I called and called even left a voice mail. No response from anyone at all.. Not even the 800 number they provide online.. please look at your burgers before eating them. From any restaurant.. I didn't want to leave the one star.

I order about the same thing every time. Chicken frys and onion rings always been good 👍😋 and it's a clean place to eat unlike a few other places in town.

I'm a veteran. Went here today, and the crew was up front. One looked at me and turned to the other, and then they smirked. I have a scar on my forehead that I'm very sensitive to, and I've been trying to get over it by not waring a hat. I felt shame and walked out. Then I heard more as I left. Thanks a lot

I asked for a platter and to switch my eggs out for hash browns and they would NOT do it. I even called for the manager to ask him to see if the emloyees were just being lazy. The same girl answered the phone feigning to be the manager. They refuse to take customer service seriously and customer service is what a fast food restaurant should be based around as any hospitality and restaurant should be. I've worked both and if you put customer service first and foremost, you'll have happy customers, good tips, and a great store rating! This place obviously doesn't care about their customers....

Quite possibly the longest I've waited in line at a drive through with only 3 cars waiting ... with No cars parked for people eating inside, 30+ minutes... but at least the order was correct

I just left their drive thru and it had about eight cars. I was at the end of the line. They served everyone so quickly that I couldn't believe it!!! The cashiers were very courteous and well mannered. I love service with a smile!!! :) Shout out to the red head cashier. She made my day!!!

They do a good job of getting people through the line at the drive-thru.

Rushed me through the ordering. Pulled me forward, didn't tell me my total and didn't ask what my drink was. Got snippy when I asked politely what they had. She said oh coke for you ok pull forward. I was like umm is their anything besides coke, like coke products, she goes no that's all we have. I pulled up to the window and there was a whole line of sodas available that they were giving to the other customers inside. Got my sandwich and it was slopped together. The fries were old. They weren't even busy. Spent 40minutes in line

Not enough workers. Line move a little slow.

Ordered the new spicy chking sandwich. Raw on the inside. When i called to complain they simply said "no it isnt". I am so done with this place. Never going here again.
