The staff here is so welcoming and kind. I love the decor. The temperature control is not very good. Products smell lovely. The pillows are not comfortable.

Very modern, comfortable. Quiet room, comfortable bed and clean. Good location for transportation. Breakfast price is outrageous, as well as the "coffee" machine in the lobby. It serves a tiny amount, and you feel robbed for the despicable amount it dispenses. Coffee should be free for guests. The elevators are very fast. Internet connection is very fast. Well equipped room. The bathroom needs ventilation. Overall a good stay.

Nicely appointed modern rooms with all the amenities you’d need… but a little off the beaten path. It’s a 20/25 minute walk into town from here. The in house restaurant is great but pricey. Staff at the hotel was amazing… attentive and courteous. Not too many restaurant choices in the immediate vicinity. There’s a small express grocery store about a 5 minute walk away. All in all, a great hotel with great staff!

THON Hotel in Brussels, convenient, all you need, with excellent concept based on values like sustainability, greening, open vegetarians and good food, but less waste. Love it, our whole board if European Womens Lobby loved it.

Very well located, close to the European Commission and several other EU entities. Not luxurious but very decent rooms, and services. You can have a proper breakfast, or a coffee at the reception, rent your umbrella for the rainy Brussels and the top is the bar that still open till mid night with good whiskey selection and nice G&T ‘s

A little bit of a walk from the city centre buy it was fine and we used ubers when weather wasn't great. Beds are extremely comfortable, infact I'd say they were the best I've had in my travels. Iron in room was not good, actually burnt a hole in my dress. Staff were really helpful. Overall a great experience and I would happily return

Not the best, not the worst. Things that could improve: new toilet paper rolls instead of used ones with a seal, fully restocked tissue boxes, shower doors should be inspected regularly. Mine made a very loud cracking noise every time I opened it. It felt like the glass was breaking. I’m sure housekeeping would have noticed it. Pillows were very small. It felt like cushions. Blanket was very heavy and AC just wouldn’t cool the place, which was very uncomfortable. On the flip side, the staff was awesome ! Gave me very good suggestions for places to see.

Enjoyed this hotel but some stuff could be improved. The rooms are good and clean, they don’t add any shower robes or any slippers. For the price they charge a night those things are expected to be provided. They don’t have tooth brushes or tooth paste or sponges or any of the hotels items that are found in similar prices hotels. The breakfast buffet was nice, I enjoyed the waffle making machine. American and Leige styles were provided. The options on the breakfast were a lot. Which was nice. Their restaurant is extremely over priced with soup being 11 euros and a pasta plate for 36 euros. They close the garden at 10 pm which is annoying as you will have to go out to smoke a cigarette or mingle with friends in a breeze of air Overall 7/10

I have visited the Thon hotel for the first time and I was very satisfied. The hotel has very good location, near the European parlament (10 minutes) and near the European Commision. To the absolute centre, the Grande Place it takes by walk 25-30 minutes. I joyned the conference in Brussel and the Thon hotel was the perfect place to take a rest and to be near to my busines. Near to the hotel is the train station, so you can get quickly to the airport. I can only recommend to visit it🙂.

The hotel staff where very friendly and accomadating. The bed was big and very comfortable. The room was a good size, they also had a mini bar fridge in the room. The hotel was reasonably close to transport and shops.
