Kept waiting for 20minutes for placing the order, and on asking one of the working crew (tall girl) she answered furiously “We are busy, can’t place the order” this is total shame for any workplace where you represent such customer service in such way. I mean are you serious? you gonna make your customer run way by saying We are busy. Come on mate, you need to increase your workforce if you’re not competent enough to run the business. Hope you learn some manners to speak to customers.

This oporto is not good... Waiting time is so long and for sauce even we have to wait for 2/3 minutes... I understand sometimes it's busy so it's hard to maintain things on time but not every time customer can compromise. They donot even do good preps tomatoes are not cored and i got that pieces it's so yuck if you don't have time to core throw that piece out but no serve that to customer Be fast and serve fresh and health not give anything to customer check twice before giving

Based on the minimal number of customers, it should take more time to eat your order than prepare your order. 10 mins is not fast food...

I would put 0 stars if could. The women taking my order was on the phone with an AirPod in and when I approached she continued her conversation. Because of with I had to repeat my order twice, then when I got my order 40% of the chips were uncooked and frozen. As I follow retail/hospo employee, really disappointing to see that level of customer service.

Good and tasty, great helpfull staff, food is made as you wait not sitting there going stale. Wait time always very reasonable . Happy faces every time I've been there.

Oporto is somewhere in between KFC and Nando's, but not as good as either of them. Chicken was slightly tough to chew, which isn't ideal in a wrap. Chips were okay.

Closes at 4pm. We just arrived in time at 3.50pm and were told "sorry guys, we're closed".

Bought Chicken Rappa Strip box. Came back to office, No sauce provided in the box when it was included in the deal. Chips were not even close to what you get with small meal. All for $17.95, that was not even worth $10. Pathetic!!

Are you sure you're a Mexican, or are you a mexicant? Would've been shorter to say the later. By all means get that value box, if you enjoy cardboard for meat.
