One of the smaller KFC, on 1st floor. It's fine. The staffs are helpful, The menu is the same. And probably maximum customers are the delivery people picking up online orders.

Though I have been there lots of time before but this time chicken pieces were not perfectly cooked. I didn't like it much. Hope they will improve with time. Thank you

It is as usual next another outlet, not at all taste served..while I visited last, AC was switched off (or non operational), experienced a total suffocating environment and washroom was also not cleaned properly...would suggest, try once and waste your hard-earned money there, there are various of other better options in Guwahati city w.r.t taste, service and budget..

Got rotten Chicken tonight. Is it a new scam to cover rotten pieces with tangy crisps. Very disappointed. I wish if I could post the bad smell too.

I ordered online for home delivery on Wednesday offer..got sufficient chicken items in rs927 for 4 people. But the delivery was too late so the chicken items cooled down and taste was not like the restaurant.

Foods, Place and atmosphere are good enough but not service as well. They prepare too late.

Very bad service by the staffs in kfc i came here with my family while i was placing the order the staffs started commenting on my sister by saying they got scared looking at her and started laughing with hiis two of his girl staff very very pathetic service they are giving if they do such kind of behaviour instead of taking orders commenting on customers looks and dress i think kfc should fire this this kind of Ill mannered staffs Rest food was ok staffs are very illiterate

Food is good as expected. But the service is not that good, not good jn the sense they don't have a proper way to handle the customers during the most selling hours of the day. As a result many of them end up by not having their food. Overall experience was good.

The chicken was not properly cooked plus I found a feather in one of them. Very disappointed. Never expected this from a big reputed restaurant like KFC

I like this place. This place is on first floor of a multistory building and cinema is on 5th floor. The food here is same as in all KFC outlets the place is cozy and can b easily seen from road on a heavy traffic. The kfc here has two floors. The seating area is on firat floor. We have to take the our food and go to first floor to eat. This is not liked by me. The shop is really small.

Overall the experience was quite smooth and the people behind the desk were very helpful and generous enough. However, the hot and crispy chicken was abit dry, they need to improve their timing of frying for the tenderness of the chicken, rest was totally fine.. Well, I’m a veery huge KFC fan and this outlet might have not disappointed me. The quality of food might have have been better though. 🍗😅

Kindly please turn this thing off. The noise is so irritating. Nobody wants to eat in an environment like fish market.

Welll, it was the worst experience here... I was very happy to visit kfc after so long... But all of my excitement went down when I got my food... I had ordered a chicken roll, wings box and yes a rice meal.. At first I had the rice , well the rice was cold.. The gravy in it was sour.. I still had it.. But when I took a bite of the roll.. I was done.. It was so hard.... Cold and it seemed like it was half baked., after that I did not eat the roll, next I took a bite of the wings well it was cold again and very soggy.. I could not eat it any more... Still I finished my meal.. Later to let the people know that there is something wrong with the food. I went to the counter.. I told them the issue , they seemed less bothered.. Then the manager came and told he would give me a free roll.. I said there is no need for that in fact he should check if the heater was working or not and check the food before giving the food... Inplace of offering free stuff... I told him to check on his machines.. I really wonder what are the head mangers are doing.. Why don't they do quality check..???... So well my dinner was a disaster..and yes the worst kfc experience I have ever got..

You can only expect this outlet to be in business only because of the brand tag. The delivery food and packaging is horrendous. Service is also average. I hope they show some real improvement delivery wise. I would only recommend the zinger.

Ordered through Swiggy. Part of the order is missing, the rest of the food stinks. They seem to pass on all old stuff at the end of the day. This borders on cheating. Not expected from a supposedly iconic brand. Beware when ordering online.

I ordered a burger, and I was asked about my preferences, but what I received was not what I expected. Instead of a traditional burger, I got something with two fried chicken and mayonnaise in between. It felt more like a scam than a burger from KFC.

It’s like an addiction… their chicken popcorn is soo delicious 🤤… I just can’t resist myself from eating these.

Food was tasty nd the behaviour of the manager Mr. Rohit Kumar was also very good n kind.

The hardest chicken burger and chicken roll, I had from here. Worst taste. Atmosphere is very bad. Lots of mosquitos are scattering around.

The food quality is nice. Even the spot is good and easy to reach. The place has good seating capacity. Good place to hang out.

Visited again today. It has been renovated and looks very nice. Limited seats though. Around six four seater tables and three two seater small tables. Wait time is pretty small. Ambience is cool too. Staff have pleasant attitude. I am not a kfc person. Taste was okayish. French fries not crispy at all. Chicken legs were very dry. Popcorn was okay. Hot wings were spicy. But quantity definitely felt sufficient Somehow I found taste better at other kfc outlets. Because of the upcoming flyover at zoo tiniali, parking situation is messy.

A small outlet compared to the other ones. I'm one of their regulars and always got the same quality of chicken. I'd recommend to eat chicken popcorn and BBQ chicken from here, these items are better than the other outlet's.

Its been one month from today On aug 26,2022 visited kfc Guwahati Zoo road to dine and so I did an online payment through upi id and my money was debited already. But the cashier Nibedita said she didnt received any and assured I will get my refund within 7 days and asked me for payment once again. But till now I havent got my refund.I have been contacting the staff in between but they were just extending time and asking me to wait.Very bad experience

The behaviour of the service staff is very rude. The order stuff is very bad not fresly cooked.
