    While I enjoyed the program while it lasted and the personal trainer I had for my classes was great....I don't like the fact that they locl you into a contract and when you decide to cancel early....they charge you an astronomical fee of $250 to cancel the membership! Never again will I sign up with compel fitness! They never answer the phone when you're trying to cancel and they don't return your phone call. I'm so glad my contract will end next month. Definitely a lesson learned!

    The semi training really focuses on my needs and set goals. It's one hour of dedicated hard work that truly pays off. The very first semi training I had made me very sore and I wanted to give up. I kept pushing through and I have slimmed down. The team training sessions are brutal but gets the job done. The team training is that extra boost of hard work I need to achieve my body goals. The sessions are really intense, there is always something new, and multiple workouts to do at a time. I honestly can say that the team training makes me want to work out 3 to 4 times a week. I know I will get a full body work out when I go and I learn a new exercise to do when I'm not with a trainer.

    Absolutely LOVE working with Megan. She has definitely changed my life. The results I have seen in such a short amount of time are UNBELIEVABLE. Even during quarantine, Megan has still managed to make sure that I continue seeing results. She has been doing online training to make sure that I am consistent with my workouts. She has definitely made me feel like anything is possible. I would not have been able to make it this far without her support and understanding. She’s truly amazing. HIGHLYYYY recommend working with her. It’ll be the best decision you will ever make :)

    I am glad to write this review so that I might extol the Compel Fitness team professionalism, hardwork and customer service skills! The fitness advisor was focused and very courteous, explaining what Compel offer and how I could reach my fitness goals even with my busy schedule. My questions answered all with great details. He took his time, but was conscientious of mine; I find that highly valuable in customer service-oriented work. I received follow-up emails and/or text making sure that I was satisfied with the service or if I had additional questions. The meal program was created specific to my fitness goals. The workouts are fun and challenging for all levels of fitness (extremely impressed). They offer classes throughout the week which works for my busy life. In the beginning I was a little hesitant and lacked motivation. But now, living healthier is apart of my “busy life”. Just know what you put in you will get out. I’m on the path to reaching my fitness goal with excitement. I highly recommend anyone to join this community of great individuals.

    Online trainings have been great! I love the fact that the trainers are just as involved in the sessions as much as they are in the gym. The sessions also range from a number of workouts and very timely. Whether it's a semi training or a team training, I enjoy being a part of the collective Compel team again.

    The trainers are amazing. They are encouraging and inspiring. They create workouts that are challenging. They will gently push you to complete the workout, but will adjust the exercise if needed. I had trainers before that did not work for me because they just created basic workouts for you without taking into count your ability, age, and current strength level. I am very impressed with the Compel Fitness coaches. I have worked out with three coaches, Wyssmy, Megan, & David and I would highly recommend all three. They all bring a little something different, so I will continue my workouts with all three.

    Yesterday was my first day back in the gym in 4 months. My session with Megan was amazing. She was very attentive, patient, and made me feel very comfortable as she has always done. She pushed me to my full potential and I left my session feeling hugely accomplished. Today my session with Wyss was just as amazing. He was very energetic and welcomed me back with an intense workout that challenged me to my full capacity. He kept me motivated through it all. Very rewarding experience. Wyss and Megan are the reasons why I’m happy I chose Compel Fitness for my fitness goals and lifestyle change. They are very inspiring, creative, and the best at their profession. I am always looking forward to my next session.

    J’ Michael in the the billing department is very professional, clear and patient. He assisted me with my account and thoroughly explained my account information. Megan is coach and personal trainer. She is awesome, motivating and understanding at the same time. She also has a plethora of exercises that really works the areas on my body that I would like to improve. I look forward to fulfilling my one year fitness journey with Compel Fitness and Gold’s Gym!!

    Today was my first workout with Compel Fitness. I am moderately fit, and the workout was the right amount of intensity and endurance that I need to take my fitness to the next level and reach my goals. The Coaches were engaging, the routine challenging, and the group gave me great energy to do my best. I made another great choice for my health goals. Yay!!!

    My experience with Compel Fitness has been great. My Coach, Megan, is awesome. She’s encouraging, thoughtful and always available - which is very important to me. Seems that the monthly exercises she gives me always prepare me for upcoming challenges or better equips me for the daily activities of my lifestyle. If Megan is occupied, whoever is at the desk is always willing to assist.

    I have been with Compel Fitness for over a year now. I have found the experience rewarding overall. I initially joined because I wanted to learn how to use gym equipment. When Zach told me about the value of strength training and you could burn more calories in a rested state, I said sign me up! I have never been bored with the exercises, the trainers are awesome! Professional, attentive and knowledgeable! When I had concerns, I had a chance to meet with one of the owners, Kevin, and he was very nice and super accommodating. That shows passion they have for the relationships they build with clientele. In addition to lifestyles changes, an aggressive change in diet and consistent workouts. Glory to God, I have been able to achieve my goals. However, with my work/Mom/home/ etc life, i needed something flexible. I have multiple places to strength train and I had a set schedule, NO MATTER WHAT!! I would suggest starting with 1/week session, you can easily move up from there. I love Compel because it helped with the accountability and support. I had to be somewhere, to meet someone that wants to help me meet my goals. They definitely aided me big time, but this program was not all I did. All in all, not only did I lose 45 lbs, gain amazing muscle definition, I learned what it take to motivate yourself to push further rep after rep even when your body (as in muscles) says “girl, we done”! (Hint: that’s where the money is). Do that day after day, week after week, month after month and see what happens. Not only did my body change, but so did my mind and confidence. I loved this experience so much, I decided to become a trainer myself. This gift of health, wellness and fitness and more is absolutely priceless. Thank you Kevin and the Compel Fitness team.
