newly built hotel is nicely designed with all required things are available in the room they have provided to us, we enjoyed our stay at holy shivana rishikesh, staff behaviour is superb

I had a wonderful time staying at the Holy Shivana hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a great stay. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. I particularly enjoyed the on-site restaurant, which served delicious food and provided a great atmosphere for dining. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area

Cleanest hotel in the locality and staff are well trained. Parking is an issue common with most of the hotels. Food is limited but good quality. Prices vary with peak season enhancement.

I am thrilled to share my wonderful experience at this newly built hotel situated on the Tapovan Road. It certainly deserves to be categorized as an IBIS or GINGER hotel. The rooms are spacious and impeccably clean, equipped with top-notch Jaguar fittings in the toilets. The hotel staff is extremely hospitable and welcoming, making us feel at home. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Shri Jagmohan Payal, who is an exceptional human being and is very friendly with the guests. My family and I are extremely grateful to Holi Sivana for making our stay in RISHIKESH a memorable one. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

No doubt Hotel room was good, but service was terrible. We ate in their restaurant in night time, Food was not that delicious. In breakfast, when actual problem started. We ordered and waited for half an hour, waiter came and served our food to another table. Then after 10 minutes they came with partial order and didn’t even serve plates to eat it. At that point we stepped out !! PS. Hotel doesn’t provide parking even when they have parking spots available.

Class apart restaurant. Not only food, ambience and hospitality was great. But the kitchen was well maintained. I was impressed with their honesty,as bill amount was reduced by ₹100 was self corrected once they realised they added wrong item to the bill, the mistake wasn't noticed by us.
