    15min wait in drive through because they don’t have onion rings for a customer in front… crazy. The time management of this place is shocking

    Burgers were extremely buttery, chips very salty and nuggets just felt like something you:d buy at a supermarket. Just go to KFC.

    When you decide, let’s get fast food for lunch, but spend 25 minutes in the line for the drive through. And we’re still waiting! Not so fast food, allow time for this one.

    My experience was, food tasted good but it was cold and the portions to what is on the tv adds and Quality is very different not in a good way the chicken 🐔 was starved before it met it's fate unfortunately but I will say the sweet potato fries were awesome fresh, hot and so yummy I'd buy them again for sure!

    Complete mess from ordering through to pick up of food App / Website is not integrated with each other No clear instructions on how to collect food after ordering / "checking in" thrubthe App No option to collect food via drive thu Counter staff completely unable to manage volume of orders No cutlery given in takeaway order Not a good experience today.......

    Staff could not understand that I wanted a combo order and not a box. After 3 attempts I ended up being charged for a box and not a combo. This was eventually sorted by another staff member. The woman serving originally was rude to me and the following customer PLEASE AVOID THIS RED ROOSTER!!!

    Just spoke to maddy over the phone in regards to an issue with my online order. She was extremely helpful and organised compensation for my issue straight away. Fantastic customer service and made me feel like a valued customer. Thanks maddy :)

    Drive through speaker is so quiet it can't be heard over traffic. Staff don't seem to like customers & roll their eyes when asked to repeat something. Service was slow but food itself was okay (once the order was done correctly)

    Ordered a Burger Bundle to be delivered. Meal delivered 20 mins later than specified plus no chicken pack that was meant to be included came with the delivery and the meal stone cold. Rang the store, told chicken pack couldn't be delivered that night and said they don't understand why drivers take so many deliveries at once but would call me back when less busy to discuss a resolution. No call received that night. Called back next day and told would call back in half an hour. A little over half hour later, staff member called, apologised and said she'd send a voucher via email by 5pm that day. No voucher received nor a phone call if they had my email wrong. My husband went in next day and staff were no help. No follow up call. Will not see my business again or receive any recommendations.

    I ordered online and when I got to the counter, I said online order. I stood there for over 20 minutes. People walking in got served before I did. Any other Red Rooster is better than the Queanbeyan one. Staff don't listen and let you stand there for 20 minutes before checking on you.

    I did an online order via the Red Rooster website encouraged by a Cash rewards special and when I arrived, clicked start making order. However, the drive through full, Menulog orders kept firing out of the printer, and lots of people inside waiting. Crazy, and only two staff in the kitchen. After half an hour or so of waiting, the food was brought out. The leader of the counter said the food wasn't mine, but the junior corrected them, and gave it too me (both appeared stressed, and the 2 kitchen staff likewise) . Red Rooster is good as a treat, but their processes to manage customer expectations and balance direct vs Menulog business on a Friday night need work

    The staff here have a fundamental problem of taking an order in the drive through. My advice is to either ignore them and order directly at the window or check your order when it’s given to you. Absolutely pathetic.

    I ordered two snack subs. They clearly didn't have any stock. Just ripped a roll in half and sold them as subs. One had no chicken at all. Very poor.

    Food was fresh nice. Service was sedate . You felt like you shouldn't ask to many questions. Restaurant was clean and refreshed plenty of parking

    Absolute joke! 11 chips in the chicken and chips. Manager couldn’t care less! If I could upload photos I would 😡 boss is too cheap to actually give customers what they order

    Nasty. They now have food pre-arranged pre-packed elswhere... Pack it up in boxes, deliver to the outlet.. deep fry and flog off. No local chicken prep.. Hence, pre-cooked, par boiled taste. But the marketing has improved out of sight. Ill not be using this as stopgap reward comfort food for my drive home, through Queanbeyan any more. Red Rooster was always fairly expensive, but at least it used to be fairly fresh, hot. Now it is kinda wrong, luke warm, almost predigested quality. Awful. Its expensive. No more fish/fries offerings. Run by people that prefer to run machines. Food has further deteriorated. Yeah na.

    It's RedRooster people.... So the food is okay, armosphere okay. BUT at this particular store, the young lady serving was spot, Happy polite and all with a smile

    Customer service is the best! Thanks for the prompt action of the freshest Red Rooster I've ever had (after a botched Menulog driver stuff up). You guys nailed the complimentary choccy mouse :)

    Love their fried chicken and the butter milk wings. If you haven't been for a while I recommend trying them again the changes are awesome. I'd pick their fried chicken over a certain well known competitor, not greasy/fatty it's crispy and crunchy. One particular lady on the driveway is always so happy and freindly, great customer service.

    To whoever the female server was at 3:40 pm today, i must say thanks. Its been a long time since I've gone to a red rooster. My vague questions about all the items as well as the vast variety of sauces were answered not only in depth but very politely. Great service.

    As far as Red Rooster goes this store is very consistent. I've only been disappointed once in 6 years and it was by in store service not the quality of the food. Chips are always fresh and seasoned well, and they've always got my order right! I'd visit more if it wasn't so far to go.

    Very slow in drive thru today and other occassions also. Not sure what issue was. Staff were friendly enough but still managed to have my order wrong when I finally got to drive thru collection. They have best roast chicken in town so not all gloom and doom.😉
