WARNING: NEVER EVER BOOK THIS RESORT ON OYO. The whole management is a group of fraudsters. If you book it through Oyo, during the time of check in, they will ask you for more money. Because as per them, Oyo charges way too less for the rooms. If so, then why the hell have they listed themselves on the Oyo app? I booked a room here on the Oyo app and the management confirmed the booking. When I reached there, the receptionist asked me to pay ₹1500 more. I refused and lodged a complaint with Oyo. Thanks to the Oyo support they talked to the management and the management agreed to allow me to check in. But that wasn't the end of my problems. They told me that there are only 4 (four) rooms reserved for the Oyo customers, all being in the ground floor. When I asked them to show me the rooms (before paying for check in), first they made a lot of excuses but finally agreed to show me the rooms (that too reluctantly). The rooms were below par and doesn't match with those shown in the Oyo app at all. Moreover there's no complementary breakfast for the Oyo customers as promised during the time of booking. Fed up with all these, along with the nonsense attitude of the management, I decided to cancel my booking and went to another place. The route to the resort is quite bad, especially for the new comers. The final 100-200 metres is muddy road and the road condition becomes worse during the rainy days. If you are returning from somewhere at night, it is quite risky and it may possible that you lose your route if you don't use the google maps. There isn't any proper two/four wheeler parking place in the resort. You may end up parking your bike/car under the open sky. Therefore I WARN ALL OF YOU TO AVOID THIS PLACE and go somewhere else. Or you will be scammed of your hard earned money.

Went there for a small celebration. The food is good, staff is very friendly. Although we didn't stay but the rooms need a bit of interior repairing. Other than that everything is value for money. The ambiance is really good specially the garden area.

Pathetic -0 please don't go . No card payment only cash payment only. pathetic behaviour. Only high amount item will be available. No papad and Peanut masala available. They will fool you. Please don't go if you want to save yourself from any embarassement .

The location is very nice.. night view is absolutely amazing as you all can see in the pictures. We booked for a birthday party. Food was average One thing I would like to mention specifically is the quantity of the food is very less. I didn't really enjoy the food but over all nice place.

The restaurant staffs are very good, they all know how to deal with customer, they keep their smile always in front of guest. But the manager is very rude, he has no manners how to behave customer. The food is good, but please maintain quantity and price. Cleanness and hygiene, I'm giving 0 star. Bed sheet and blanket are dirty. Even their telephone is not working properly , LOL🤣 Its a resort/Villa so local peoples comes here for birthday/anniversary etc celebration. Their celebration starts from evening and its end at 11-12 PM. So i think their heavy sound system makes distribution between stay. Sounds comes into room because their room has no any sound proof construction, Even you can listen your near rooms discussion. Also they didn't provide breakfast even your booking including breakfast. Also they don't allow outside food except pizza,So make sure again before going. Good Thing in the villa is , Nice environment, Room size enough, Tv comes with lots of channel, You will get a chance to meet cute kitty, In summarized the complete review, There are no better hotel in guwahati on Oyo app, So customer has no choice.

Nice building and grounds, but extremely overpriced for what it is. Dated interior, TV not working, wifi doesn’t reach rooms and expensive food. Would not recommend for that price.

Place is beautifully constructed for parties, etc. Exterior decoration is awesome. However, they need to work upon their interiors and service. Not to mention the slow and pathetic service, they didn't even bother to clean the tables and chairs in the hall! Bearers were seen munching themselves rather than serving the guests. Main course quality and taste was not at par with the package price. This is just a constructive feedback so that they can work upon it considering that the owners are our acquaintances..

It was a very lovely and pleasant stay. I really enjoyed the 5 days i spent there. The staffs were not professionals but their etiquettes made up for it and they were very helpful and nice. The place is away from the hassle and noise of the main city which further enhances the stay. I would definitely recommend others to stay here. Only if there was a pool then it would have been even more fun👍

I don’t feel like giving even 1 star. I went to spend some good times with my family but turned out to be such a bad experience.Place was ok to visit. But service,food, hygiene everything is worst. We went there for lunch. First there was no guard to open the gate for us. Bathroom wasn’t clean. We ordered mix veg fried rice but we were served with eggs and pork mix rice. It was smelling so bad. Which restaurant serves mix veg rice with eggs and any meat?? And also I have never been to a restaurant where even in non veg fried rice pork is mixed. One of the boy and girl said there mix fried rice is mixed with the non veg items. Shocked to hear this. The rest of the food was also not good. I would say it was worst. After delivering the food on the table nobody came to even ask if everything was ok. And even at the end when we gave the feedback to the girl nobody came to us to say us a thing. We then again have to go to receptionist area to complain. I couldn’t express how bad we have felt today. Would never recommend to anyone.

Loved my stay at Zisuku Villa. Went there for birthday party. Loved the environment and the location. Very pleasant and the staff were very helpful too

They will definately charge you for damages made by previous guests and noticed when you will be present there . Please stop and choose any other place but not here . You will regret.

2 star for the garden. The room, the bathroom all sucks. Towel felt like it was never washed before and the bathroom flush doesn't work.

Worst food ... Worst service... Worst behaviour from the management... Can't even take order after 9:30... Service is too late.... You order for a bottle of water you have to wait for more than half and hour and you have too literally beg before them for the bottle of water.... Management is worst... Mr. Alam will ingnore everything you will ask for and don't have hold over his stuff all together a poor management skill what you can see Cooks are boss of this restaurant and they only know to say one word " NO " ... Rooms are too dirty.. No water in the loo... Worth for money is equivalent to zero... previously used soaps in the bathroom dirty towels.. no standard at all..Don't come untill and unless you want to waste your valuable money

Room ok but food worst, the dal was sour, the roomate found the pork tasteless, mutton wasn't fresh ans tasteless too, worried of food poisoning

They have newly built rooms which provide dirty muddy water to bathroom basin and toilet flush. Food is bakwas. Dal smelt like sour cream. Fermentation started already as they have prepared everything in the morning itself. Pork curry tasted like some tasteless rubbers. Curry had no salt or any taste. Khana is really very very very poor. Don't go there if you want a good stat. It just gave us headache now am at my bed and totally having stomach ache. The crispy baby corn tasted like fireballs and ut was so huge. Not properly cooked. If you want to waste time and money you can visit this resort. Else stay away and be happy and healthy.

Beautiful and tiny from outside . Rooms are dirty, Bedsheets and pillow cover feels like nvr washed and torn and hospitality also not that good. Food tastes Also not good. Even the view from the villa also mood spoiling .

Entire Hotel was good,, it was just the way to reach hotel... The connecting road to hotel was messed up,, no concrete road,, no pavement,, just mud all around (because of rain). Staffs were kinda good,, but still, should have better at servicing. Rooms and the entire Hotel looked epic and marvelous. Food was little bit expensive. Who pays INR 140 for 1 plate steamed rice.

I went there on 08/11/2023 for a birthday celebration. One of my friend told me about this place but I didn’t like the place at all! stuffs are good and foods are also good but they immediately need to maintaining the place, chairs, and serving the plates style. I recommend NOT TO GO, thanks me later.
