

Excellent location to visit the city. Parking is nearby enough to not be a hassle, even with suitcases. Rooms are clean, but simple and not well constructed. Our mirror fell off the wall be because it was improperly attached (screws directly into drywall). Hallways also leave room for improvements. There are signs saying that they are renovating them, but they look old and I’ve not seen any work being done. Service is minimal; asking for extra pillows was met with annoyance and it took several hours because the person behind reception was the only one present and didn’t want to leave his post. Also their wifi is censored and you are unable to access certain sites. 3-star hotel? I’d say more like 2-3 stars. But overall we had a pleasant stay.

Great view, great people, great value: we loved it! Our room offered considerably more space and higher standard than we would have expected of a three-star hotel. The room had a tasteful, stylish interior design. The stunning view across the roofs of old-town Dijon towards Notre-Dame Cathedral was much part of the good experience. The staff was very kind and helpful. From the first moment of check-in, they made us feel truly welcome. We also enjoyed the good breakfast, especially the selection of local cheeses. Another major asset is the location right in the heart of old-town Dijon. All the attractions and places of interest are practically on your doorstep. Looking at all these good features, we found the prices very fair: great value for money. We hope to come back some day and warmly recommend the Dijon City Loft.

Spacious apartment, very clean bathroom with bathtub! Nothing too fancy, but it is very clean! Huge TV & free WiFi!l. Large windows & small balcony with city view! Kitchenette in the room with minimum items needed. There are so many bakeries (boulangerie) around it would be a shame to miss having breakfast there! Possibility to store your luggage before check in. Friendly staff!

Perfect location of the hotel (if you want it quiet, ask for a room facing the yard) , very nice and helpful staff (they speak English well, print your boarding passes...), breakfast is rich (nice coffee, pancakes etc.), afternoon beverages for free. Wi-fi working best in the morning! Dijon is beautiful and staying in this place made it a full success!

The all new and revamped city loft. Our favourite Dijon stopover. Great location and good sized rooms. Very helpful staff. Underground car park about a hundred yards away..

Located right in the heart of the city. Neat and clean... Well maintained...I should say nice place to stay in Dijon.

Excellent location. Hotel lobby and breakfast area are really nice. Breakfast is totally worth it. We had a room that had been somewhat renovated but it wasn’t excellent. The hotel desperately needs a good investment and renovation. 150 a night on a weekend is a little high IMO - but I don’t know Dijon rates. The price pays for a great location and a large room. Room amenities however are those of a 2 star hotels. Towels are pretty thin too. Beds were comfortable and blankets too. This could be an amazing hotel. If they put the same investment of the lobby into the rooms.

Better than we expected. Spacious and clean rooms, easy access, superb location. Will definitely book again when we visit Dijon next time.
