I
asked
for
a
platter
and
to
switch
my
eggs
out
for
hash
browns
and
they
would
NOT
do
it.
I
even
called
for
the
manager
to
ask
him
to
see
if
the
emloyees
were
just
being
lazy.
The
same
girl
answered
the
phone
feigning
to
be
the
manager.
They
refuse
to
take
customer
service
seriously
and
customer
service
is
what
a
fast
food
restaurant
should
be
based
around
as
any
hospitality
and
restaurant
should
be.
I've
worked
both
and
if
you
put
customer
service
first
and
foremost,
you'll
have
happy
customers,
good
tips,
and
a
great
store
rating!
This
place
obviously
doesn't
care
about
their
customers....
