The place is a mess. Small place, it gives you the sensation of claustrophobia. The variety of products is not so big, but it compensates with the high prices for a low quality. To be avoided in the future.

This is a mid sized DIY store which has most things for every day repairs and maintenance works around the house. They have a small basic bike repair and maintenance equipment selection, but items are often out of stock. For goods out of stock, they can order them, but you're probably better off to go to a different store then as it can easily take one to two weeks to arrive. One can also rent building equipment here, but plan ahead for this. Wood panels can be cut to size on request in the store. The store makes Belgian car number plates and copies of simple keys. Paint color mixtures can be made in-store. They also have a selection of Christmas decorations starting around begin November. The staff speak French . Queus at the check out counter can get very long at times.

The best you will find in Belgium. It means pricy and average. In brico stores the service mostly help you to read labels.

It's got all the necessary products and a really convenient and free parking lot. The personnel though is unbelievably unprofessional. I have heard all sorts of bad mood, complaints and strange humor sense which does not make any sense when one is supposed to be attracting customers. I think any other possible option will always be better. Another thing: they have a selection of plants outside which are always half-dead and look terrible, and that's the first thing you see when you get into the shop...

A mid size Brico, lots of interior stuff, big lighting section & tools. Has a fair good range if mostly interior wood but also larger drywall. Little treated wood. Some flowers but not a lot of garden stuff. Would like to see some PAVE stones for instance. Good access to metro, train n with parking Two biggest challenge they have always had is 1) difficult at tines to find anyone to help. Don't know where they go, 2) only a little English at best. Mostly french speaking, you can get by mostly but not all the time. Use your Google translate . Staff friendly though.

After making several purchases, since I am moving, I went to change a dye for another color and they did not accept it due to the lack of a ticket. The surreal situation was that they offered me to buy my product with 25% of the price I had paid. I think they have lost a customer due to a bad sales policy.

Yes, you may find some popular DIY items at a salty price. But if you really need their service, you shouldn't count on it. In my case, they refused to order pieces of wood that are available in the Brico system unless I commit buying them - even if they come damaged or of inferior quality. They told me, that the cross section I wanted, could only be found in the bigger Brico stores out there... What a Lie! I already found this item in Brico City Merode, a store less than half the size! Also, 30% of the piaces they sell are either crooked, broken, bashed, resin all over! So committing blindly to a wood purchace is beyond stupid. Also, they won't cut your pieces no matter the size of the order. They will only provide a worn off awful hand saw and wish you good luck!!!!!! I wish them good luck in return, services like this belong to the past!

Very expensive with okay quality If they announce: closes at 20h00, don't close at 19h40...

Since they insist on speaking French, I'll put my feedback as such: on n'y retournera jamais. Rude and disrespectful towards women.

Brico in general, but also this Brico: not a great deal of choice of products, but most striking: super expensive! Boutique prices for anything, who buys flower pots for 10eur each? The team is friendly and tries their best, but the prices are not justified at all. Outrageous pricing! Its more a boutique for affluent expatriates than a home depot is the only logical explanation. Good riddance

I recently bought for about 3000 EUR of supplies and tools at this store, but upon arriving home, I realized one drill worth 28 EUR was missing. Went back to the store, but since it wasn't in laying on the cash register in front of them anymore (even though I could show the receipt) there was nothing they could do for me. At checkout, the guy took some stuff out of the cart to scan while he left some others in it, so who's to say he even put it back? I do think in the scope of the transaction, they could have done way more here. Next time, I'll happily make a small detour to avoid Brico Etterbeek.

This is the worst store! They don't have all of the components needed for any project. If you only need nails and paint, this place MIGHT have what you need, but for instance, if you want track shelving - you will find the track and the brackets ...BUT NO SHELVES. There's also nothing at all available for closet organization. Don't waste your time at the Etterbeek store, find a bigger Brico and go there.
