This place is horrible ! Had my nails done Pink and white powder a week later and nail fell off the crack at the bottom I went back just now nobody wants to help me they can’t fix the nail I paid $60 for these nails and nobody wants to help me I know walked out there the worst place ever! They say “ come back tomorrow “ are u crazy ? Come on .. pics are just one week old. My nails are suppose to last

This was my first and last experience with this salon. I came in with the intention of getting a new full set of acrylics and the woman said i should just need a fill, so I said ok. Then she proceeds to cut ALL of my long nails off SO short that there is pretty much no acrylic on my nail bed, and she took one of them completely off (and did not replace it, so it’s still just my own nail). She continued to argue with me when I told her they were too short. So not only did I pay for this service which did NOT include acrylic on each nail, but the still existing acrylics are shorter than my actual nail, which will cause my $55 manicure to break on my first day of work. I have never had someone be so rude to me and act so unprofessional in a salon

I walked in to Fanatix today since my usual nail place was closed. They immediately sat me and had my full set done in an hour. Very friendly manicurists and great music in the background. I showed my manicurist a picture of what I wanted and it turned out PERFECTLY. Perfect shape, length, and color. I was very impressed and will definitely be back.

Worst experience ever. Do not go to the slightly chubby older lady. She was so rude and disrespectful. I left out of here crying. I wanted her to do a different shape on my nails and she just exploded. When she was done fileing one hand I looked to make sure I was satisfied with it and I caught her rolling her eyes at me I brushed it off because maybe she was having a bad day. When I ask for it to be filed more she said no it’s fine. Mind you I’m soft spoken and hate confitation but I didn’t want to pay for something I didn’t like. I asked again if she could just filed it a little more. She made a scene! Throw everything down and faced her back to me and started speaking to the other ladies in her language. The whole time I’m sitting there confused. She wouldn’t look or acknowledge me after that. Before she started my nails I asked her if she could do the design for me and she said yes. So I was so confused why she was yelling and being angry. The other workers just sat there and watched. After 10 mins of her yelling, with her back to me and arms crossed, I said what’s going on if she didn’t want to do them she could’ve said that. She walked to the back and I’m left sitting there looking confused. When she finally came back to the front I asked her if she can take the tips off so I can leave ( I was getting added length). She then proceeded to tell me 10 dollars for take off. I went to the lady who I believe was the owner and asked her if she can take them off. It was unreal that I had to ask for assistance. No one offered to take over or at least speak to me about what happened. As soon as she took off the tips I left and that is when the fire works started. I never left a business crying. It was humiliating!! I was so embarrassed. DO NOT EVER GO TO THAT LADY. I wish I knew her name. I found out later that she’s the same lady my sister went to and made her toe bleed and tried to hide it without telling her.

I was bored had walked to the corner store in flip flops lol and I looked down and said Who's feet are these.. lol had a litte time to spare so decided to give myself some TLC, Pedi and mani.. I walked in and" *I'm Pickyyyy.".. I said, do you all have matte clear polish? They said yea... So I agreed She sat me in the chair and LAWDDDDDDDDD SHE WENT TO WORRRRKKKKK SHE WASNT LEAVING ANYTHING BEHIND LIKE SHE NEVER WANTED ME TO COME BACK. Iwn think I ever had nobody go to work on my feet like that lol. She really did a great job.. *(she's a younger lady but she did that) same on my hands.. O everything sterilized etc, clean neat shop. It was a nice experience.

All salons come with their pro and cons. But what you cannot deny is results. I came in today for a fill-in, pedicure and lash extension. I was beyond satisfied with the work. Normally I am super skeptical about getting my lashes done at nail salons, but my stylist (Rea I believe) made sure to take her time and she was patient with me. Also they have new pedicure chairs that are simply amazing. The only thing that could be better is that the air condition was not on... it is JULY!

She took her time doing my Medicare and pedicure love this place will be back soon and this was my first visit 👍

3 of us went in for pedicures and they saw us very promptly. The service was AMAZING. Big props to the women that did my own pedicure, because my feet were worse for wear. I highly recommend this salon!
