    It's now the 3th time I get terrible service at the shop. There is not enough people working in the shop,the ones you find pretend they are busy, the ones that are really busy show no interest in you once they are free,and if you manage to get what you want and make it to cash register you might wait up to half an hour. And I dont mean busy sales weekend,normal weekday at 15.00 in the afternoon with only three other customer in the shop.Wanba experience worst customer care ever,please visit here.

    Frustrated about the service. Came during the day on Saturday to ask for the consultation before buying the product. I spent 20 min in the shop, waiting for the consultation from the woman, working in the shop, but her priority was to ranger the boxes, than to give a consultation. She answered me, i come after I’ll finish to put boxes. Seriously? After 20min waiting for her, we left to another shop and bought our product in another place. Impressed about unwillingness to help here. Why then to work as a consultant?

    The worst customer experience ever in the kitchen secrion. Nobody from the personel cares about the customers. Even when you ask for support they seem to be mad at you, like this is not their job. Make yourself a favor and don’t go there.

    Better buy online. I went to Kreffel to buy a fitbit. I wanted to see it first. The specific model was not in show and wouldn’t want to open it to show me before buying. The shop assistant told me that they don’t have a return policy either!?. I thought the advantage of physical shops is that you can see the products. Not the case here…

    Terrible service. We were waiting on the queue more than 30 minutes just for asking where to buy one aspirator and other clients were passing us because they were buying something smaller Finally we left and we found the same product around 20% cheaper in other popular company

    Worst electronics store in Belgium. DO NOT GO THERE, I went to ask kindly ask for information and both of the employees I talked to were rude and they told me that I have to wait a line of 20+ people to go to the counter and ask for information. Unbelievable.

    Also here you should know before you enter shop what you want because most vendors are young and inexperienced. Eco cheques accepted here. Warranty return works but takes time (3 weeks for Dyson vacuum cleaner).

    Got in the shop. Not 2 minutes later a sales person approached me (take a note VDB & MM) . Bought a monitor and laptop. The interior is beautiful and well laid out. Doesn't smell like piss and feet, wink wink Media Markt Basilix.

    Thanks to Mr. Christopher for being the ultimate employee. He knows everything, answers quickly to hard questions and he is not even a seller. Imagine a warehouseman having way more knowledge than a whole team (I went to other stores... We all make mistakes heh?). I will come back with my whole family thanks to his service.
