Worked in the hospitality business for years. I have never come across a 48 hour cancelation policy. Sadly got charged for a room that I tired to cancel 30 hours beforehand. Local to the Whitemouth area. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

Nice hotel with very nice staff. My wife and I stayed here with our dog, they are pet friendly, because we needed to take our dog to the animal hospital in Beausejour. The rooms are pretty nice and we thought the bed was good. The only issue we had was there are not a lot of plug-ins in the room, which is not as good in today's world. They also have conference rooms and a pool. So if you are staying in Beausejour would recommend trying this inn.

We only went to the restaurant, tried the schnitzel and the salmon, both very good, tho the salmon could have a little more korean bbq flavour/ seasoning. The deep fried banana cheese cake was delicious! A really good experience.

AMAZING!!! we went to the tavern last night for a late dinner. When we arrived, they had one empty table. Even with being extremely busy, the service was amazing. Our waitress was promt and friendly our food came out fast and hot! Food 10 out of 10 Service 10 out of 10 Atmosphere 10 out of 10 We will definitely be going back again.

Have only been to the tavern part of the inn, so I can only speak on that but I have essentially nothing but good things to say. I've been twice to eat there, once for breakfast and one for dinner. Both meals were amazing, though I particularly enjoyed the steak and potatoes I got for dinner (my boyfriend ordered the oysters and they were absolutely incredible). At least when I went, which was only a couple days after open, they were operating under a limited menu, so I'm really looking forward to seeing what else is available next time I go.

We had a great stay at Superior Inn. We snowmobiled there and spent the evening in the pool and hot tub. Everything was excellent. Snowman trails right to the parking lot, trails for miles in any direction, perfect spot for snowmobile enthusiasts. Super excited to see a restaurant/bar being added to be open by spring.

We were in town on work and stayed and ate at this Inn and restaurant for 3 days. The atmosphere and food are not what you'd expect from a small town Inn. The menu is fresh and the of the kitchen staff knocked every meal out of the park. Out entire group of 10 people did not complain about a single meal. The rooms are clean and updated and other than there being some noise in the hallway from some partying patrons, we had no issues with our stay, which is exactly what you want when you're travelling for work. The owners are on site working and came by our table on a few occasions to make sure everything was to our liking. We would stay at this place again in a second.

Hi........We never stayed in one of your rooms as we just came for dinner. The food and service was excellent. Here is my problem.....I wanted to show my wife the menu but I CANNOT FIND IT on your website. Also when I was there I could not find a single cheeseburger on your menu. I ordered chicken but I wanted a cheeseburger.

Great atmosphere. Hosted our office Christmas party at the newly renovated restaurant and bar. It was a hit, staff were exceptional with service and accommodating. We had some extra people show up and they added seats no problem. Food was great especially the steak. Thanks for hosting and keep it up. Eastman Dental Group

