Dr Rahman is extremely unprofessional. When asked if I had a significant injury to the area, I said no because I honestly don’t know what could’ve caused the injury. His response was “well you look like the type of girl that fell over drunk at a party and doesn’t have memory of it”. I have no idea what made him feel comfortable speaking to me in that way. I went in for ankle pain I have been having for months and requested we get imaging done to make sure it wasn’t a bigger issue as I suspected it was. He refused and insisted a cortisone shot would be sufficient to get me pain free for six months to a year. I was not pain free for even a day. I had to wait three months for another appointment just to get rescheduled not once, but twice. Mind you this entire time I have been limping and in pain contrary to what he promised me. I’m very disappointed and sad that I have to find a new doctor as I was really hopeful that Dr. Rahman would be able to help me. I waited 2 months for the initial appointment and 3 months to get rescheduled twice. The wait time for the appointment was long, but I would’ve been okay with it had the doctor been professional and considered my concerns. Maybe think twice before you, a medical professional, speak to your patients as if they’re your friends.

I've only had one consult visit and the doctor was great, he took time to explain my mri and treatment options. The front desk could work a little bit on thier patience and communication. The ladies greet you with this frantic demeanor, they're loud and it just feels like an unpleasant environment to walk into. As you walk in, the office gets crowded by the door, there's no sign to let you know to sign in or where to sign in, or perhaps, I didn't see one at the front because it was crowded. When they present you with a form to confirm if you're personal info is correct, they tell you to sign at the bottom, many clients look for a field at the bottom where they can sign. When they don't see one, they ask, where do you want me to sign? Then the ladies say, just anywhere at the bottom! Option 1, when asking people to sign, be specific and ask them to sign "anywhere" at the bottom of the form not just "sign at the bottom" because there's no signature field on the bottom of your form. Or option 2, if this is an internal form used by your office then edit the form and include a signature field for your client's signature, this will stop the unnecessary exchange and confusion and speed things up in the lobby. The only reason why I'm mentioning this in the review is because as I sat at the lobby for 1hr waiting to be seen by the doctor, I over heard about 2 out of 3 patients ask for clarification during that step. I'm sure it's also frustrating for the front desk staff to have to repeat this information. So why not make it easier on yourselves and your clients? As far as esthetic appeal, the lobby could use some cleaning and a face lift. Overall, the doctor was the one that earned my 4 stars.

Dr. Daniels is the BEST physician I have met. He truly takes time and listens. You always here horror stories of back surgery. My back has never been better after my surgery. I highly recommend Dr. Daniels.

I was holding and postponing any surgery on my knee, until the problem was getting worse. I was lucky to find Dr. Bruce Le to take care of the situation. He did a wonderful work. In the first days I was able to walk and resume partially my activities. And now, after three months of the surgery, I'm able to walk, go up and down stairs, and going back to the gym, things that I couldn't do it before, and my improvement goes high everyday. Thanks Dr. Le for your expertise and quality of work. I appreciate also the kindness of the people working at OAMC, who makes my visit to the office, pleasant!!!

Checked in at 9:20 for my first appt at 1000 with Dr Le. 3 hours later im still waiting in waiting room. Asked the lady at front desk what’s going on and she said he was running behind. Waited 2 months for the spot just to sit on my behind in the office. 3 hours behind, really? Bad experience at this clinic. I’m 66 and never in my lifetime have I had to wait like this. Hey Dr Le, what about the diabetics you are making wait? Not good. Will not be back there.

Dr Criner and his team are the best, with a special shout out to Robin. They stayed on top of my surgery and recover. And anytime I needed anything they were right there to help.

My rating does not reflect the quality of care from my doctor, rather the unprofessional way the office is ran. Each appointment, I was made to wait an hour past my appointment time which I found very disrespectful. Obviously people have to call off work and make childcare arrangements to attend appointments. Time is money. In this office, it is completely and consistently disregarded. When you schedule an appointment, you should adhere to your appointment times. Period. I also found it odd that there are isn’t a back up surgery scheduler to fill in when the other is sick. That seems like very poor planning and management to me.

