Good location, reasonable price and basic room for one night stay.

Perfect location, great stay. Just across the train station, nice to visit the city. Rooms were clean and tidy, reception was friendly and helpful. Luggage storage room is provided. Breakfast is simple but more than sufficient. A great hostel, and next time in Charleroi I'll definitely stay here. One comment: many other reviews here seem to assume it's a hotel. It's a hostel, and that comes with roommates that move at odd times and having to make an own bed. It's one of the best hostels I've been in, but it still is one. If you want to pay more to have a private room, get a hotel instead.

Consistently great experience. Staff is nice. Rooms are brand new. Location is great. The only “negative” I can think of is that kids are allowed. Affordable accommodation.

Being used to staying in youth hostels I thought I had found any type of accommodation but this is the worst. However, it remains a good alternative to not sleeping on the street. The price is the same as many similar accommodations with less comfort, service, hospitality, staff, location, sanitation and equipment Very small rooms with foam bunk beds, bare concrete ceiling, no soap, no towels, self adhesive sheets wrinkled like used. It seems to be in prison, and believe me the thread is weak! The only positive point is the common area on the first floor with table football and music. Discreet staff, they explain the minimum necessary, if you don't ask questions you won't know anything. if you have a need or something to report, call the Manager who won't answer you and you'll have to make do, because he isn't there! one last thing if you plan to book and stay there one night because you have an early morning flight and you pay for breakfast, forget about eating the day before because when you wake up there will be nothing offered (paid by you) for a quick snack because they are not responsible. so you'd better take a flight after 7.00 so if you pay for breakfast but you can redeem, otherwise you miss your flight for breakfast 🫨. Flee unless you really have no choice, you have a very good reason to be in Charleroi and money to burn.

Overall quality exceeds the price that I paid for one night (26e). Bed linens are included unlike other hostels. Near everything including mall next to it. Staff were very friendly and helpful ☺️ Although the rooms were not soundproof. Hallway can be heard quite well and the inside seems very basic. Roof was not painted yet and it feels like I could see touches of humidity

STAY AT SOMEWHERE BETTER AND SAFER! I stayed in the hostel for a night. The Hostel itself is rather clean but very dark themed throughout. You have to bring your own towels (or pay for it) soaps etc. The services are not exactly the top-tier, that's what you should expect from a hostel. However, what really matters is that their security is horrendous and they do not work with you when your things are stolen. I left my bags at the hostel through the receptionist in their storage area, and in the few hours I was away, no one was tending the storage room, it was not locked, and voila, they let a thief to steal a bag from the storage. What they also do is to refuse the request in viewing the data collected through the security camera. What the receptionist will say is that it is not something he can do and refer you to the police. If you send an email to them, they'll wait until the data is removed (or that's what they say) and tell you that it's your fault. The Belgian regulation on such data guarantees that if you were in the video they recorded, you have the right to access the data right off--they just don't care. What you should know as a traveller is that the town has nothing to do anyways and like many Belgian towns, it's rather unsafe there. I recommend you to stay at a proper place if you stay in Charleroi if you must stay there and leave as soon as your business there is over.

Great location, next to the train station, modern and clean facilities, good breakfast and comfortable lounge. Great option for youth events, backpackers and groups of friends.

Although we could not be classified as "youths" by any standards.Our party were made to feel very welcome.This is a new AdJ, located at the heart of new Charleroi.opposite the Railway and bus station. Clean and bright...hotel like.

Nice clean new hostel. It is a bit tricky to find it now because of the construction works on the street. Follow the Google map, it is exactly where it’s pinned. Everything is clean, quite and well designed. No towels. The breakfast is included, it is good, but could be a bit more various. It is easy to come from the Charleroi airport by bus (6euros) to the Central bus/train station and travel to Brussels or other destinations, as well.

Nice hostel, clean and modern. There's a room for bicycle storage where you can also clean your bike (the room seems small already, with so many people coming by bike nowadays). The staff for cleaning and breakfast seemed to be working over hours while there were always 3 people at the reception being bored swiping on their phones. Seems like this can be managed better. The place closes down on Sundays (what?) so that's inconvenient.

The hostel is very clean and has a great bar and a vibrant and fun large entertainment area. Unfortunately it has an almost prison feel about the rooms even the most expensive private ones. They are extremely basic all in black and white, no art, no towels, no toiletries, industrial finishings and just one pillow. I've stayed in a lot of hostels in the UK and they all manage to be cheap but still have some warmth and character to their rooms. Our group was also not able to fully enjoy the bar facilities due to a large group of tone deaf French speakers who took turns to sing loudly and badly on the karaoke all evening without letting anyone else have a go. Staff could and should have intervened.

A very well located hostel, right next to the train and bus terminal. A very modern location with great amenities, comfort and good breakfast with big selection of coffee and organic orange juice (from concentrated). The staff is really friendly and the rooms are very clean and modern.

The location is few minutes from the bus to airport but all the other things are problematic 1.there is very small distance between the beds, 2. the matters are too soft and have a kind of ugly plastic cover,and 3. they give you a small cube of soap (in a size of sugar cube) just if you ask 4.the view from the window is not nice at all, but the common room is nice and with comfortable sofas

Best Price-quality ratio stay that you can find in Charleroi. Perfect location even if you want to go to the airport early, as buses go to the airport from the main train station from 4:30 am

Good place to spend the night before the early flight. Everything was good, staff was also really nice. For the price that I paid I expected to have linen already made, also the breakfast for people living at 5am is very limited, only some fruits, cookies and some beverages.

Excellent customer support. Our flight was canceled 3 hours before the scheduled time and they supported us by cancelling the reservation and refund back the full payment eventough the hotel payment policy is 48 hours before check in date.

We arrived at the station from the airport at midnight and the train station was closed. Mirko let us wait at the bar till our train in the morning. Good reception and clean bar

Even due the very late check-in the staff was very friendly and helpful. The accommodation is very basic but due the low price it even exceeds my expectations. The dormitories are not very large but are brand new and equipped with just everything you need. Quiet enough to sleep well. Located just a few minutes walking from the South station the accessibility is very great. The breakfast is just amazing for this price range.The bathroom is a little small and on the dormitories an small individual light near the bed is missing so it’s a little hard to make your bed in dark without turning the main light on and wake up everybody.

Great breakfast just missing the gluten free bread.rooms should be mixed better to avoid new guest arriving in the middle of night.

Very convenient and clean place to stay overnight if you wait for train or bus to the airport. Receptionist Mirko was really nice to let us stay in the waiting area for few hours. I would recommend this place :)

Awful service. First they offer a taxi service from the airport (15€), then they claim they don't offer it. Our taxy was one hour late and the hotel didn't refund us of this service. Pity.

Clean, super central, great price with breakfast included and the staff was so kind. Can't recommend more.

The location is superb just over the bridge from where the bus from the airport arrives. A short walk into the centre where there is a good choice of bars and restaurants. The rooms are very clean, the lined provided is clean and fresh with the communal areas again spotless. Reception was very helpful with good relaxed feel and chance to have a beer or two. The only down side was the bull meeting next for was undergoing building works with an early start for the workers makes a late wake up distant hope.

Decent price , great breakfast options and specially i like the vibe , but i don't think people older than 30 -35 will enjoy it

Horrendous!!!!!!! The staff is polite and helpful but the hotel is a joke!!! They don't offer towels,shower gel,liquid soap NOTHING! I asked for a double room they gave me a room with 4 single beds like in prison!! I do not recommend!
