Hugely overdescribed, this is actually a Formule 1 in drag. Avoid. No, they DIDN'T tell us about the monitored car park. It is a crummy one star hotel that passes itself off as something entirely more upmarket. I've stayed in higher quality custody suites

Hotel with 50 rooms and 9 apartments which absolutely does not appear to be from the front. However, this nondescript hotel was clean, modern, owner was extremely friendly and helpful, which turned out to be a perfect location for our walks into Dijon city center. A ten minute walk to downtown. Parking on the street but cost for all day only €3.50. Finding parking space can be a challenge.

My girlfriend and I stayed here as an inexpensive option for a stopover on our drive from Southern France to the Netherlands. Our room was brand new (or newly renovated) and very cozy. The owner/manager was very nice and accommodating and spoke clear English, which was helpful. The room was honestly WAY better than I expected, especially for such a low price hotel. And the location is a 5-10 minute walk to old town and the center of Dijon. Definitely keeping this in mind for the next time we roll through town.

Great location, great price and great staff. Our evenight and night was really nice thanks to the quiet room, and the great tips about the city of Dijon & the restaurant we had to see. The room was quite small but the bed was comfortable. The price is also pretty low for an hotel with this kind of benefits !

Friendly staff, nice room with great view over the street the hotel is located on. Clean towels and shower gel. Only thing that was a bit of a hassle was the lack of power outlets, we wanted to charge our phone, and had to unplug the lights to charge them.

Great value bargain hotel in the beautiful Dijon. Don't expect much more than a place to crash but perfectly located for a walk to the city centre. Parking is onstreet and free overnight but paid for after 9am. Breakfast was reasonable although the coffee wasn't great.

Nice guy at the reception... Entertained by the practical jokes. Room was okay! Centrally located apartment.

Very comfortable bed. Bad smell in the bathroom on the last floor. Poor breakfast with no ham, but pure orange juice to drink. Not expensive hotel close to Train station.

Absolutely great value hotel, seconds away from the Centre Ville, with street parking plentiful. Spotlessly clean, with a great front of house team. Highly recommended.

Tiny shower, noisy room, bad reception on TV, hotel poorly maintained. The only reason for giving any stars is the friendliness of the concierge.

Absolutely perfect location, round the corner from a huge square with restaurants and bars open late. Parking on the street for 4 euro per 24 hour. Service was the friendliest, the owner gave us a map and great tips. Room is compact but clean. Nice hot shower. Sadly the airco didn't work. Great value for money.

Great location. Close to very good restaurants. Assistant manager was very accommodating and helpful. Really went the 'extra mile' helping to understand how to use the parking enforcement, and points of interest. I will always have good memories of this hotel.

It's well located and the young man at the desk was very nice and friendly. The room was a good size with comfortable beds. However, the room we were in was tatty (old, mouldy shower curtain, shoddy plug sockets and damaged toilet door).

Good size room 206. Air con and dog friendly. Comfy beds. Easy street parking using PaybyPhone app. So already had it installed as I use it in England too. Parking from 4.30pm to 11am next day for less than £4.
