ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!!DO NOT BOOK!!! When we arrived after an 8 hour journey with our young family at 6.30pm our room was not even cleaned and ready so we had to go away again (We had booked arrival for 6-7 and received an email at 3.30 pm to say our apartment was ready). Thankfully we decided to get dinner in Dijon (absolutely beautiful in medieval centre). However, on arrival back to our apartment at 10pm we found that it absolutely stank of cigarettes (even though we'd booked a non smoking room). The room had been given a cursory clean. The bedspread was ripped and the mattresses and pillows were stained and quite frankly not fit for animals! The shower was handheld and spurted out at all angles. There was a loud dog barking in the neighbouring apartment and brown stains on the walls of the foyer. All in all, a terrible nights stay and definitely not worth the €120 we paid for it! This place should be shut down!

Paid way too much for an overnight stay at this outdated appartment (€140). Looked nice on the website, however the rooms are nothing alike. Stains in the carpet, clumsy repairs and only half a roll of toilet paper... If you like hygiene, please skip the place. If you don't care about hygiene it can be a perfect stop for spending a night as location is good. Please be sure you are not overpaying for a night.

Worst customer service ever. It’s said you would get your deposit one month after leaving. It’s been 7 months and not only I did not receive yet, but they stopped answering my emails

Good value for money overall and good location for a one night stopover but the carpet on the first floor of the property we were given ought to be replaced because it was unacceptably dirty/ruined.

This simple, no frills apartment is spacious with comfortable beds. It is in a quiet neighbourhood and the other guests were quiet. It is a few years old and some of the appliances and plumbing show a bit of wear and tear. It was very clean and prepared with both beds made up when we arrived. There would not be enough cutlery for a family of 4 but that probably is a result of losses from previous occupiers. There is plenty of cupboard space and it would be ideal for a long stay. The staff were friendly and helpful.

We stayed here overnight , yes the apartment was dated and had the odd stain on the carpets . However on the plus side it’s nicely situated on the outskirts of Dijon , and has a very nice pizza restaurant a short 3 min walk away . We paid about 150 pounds for the evening which for the area is cheap so weren’t expecting anything fancy . I’d happily stay here overnight again and probably will , however wouldn’t look to stay any longer than the single night . Reception staff were friendly and helpful . If your looking for a cheap stopover this place is ok and after a long drive and a lovely meal a couple of beers at the restaurant round the corner we were just glad to have beds with clean sheets and towels for the morning

DISAPPOINTING to say the least. As a family I could not recommend that anyone stays here, one night was one too many. After a long journey arriving at the apartments at around 6.30pm our room had not even been cleaned. So we visited the centre of Dijon, which is a must. When we returned to the room to our dismay our room certainly did not look like it had been cleaned. To list just a few things wrong. One the sofa bed which had stains on it and had not been made up, we found out was broken (terrific). Two the endless splashes of brown liquid on more than one wall that had not been cleaned off. Thirdly I couldn't be completely sure the bedding and towels were clean they certainly did not smell like it. Lastly the toilet had not been flushed leaving something rather smelly in the bottom (lovely). After having a very restless sleep due to the surrounding noise coming from the other apartments and the state of the place, we had checked out by 7.15 glad to be away from the place.

Nice for the Motos Legend weekend in Dijon; very small and aging bathroom without soap in the dispenser.

I stayed at this apartment for 3months. Good service apartment. My stay was comfortable. Small kitchen for cooking. Plenty of open parking is available. Shopping malls are very close. Little away from city centre. Tram and bus stops at walking distance. Room service can be improved though. My toilet flush was leak but they didn't repair it completely. Overall i enjoyed my 3 months stay.

It was a nice stop off on our driving holiday through France. The apartment was very clean, quiet and comfortable with everything we needed for a good night's sleep. Close enough to Dijon to go for a nice meal.

Staff are nice, speaking English. At first sight the rooms are nice, but at second look, everthing is crooked and dirty. Ok appartment to spend 1 night. Supemarket around the corner is convenient.

+ Very friendly and helpful staff at reception - Infested with ants. Walls were dirty, especially around head of the main bed (no headboard). The apartment is old and looks very tired. It needs a paint and a refresh. However, the biggest issue was the lack of any fans or air conditioning. We couldn't open the windows as we were on the ground floor and the windows opened wide onto the garden area such that anyone could have walked in. The area didn't feel safe enough to do this. So it was so uncomfortably hot that we eventually left at 3:30am. Should be avoided as there are much better options available in Dijon.
