Dear reputed company, I tried to call you several times, but i got no response. After that i personally visited your location to discuss about the trip and package and found it closed at around 7 pm. In your google page it was mentioned that it stays open till 10 p.m. I don't know how you got such a good rating, but my personal experience was very bad. But as people say everything happens for good. I found a very good cab and my trip was awesome. Reply To Your Response: My name is not only different; i am a different person. I am not Mr Beria. I don't have problem with any one ratings; i have only problem with wrong ratings. Based on your previous ratings I tried to contact you; but that was not supposed to be true in your case. So i thought that i should also share my experience with others; just like you too ask other people to do. What is the need of giving contact number and office address; if you entertain people only through mail or whats app. And how could any one be sure that you will reply through mail or whats app; if you have not replied in any call and even in the location you have mentioned. As you have said I am definitely trying to upgrade myself and also the fellow travelers with my post. Lastly Thanks for your advice.

Hey guys , Last year 2020; I had to cancel my much awaited Assam Meghalaya vacation due to lock down which I had planned with Kamakshi tours, Guwahati. Mr kundal Roy assured me not to worry about your bookings.It will be carried forward as and when tourism opens. January 2021 I had the opportunity to take the vacation. Ms Bandika planned it the way I wanted and gave some valuable inputs from her side about temperature and travel time n terrain. Since we were 2 families having 3 kids in all. The flexible driver Lakhan was humble ,polite n always on time and at our disposal. He adjusted his lunch dinner breakfast according to our schedule. The beauty of Meghalaya and culture of Assam had made deep imprint on us. It was refreshing n mesmerizing. Kamakshi tours gave us every thing possible the home stay feel in valley at cherrapunji to mingle with locals, the resorts at shilong n kaziranga to relax n feel the comfort. During the tour Bandika madam was just a phone call away. The elephant 🐘 Safari too was well co ordinated. The most important thing It was safe vacation even in the times of covid 19. We booked a tour for Assam, Arunachal pradesh and Meghalay for 3 persons from Kamakshi tours. Miss Bandika is very cooperative, she arrange innova at same rate of Desire because of safety reason. She take care of us during whole the tour. Our driver Satish Da was very experienced and very cooperative . He traveled us all places nicely. Hotels was very nice and clean. Accommodation was very nice and staff was very cooperative. Mr. Kundal is also very cooperative . I strongly recommended Kamakshi tours .

We were 6 passengers from Mumbai, visited Meghalaya , Assam, Nagaland and Manipur. Mr. Kundal Roy planned the complete itinerary with all details of sight seeing places. Kamakshi tour provided a good vehicle from airport to airport with very much experienced driver. They had also recommended and booked good hotels on our behalf at all the places. Everyone appreciated their services. We never had any problem with communication with Mr. Roy and staff. Lastly I would like to add that they have offered all the services at very reasonable price. We were all very satisfied and certainly recommend to our friends and others.

I booked a package to arunachal pradesh and paid the full payment. I could only take 1 day of the tour and had to return back due to emergency for the remaining 7 days of tour. And the agency promised to refund me for the remaining days as i had availed only one night some but they have failed to do so after calling them for 5 months. And yet they say that they would refund. My point being if you are not going to refund then be transparent about your policy. But everytime the agency would give some or other reason. It would have been better if they would have been clear about their policy. And i am not asking for refund for the services not availed but for which i have not availed. And problem is they are lying about it continuously.

I booked a cab by calling them over phone and I received prompt responses from them. They gave me very practical advice on my itinerary and gave me a good rate as well. The driver and the vehicle were very good and the entire trip went on very well. I found the driver to be Avery nice person who understood our requirements and provided the same without any hassles. He was also very polite and courteous. Overall we enjoyed the entire trip Kudos to Kamakshi tours. Keep your good work going !!

I had 7nights and 8 days Arunachal tour through Kamakshitours. Tour was well arranged. All the tourist points were covered. Hotel stay was comfortable. Condition of the vehicle was good . Good service, price was reasonable as compared to others, good behaviour from travel agencies and driver. We 4 people travelled Tezpur, Dirang, Tawang and Bomdila in swift Dzire in Dec 1st week. Trust me there won't be any issues w.r.t. power or pickup or speed, the trip was awesome, roads are good. Our driver Dimple was so good and friendly always talk and make friendly environment, whichever location we told driver used to take without any question no bad behaviour though he drives 200+KM in a day. ** Anyone can book Kamakshi Tours/ Kundal(owner) for less price and good service.

I have verified their website and booked for Temple tour of Guwahati. The plan should be to pick up at the airport, Guwahati , and drop back. The itinerary was meticulously planned and neatly executed. We are four senior citizens and one above 55. We are happy with the services provided at a very reasonable price. We wish the company all the best and we love to engage then again if time permits.

The Tour is well organised and all hotels are fantastic. In Shilong hotels having Heater so cold has been controlled. Driver Himu is very cordial and cooperative and his driving was very safe. We appeal the tourist please go from Kamakshi Tours if you are going for North East.

Hey guys not genuine agency I paid advance of 10k during covid and due to lockdown didn't travel ,I waited for one year for my amount refund not a single rupee was refunded .They claim they don't cheat and they don't run away with money even after my constant follow ups even after a year they are not ready to refund don't go there I have all proofs of payment and service with me I have uploaded some proofs in photos section for the viewing to know the genuine attitude from my side

Let me start with extending big thanks to Kamakshi Tours and Travel to make my travels memorable in these pandemic times. I actually opted for complete package which includes booking for all the stays in various towns and cab service for transfer and sightseeing. Here are the positives 1. Reasonable quotation - Noticable difference in comparison to other portals. 2. Good Stay - All the hotels were clean and did serve quality food 3. Really skilled and composes driver - really impressed as mountains do get snow, rains, mist and it does require lot of calm and skills to navigate those roads. 4 Professional behaviour - good communication from the time of first enquiry till last day of travel. 5 Transparency - kept all communication about changing guidelines of all 3 states , their portals, documents needed 6. Taking care of other bookings - they ensured timely bookings are made for Kaziranga safaris (included in pakage) and bum la pass (extra payment ) Most important point that driver also followed protocols of these pandemic times and ensured that we take our meals in good decent places too.
