Such a great spot in Silverthorne! A great diner! You order food upfront and then grab a table. The breakfast burrito was 5/5! I would pass on the biscuits and gravy. Everyone loved the pancakes and hash browns!

I would give a negative right at this point. The food and service here is amazing, the only issues we have is that every time we order and it is always take out, we are always shorted something from toast, pancakes, butter, syrup I should add, we order take out at usually 3-4 times a week. Then today they put there own tip on my card, I always give a tip,, when i called them out on it,, the girl was like i did not do that... UMMMM yes you did ... i will not go back makes me wonder about people

Solidly average. Breakfast brought to by Sysco Foods. I had the chicken fried steak, the frozen kind with mystery meat. Pay before you sit down and don't forget the tip. Nothing special about this place...

We found this little cafe while driving around and I'm glad we stopped. The food was really good, especially the homemade hash browns! The eggs were cooked just right. Unfortunately I didn't leave enough room to eat my pancakes. I didn't take pictures of the food but got a few of the view and the snow falling while we ate. I would recommend this cafe for sure.

Always busy here, and with good reason! Had the breakfast tacos with sausage, and pork green chili, and it was absolutely amazing! 😘 Following up a few days after, got the same breakfast tacos, except chorizo, and with red beef chili with beans. Different flavor profile, and still incredibly delicious!

Came in for a late brunch and just missed the live music by a few minutes. Nice that it was there on a Sunday morning though 👍 Green chili was spicy and pleasant on both corned beef hash and on an omelette. Highlight of the brunch items and well worth getting a cup to have as a topping of not your main. The potatoes were a bit too soft and buttery in their hash brown and their home fry forms. In the corned beef hash they were similarly slimy. Two of our group ordered their potatos well done, myself included; they needed more sear.

Stoped in for breakfast on our way to steamboat and I'm glad we did. Hands down the best breakfast burrito I have ever had, not kidding the green chili is amazing and I inhaled it was so good. I wish I lived close by I would eat here any chance I could. My wife got eggs Benedict and she loved hers also

I stopped by with my wife on a winter storm day,and we got seated right away, even though the place was getting pretty busy. Service was fast, and the food was great! I'd recommend this place to anyone. Also the atmosphere is very quiet and chill.

Great local place. Fresh food. Made to order. Friendly staff. Was early to town for business meetings and decided to grab breakfast. Great spot. I can only imagine this place on the weekends with tourists and locals both. Would highly recommend for way breakfast and the lunch menu looked great as well. Will definitely be back again to enjoy it.

This place has their service game down! Was rolling through for the Pabst pond hockey tournament and needed a quick end cheap meal for between the games. I was grateful to have a local diner spot that has Homefries AND hash browns... how does it get better than this! I loved how they took your order and delivered the food to you after. Most importantly, they do quick take outs too. Did I mention they had a food truck also at the tournament ☝🏽 well done y’all 🙏🏽

So this place lacks some charming service, but the food made up for it. It was super fresh and I could tell the veggies were just cut. Nice authentic flavors.

One orders at the cash register from a menu posted on wall and pays before service and eating. My Bronco plate was good, with French Toast, sausage and hash browns. This place has their own line of hot sauces available for sale and for use at restaurant, along with Cholula and Tabasco. More acknowledgement from native Spanish speaker as our order was taken would've been more reassuring that it was taken correctly. Otherwise, everything was great. 👍

Eggs benedict is definitely the must get item on the menu! Hollandaise sauce was delicious! The dish comes with ham, but they were kind enough to swap it with sausage for me. The staff in general was kind and helpful from the moment we walked in to the moment we left.

The food was super delicious!! We got the chicken-fried steak, The Bronco, and the Mac & Cheese kid's meal. Other meals that looked really good and that I'd love to try next time include the Eggs Benedict and the Corned Beef Hash. The employees were all really nice. They have live music too, if that's your thing. Definitely recommend this place!

Asked a local where their favorite green chili was and ended up here. Was not disappointed. Walked out of there with my sinuses COMPLETELY cleared out. Great food, kind staff, beautiful mountain view, overall great experience. We will be back!

I googled places to eat in Silverthorne, CO and the Mountain Lyon Cafe was highly recommended. We decided to try it and I’m glad we did. We had the chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes/ gravy, corn, and a roll. It was very delicious and reasonably priced. The people working were very nice. If you want good home cooked food give it a try. It is only about a 1/2 mile north off of 70 west.

Order at the front, take a number, grab a table, and enjoy some delicious fresh food! Loved the ultimate skillet with 3 types of meat and fresh veggies. Service was good and had awesome live music when we went. Will be coming back!

Been looking for a new breakfast spot since Log Cabin in Frisco closed. The ordering is the same for take out or dining in. You order at the front of the restaurant and then take a seat afterwards. Food was really good. The huevos rancheros had a nice spice to it. There is a small baked goods case in the front. They sell out quickly. Will definitely go back. Staff is really nice and friendly.

I’ve been in the service industry for 10+ years, this is by far the most efficiently ran restaurant I’ve ever experienced in my life. Within 25 minutes, we waited in a pretty long line, ordered our food, got our food, and had been checked on twice to make sure everything was good. I’d give them 72 stars if I could. The president of the United States should eat here. I would give my first born up to eat this Eggs Benedict at least twice a week. Great view. Great service. Great food. Go bucks!

This place used to be wonderful. They moved to a brand new building and now I wish I could give negative stars. To begin, you order like a McDonalds. Stand in line next to the menu (so no asking any questions) then you get up to the cash register and you order and pay and they have a screen that expects you to tip. Note I have not seen the server or the food but I should add 20% to my bill. Do I even have to say it? The food SUCKED! I had asked at the cash register if they made their own corn beef and she said yes. I get it and I could see little flecks of corn beef but I could not taste them. All I could taste was onions. My friend had pork medallions and what he got was closer to disks of pork jerky. Keep in mind we had already tipped. I am so let down. I used to look forward to going here whenever I visited. Now I am warning people off. Stay away. There is better breakfast in any direction.

Super delicious! Exactly what I wanted for breakfast. Truly taste like home cooking. Service was great also!

Always tasty food. Great variety. Had the corned beef hash this time.

Great big menu, food looked great and was great! Delicious breakfast and green chili! I was there later in the morning, around 10:30. Probably the most relaxing resturant I have ever been in. Very comfortable and well managed. I will come here again for sure!

Seriously great restaurant. Order when you arrive then sit at the table with a number. Food was out 10 minutes after. And it was GOOD! The omlettes were amazing and the corned beef hash was legit! Great job guys! Will be stopping by more!

We stopped by after driving overnight to get to the mountains--Mountain Lyon Cafe did not disappoint! The breakfast tacos and chicken fried steak were very fresh. The sauce that came with the tacos is AMAZING! They are also dog friendly, which was a big plus. The staff were all very helpful and kind, we will be back when we are in the area.

We were hungry as we forgot to eat before we left to run errands. I remembered that the Mountain Lyon had some great Turkey Club Sandwiches. Well, they didn't disappoint. Even with the Covid Changes, it is still a great place to eat.
