Breakfast was burnt, the receptionist was not friendly, the coffie tasted like soap, the room was small but it is what we payd for. Someone smoked in the room. Itt smelled. When i confronted them with it, the answer was, it is the paint. The carpet was wet. At first they didnt wanted to give the bill untill i asked for it. The beds were clean. The guy was friendly, we got a baby bed for free.

A good choice for an overnight stopover. Basic conditions for a low price. Helpful and attentive staff. While very late check-in we had an issue with the card-key to one of our rooms - we called the reception and within minutes the staff member appeared and replaced the not working key.

Worst night ever. Pretty clean, bad bed, very loud noise outside and when it is hot in the room, impossible to keep the window open. At least nice people to welcome you.

You get wat you pay, beds are fine but the toilet did not have a seat. Good for 1 night stay during long road trips.

We got what we expected. Sober accomodation for a cheap price. Front desk attendant was very attentive. Breakfast was simple, not too bad.

We came inside yesterday afternoon. We were waiting for 4pm to bring the receptionist at the desk. Cleaning staff was very rude and aggressive. We left. Never to be seen again.

Service is good, and hotel rooms are slightly bigger than standard budget hotel rooms. Rooms were having odd smell and the building was bit old as well.

I booked the room and payed for it in advanced. The latest Check in time was at 21:00. When we came there, there were no people. Everything was closed, except the main entrance. I looked around to find someone, but unsuccessfully. I tried to call, but nobody answered me. I was so upset and disappointed!! That’s was the worst experience in my life. When I came to another hotel, some people told me, that the Hotel inn design Dijon is up for sell. I was really shocked. Next day i called to the hotel again, but no answer. So i came to the hotel again between 13:00 - 14:00, and didn't find any person there ....

Unable to access hotel from the designated book in time. The gypsy encampment was a bit daunting with motorbikes left outside. We cancelled the booking and found an alternative

You get what you pay for. It's cheap, comfy and perfect for a rest to the Alps.

Even though we didn’t expect much because of the low price, this hotel wasn’t worth it. Firstly, we got a room that wasn’t cleaned. Secondly, there was no carbon monoxide detector present in the room which also didn’t have a vent so it didn’t feel safe to sleep with the window closed. But the traffic noises were so loud, we woke up everytime a train passed by in high speed. So there was no right descision here, we weren’t able to sleep the whole night. Thirdly, in the morning a strange man was able to open our door even though it was locked while we were changing. We don’t know who it was because when we got downstairs to ask how that could’ve happened, there was no one present. We just had to put the card in a basket (that everyone had access to by the way). Worst experience we have ever had.

Unfortunately, I can't give this a 0. The comments above are completely accurate. The hotel is set in an extremely dingy location, making it quite off putting at first. After a long drive from Spain we tried calling all day to state we were delayed and would need to check in late (we were advised to do this on the confirmation email). We had no answer via phone or email all day. When turning up to the hotel, we could locate our booking via the automated system but it would not allow us to pay the City Fee. Horrific customer service. DO NOT BOOK
