I
have
been
with
Compel
Fitness
for
over
a
year
now.
I
have
found
the
experience
rewarding
overall.
I
initially
joined
because
I
wanted
to
learn
how
to
use
gym
equipment.
When
Zach
told
me
about
the
value
of
strength
training
and
you
could
burn
more
calories
in
a
rested
state,
I
said
sign
me
up!
I
have
never
been
bored
with
the
exercises,
the
trainers
are
awesome!
Professional,
attentive
and
knowledgeable!
When
I
had
concerns,
I
had
a
chance
to
meet
with
one
of
the
owners,
Kevin,
and
he
was
very
nice
and
super
accommodating.
That
shows
passion
they
have
for
the
relationships
they
build
with
clientele.
In
addition
to
lifestyles
changes,
an
aggressive
change
in
diet
and
consistent
workouts.
Glory
to
God,
I
have
been
able
to
achieve
my
goals.
However,
with
my
work/Mom/home/
etc
life,
i
needed
something
flexible.
I
have
multiple
places
to
strength
train
and
I
had
a
set
schedule,
NO
MATTER
WHAT!!
I
would
suggest
starting
with
1/week
session,
you
can
easily
move
up
from
there.
I
love
Compel
because
it
helped
with
the
accountability
and
support.
I
had
to
be
somewhere,
to
meet
someone
that
wants
to
help
me
meet
my
goals.
They
definitely
aided
me
big
time,
but
this
program
was
not
all
I
did.
All
in
all,
not
only
did
I
lose
45
lbs,
gain
amazing
muscle
definition,
I
learned
what
it
take
to
motivate
yourself
to
push
further
rep
after
rep
even
when
your
body
(as
in
muscles)
says
“girl,
we
done”!
(Hint:
that’s
where
the
money
is).
Do
that
day
after
day,
week
after
week,
month
after
month
and
see
what
happens.
Not
only
did
my
body
change,
but
so
did
my
mind
and
confidence.
I
loved
this
experience
so
much,
I
decided
to
become
a
trainer
myself.
This
gift
of
health,
wellness
and
fitness
and
more
is
absolutely
priceless.