They have streamlined their customer service so it runs as efficiently as possible for such a hugely popular practise. My doc, Ian Duncan, is an experienced, down to earth, practical doctor that I adore. His explanations are plain and thorough while not wasting words. He knows what he knows and what he doesn't know he will get up and find out or send you to another specialist. Awesome human being. AWESOME DOCTOR!

My son had knee surgery on 03-31 with Dr. Lee. From the fist consultation with Dr. Lee all the way to the post surgery follow up it was a great experience. Dr. Lee was very knowledgeable, informative, kind, patient , and showed that he cared for my son’s recovery from beginning to end. It was all a positive experience during a time that is concerning and confusing when it comes to your child getting surgery. He helped make it easier.

Had my 4 surgery on my right shoulder since 2009. Repairs went great each time. Last one in Nov 2022 and it was the best. I got a nerve block and my recovery at home went so much faster. Love the staff, helpful, friendly and easy to get help from. Hope I won't need any more but if I do, I will come here for sure. My wife had her left shoulder done and had the same great experience.

Laura was wonderful in re-scheduling a procedure the next week when there was a conflict. She made multiple follow-up phone calls to make sure there was no confusion. After the procedure when there were questions on post-op Jenna returned calls with helpful answers from Dr. Kim. As for Dr. Kim, from the first visit he explained the details of the procedure, asked questions, and explained option. He was also in close contact with the referring doctor which was very helpful to me to know he was using input to plan my procedure. After 2 weeks post surgery I met with Dr. Kim and I was recovering nicely🙂

Veronica and Sylvia made this experience tolerable. Dr. Duncan's PA was very knowledgeable and friendly. I just didn't like my results. Not their fault.

Very happy with Dr.Le Successful rotator cuff surgery in 2019 so when my knee failed me I wanted to see him again. Earliest appointment was 9 weeks off. Knee getting more and more painful. Waited an hour and a half to get in. 15 minute appoint for cortisone shots and consult regarding knee replacement surgery. Still have confidence in Dr Le, but the scheduling gets an “F”.

My father had surgery with doctor Criner and it was one of the best procedures he has ever gone through. From the front desk to the medical assistance, everyone is amazing at what they do. They truly care for every patient and their needs.

My first visit went great after about an hour wait. I was asking around with other patients and kept hearing long, sometimes very long waits in excess of two hours are common. I don’t think I’ll stay with them if the wait times are that long. When I left there were no waiting room chairs empty and many people were standing!

As an athletic person I was terrified with the news of my first ever broken bones! But Dr Rahman put me at ease explaining everything thoroughly about surgery and the process. He was knowledgeable, caring, and thorough overall. I am VERY happy with Dr’s successful surgery. He is a highly skilled surgeon that I trust and appreciate his work to repair my foot and get me back into sports again! I highly recommend Orthopaedic Associates. Thank you Dr Rahman!

Very professional. Staff on the ball. Dr. Le was very informative and eliminated my concerns. He was not only able to explain my situation to me but reassured me of my expectations. He was respectful and compassionate. Although I had to wait a bit to see him....it was well worth it.

I have been going to Dr. Bruce Le for more than 20 years. He is the best orthopedic surgeon around. Anytime I have injured myself, he repairs me and gets me back to normal. I highly recommend him and his office staff! Everything is professional!

Drs are great 5 star bit absolutely ridicules than you have to wait 2 to 3 hours Why on earth would you book so many patients in one day every time! This will be my reason for leaving

Dr Criner had a great bedside manner very conservative which I'd like where most people would ship you right up to the surgery room I appreciate his honesty

Wow! Living here in chronic, worstening pain 10 years, untreated properly. Without a single pain relief prescription, Dr. Bruce Le succeeded im providing me such huge pain relief. This man has impressively educated himself, devoting to provide legitimate and positive results. I felt he treated me as a functioning human, vs. just another appointment. Im forever beholding to this Dr. And the results offered. My eternal thanks.

Dr. Daniels has treated both my son and husband for the past year. Excellent doctor, chaotic office. There are a lot of doctors in this office and rotate days they are there. Dr. Daniels is only in the Visalia office on Mondays and we usually wait between an hour to an hour and a half to be seen. The waiting room gets very crowded so people also have to wait out in the lobby area. Reception ladies are constantly busy and I feel so sorry for them. Like I said, excellent doctor, chaotic office.
