The new Majestic model houses under construction are super beautiful, with top-notch finishes, a large kitchen with furniture included, a fully covered bathroom, a spacious living room, an internal laundry room with a metal back door plus bars on all the windows (this thing about the bars will save you like a thousand or so less since iron is super expensive) and good terrain from 198m2. They are worth $72k and up. There is no competition, these houses are the best option in the west. The issue of water is something to worry about in this place so I suggest that when you move you consider a reserve tank as well.

Quiet place to live with family

Very nice, quite clean, but the gazebo has been finished being built since they took that area away from the young people who play soccer to build the gazebo and now they have not finished it
