Very bad experience. They charged me 3651 rs extra in the name of document charges. When i asked for the receipt they denied and told go to consumer court we will not provide you any receipt for this charge. Some staff behaviour was very rude and the head of that dealership was very unprofessional. They don't know how to talk with customers. And the main thing is they publicly accepted that they are charging 3651 rs illegaly. After arguing with them they somehow returned the excess amount they charged in the name of insurance but the excess amount of 3098 rs in the name of road tax they kept with them.

Went to purchase Ather 450x. Was pleased and made decision to buy one. I enquired about after sales service. The sales person said it's an electric vehicle, there is no need of servicing. Finally walked out with a new learning. 🫡

Ather offering good product in terms of of perfection and safety Electric Scooter. I was Visited for one friend and all stuff was super friendly.

very bad expernce Ampere maguns salesperson at time of sale the provided best review and demo of the product but after purchasing on 7th may 2023 in one or two days i can realise that it is worst scooty after fully charged also the scooty doesn't provide the speed and in case of double the speed of scooty is very worst. After fully charged the milage of the scooty is ३0 to ४० km. I highly recommend not to buy the ampere scooty it is totally waste of money.

scooty is very expensive as compared to ampere Magnus..most features not required in everyday life making ather expensive..very high range..not affordable..also charging unethically for charger when i visited 5 months ago which they should not and so the govt has fined them heavily…now they are refunding money to customers which is absolutely not right

Worst experience,no mileage,in full charge only 50 to 60 km running. Ola is better choice to compare with ather ,,,suggest don't buy this ather scooty..... Showroom staffs are good.
