This place is good and the coffee is good, but I don’t recommend the pastries at all. They’re way overpriced and almost always have a slightly off texture. They almost feel old or something. However, the coffee is good and the tea drinks are really refreshing. It’s great for when you don’t want to go all the way to Starbucks or need a quiet place to study.

This is the worst service, they don’t care, dirtiest location, furniture is always trashed, takes 20 mins to get a drink

Good coffee, they just know how to make it when you order just one pump of caramel syrup or whatever add-on you request. The mix it accordingly, not put it like a decoration on the cup. This is one of my favorite branches because they have a drive-thru, although now they have a special parking space in each branch to give you service in your car. This branch has a second floor with nice chairs and sofas to work or just relax by yourself or with friends. What came to my attention is that every table has a service button in case you want to order something else.

Really is a popular cafe. Honestly the coffee preparations here are great. However, sometimes latte and cappuccino can't be differenced.

They really need to get rid of this girl. I understand it is Panama and the customer service is subpar across the board. But the first time we dealt with her a month ago, we stood there watching her eat for two or three minutes. We asked her to service us and she responded with,"can't you see I am eating." We left. Today we thought we would try it agaIn. My wife asked a question and she roll her eyes and was hateful. Defintely not what we expect from this chain.

Coffee bean is good , I wish they had more vegan options, and for a bit cheaper but i appreciate what they have for now. Their coffee and cold drinks are nice. I enjoy their bean app accumulation of points.

If you want good coffee. This isn't it.. outrageously expensive and terrible coffee.. they didn't even have to stay cups...who wants to $5 for a terrible americano and drink it from a paper cup

unfriendliest service ever the coffee was mediocre (i had low expectations anyway) but the service guy was obviously annoyed in general at having to deal with customers. the attitude was palpable UPDATE: Wow! reading through some of the other reviews below for this place it seems like toxic service and distain for customers is their specialty. The company head office needs to look into this particular branch pronto. It’s damaging your reputation and brand.

Buen servicio y muy acogedor el sitio del Multiplaza. Sin embargo me gustaría saber la política de uso del lugar, ya que noté al llegar hoy, que gran parte de las personas sentadas y usando las instalaciones, no eran consumidores. Solo transeúntes usando los bienes de la cafetería. Es esto permitido por la política de la franquicia??

4 stars just because I think is overpriced , specially for the baked goods, very small. Overall the place is nice and staff is always friendly. Internet is good.

The staff here said they open at 8:00 a.m. on Sundays. I arrived at 8:00 on Sunday and they were closed. I walked around and came back at 8:15, still closed. I walked around some more and came back at 8:30, still closed. I guess having return customers is not important to this coffee shop. I'll permanently go somewhere else for coffee.