The front reception person we had on our arrival/first night, was super helpful. She got us an extra mattress and sheets (fyi for others, they don’t have cots, just a mattress you put on the floor and you have to rearrange the room to make it fit). We appreciated that pets were allowed as we came for a funeral and didn’t have time to make other arrangements. We were on the main floor which is renovated but other family members stayed upstairs and those rooms were not renovated and still carpeted. So if you plan to bring a pet try to get a main floor room. The room we were in had multiple plugins that didn’t work which posed a problem because the lamp between the beds didn’t work, and we had to rearrange the room again to find a way to plug in a cpap machine, and plug phones in to charge. The AC in rooms on the main floor was 👌FANTASTIC👌, but when we visited upstairs it was hot. Our room had an older model and it was perfect to block out noise from the hallway. My cousin in another main floor room had the newest whisper quiet AC and the room temp was great but she’d wished there was some actual white noise. Do not use the coffee in the room. It’s… awful 💀🤡. Coming from someone who’s not picky about coffee. It looked grey with the coffee whitener. They have better complimentary coffee in the lobby with actual creamers, but unfortunately no decaf. So I had a herbal tea instead. I get that decaf isn’t often in high demand but they would be better off to just have a couple keurigs with pods to choose from and then a pot of decaf wouldn’t be just sitting. The showers were nice, and there was still hot water at 9am with a full hotel. Can’t speak to the pool, didn’t use it, but it looked clean and well kept from the lobby. We also found the location very convenient since it is right next to the funeral home. And cleanliness was top notch. The tavern was ok. It was pretty packed and seemed like the place to go in town. We didn’t have too bad of an experience. The first night our table ordered food and our server was attentive. The menu was pretty limited though. I had the fish tacos, the tortillas seemed very fresh, maybe even made from scratch, and the walleye was very good too but they didn’t seem to have cilantro or pico de gallo listed on the description. Also they were topped with what seemed to be creamy cucumber dressing rather than a lime dressing , and they could be improved by replacing the leafy salad mix with shredded cabbage. Our family at another table had some issues. They had a different server and it took a half hour for their drinks to come, and then when they ordered food it didn’t come at all. Also the next night I think we had the same server as our aforementioned family members and I asked if they had sour beer and she didn’t know what sour beer was. Hopefully she’s just new, and will learn more about beers since she’s working in a tavern. I got franks hot wings, they were okay but very small and quite a few broken wings. The rest of the table got Cajun wings and they looked plain. Couldn’t see or taste any spice on them. We tried multiple times to get the server’s attention, just to ask for some spice on the side to sprinkle, but by the time she came by, they each had maybe one or two wings left so didn’t bother. All in all giving 4 stars because I see they’re under new-ish ownership and seem to be gradually making improvements. If I came back in say a year, and it was still the same (outlets not fixed, lounge still not what it could be, no decaf coffee in lobby etc) then I might return to Google maps to lower my star rating. None of the above is intended to be slander, purely to prepare review readers for their stay.

Breezy Oaks Inn & Tavern was Reunion Central for our 50th Anniversary High School Reunion. The recently opened restaurant and bar was a real treat. Great variety of food items and more being added. Any minor deficiencies in the room were quickly dealt with by very responsive staff. I'd like to thank Breigh and Jason, co-owners for all of their support during our four night stay. Jason even ensured that we were able to watch the Dutch Grand Prix in the bar on Sunday. Bonus!!! We highly recommend the Breezy Oaks Inn as a wonderful place to stay.

2 things I expect when dining out 1. Customer service and a friendly waiter The Waiters were cordial and courteous. I was greeted with a smile soon as I walked in 10 out of 10, and the waitress checked in on us often to cater to our needs 2. Quality food The food was pricey but was delicious. The #44 burger was awesome 👌 looking forward to trying everything on the menu 😋 The owner lady was very beautiful and spoke to all customers. This is a great way to know what is and isn't working in the restaurant, overall 10 out of 10 for this place The ceasers were absolutely delicious

I went to the restaurant and everyone was so nice! They were willing to make me drinks that they haven’t done before. Normally I’m not a huge fan of tipping but I gladly tipped these people! It’s such a friendly place. I put five stars for the rooms because they’re affordable, but I’ve personally never stayed there for a night. They’re definitely very reasonable with their prices! I’m looking forward to spending the night soon. There’s even a honeymoon room at a great price!

Very nice place to stay. Bottom floor renovated, top floor not yet. Room was clean, had fridge, microwave, blow dryer. Staff very friendly front desk Bree, jay and cleaning staff. They had a room we could get coffee, dishes we could borrow and use a toaster. Pool area very nice, hot tub was great. Close to the curl rink while we were there for senior provincials. Thanks

Came this past weekend for a birthday party. Roos are spacious and beautifully updated. The pool was inviting and there was tons of space. Looking forward to returning soon to have drinks and a bite to eat in the new tavern that is being built (Breezy Oaks)! The new owners are doing great things! Keep up the amazing transformation!
