Everything was fine until about half way through my chicken wrap I noticed a funny taste, by the next morning I had food poisoning… nausea and body aches, hygiene practices are obviously not up to standard at kingsleys which is quite scary for a place that sells chicken and mayonnaise 2 high risk food items.

Paid for family chips & gravy and a croquette. I got a bag of half cooked chips. There wasn't a single crunchy chip in the entire packet. Some were so undercooked they were like mush in the bag. The croquette fell in half when I picked it up , also like mush. Very disappointed as I actually asked for well cooked chips. The gravy even tasted like plastic.... I rang the Woden store to complain but their phone was cutting in and out. So their phone doesn't even work. 🤔 Have always been a big fan of Kingsleys and it pains me to say this but I will never return. 😔

This place is disgusting. Customer service is really bad. We order burger deals, chickens and wraps. When requested to cut wraps into halves, they asked for extra money just to cut wraps into halves. Is this how they earn money?? When requested for sauce, they asked for money first, C’mom we are there to buy of course we will buy, you don’t need to ask money before providing service in this kind of takeaway shops.. The worse part is they charged us extra for 3 regular drinks which didn’t order at all… Don’t try to earn more by doing bad deeds.. Never ever going to this place again.. Really bad experience in new year 2024..

False advertising. There is a large board that says 4 chicken thighs for the price of 2. Inquired about this deal and woman instantly prepared it when I was just asking… and in the bag was the four smallest piece of chicken ever. Paid $6 for a large chips and this is what I got… literally the size of a small/medium at most. I am outraged. Will never buy from here again… scammers.

Kingsley's just paid me $2+ to add a drink and gravy to my order. By turning my order into a packaged meal, I got what I ordered cheaper. I decided I should try the extra items. After all they paid me to try them. 😀

Very poor customer service, rude behaviour and false advertising to attract customers. There will be always one sign saying 4 for the price of 2 but whenever you ask for it they’ll be like sorry it’s not there anymore, but if you want to pay full price they will just give it to you, the same chicken. This is my 4th time but still have to pay full price for the chicken even there is a special goin on. That’s a FRAUD.

They charged me $2.00 just because I chose which pieces of chicken I wanted. They also use processed chicken for the pulled chicken torp. Every other Kingsleys I go to doesn’t do either of those things. The other locations actually use real roast chicken for the pulled chicken torps and charge you normal pricing regardless of whether or not you request what chicken pieces you want. This is why I go to other Kingsleys.

The most awful chips I've ever had. They were shrivelled up and tasted old, nothing like they used to be. I returned them and asked for a refund. Obvious they are buying cheap supplies.
