I've
only
had
one
consult
visit
and
the
doctor
was
great,
he
took
time
to
explain
my
mri
and
treatment
options.
The
front
desk
could
work
a
little
bit
on
thier
patience
and
communication.
The
ladies
greet
you
with
this
frantic
demeanor,
they're
loud
and
it
just
feels
like
an
unpleasant
environment
to
walk
into.
As
you
walk
in,
the
office
gets
crowded
by
the
door,
there's
no
sign
to
let
you
know
to
sign
in
or
where
to
sign
in,
or
perhaps,
I
didn't
see
one
at
the
front
because
it
was
crowded.
When
they
present
you
with
a
form
to
confirm
if
you're
personal
info
is
correct,
they
tell
you
to
sign
at
the
bottom,
many
clients
look
for
a
field
at
the
bottom
where
they
can
sign.
When
they
don't
see
one,
they
ask,
where
do
you
want
me
to
sign?
Then
the
ladies
say,
just
anywhere
at
the
bottom!
Option
1,
when
asking
people
to
sign,
be
specific
and
ask
them
to
sign
"anywhere"
at
the
bottom
of
the
form
not
just
"sign
at
the
bottom"
because
there's
no
signature
field
on
the
bottom
of
your
form.
Or
option
2,
if
this
is
an
internal
form
used
by
your
office
then
edit
the
form
and
include
a
signature
field
for
your
client's
signature,
this
will
stop
the
unnecessary
exchange
and
confusion
and
speed
things
up
in
the
lobby.
The
only
reason
why
I'm
mentioning
this
in
the
review
is
because
as
I
sat
at
the
lobby
for
1hr
waiting
to
be
seen
by
the
doctor,
I
over
heard
about
2
out
of
3
patients
ask
for
clarification
during
that
step.
I'm
sure
it's
also
frustrating
for
the
front
desk
staff
to
have
to
repeat
this
information.
So
why
not
make
it
easier
on
yourselves
and
your
clients?
As
far
as
esthetic
appeal,
the
lobby
could
use
some
cleaning
and
a
face
lift.
Overall,
the
doctor
was
the
one
that
earned
my
4
stars.
