This
place
used
to
be
good,
but
these
days
it's
awful!
Not
only
are
the
bagels
mediocre,
the
baked
goods
are
terrible.
Yes,
they're
enormous
in
size
but
all
too
often
are
stale
to
the
point
of
being
inedible.
(I
ordered
a
cheese
danish
last
weekend
and
upon
biting
into
it
discovered
the
cheese
was
moldy!!
UGHH!!!!)
Plus
the
service
is
horrible
--
there's
always
a
long
line
because
they're
understaffed
and
most
of
the
kids
they
have
working
there
have
no
idea
what
they're
doing.
Plus
they
placed
a
fraudulent
charge
on
my
credit
card
last
fall.
AVOID
AT
ALL
COSTS!!!

owner,
since
you
decided
to
reply
and
slander
me,
I'm
going
to
reply
right
back.
First
of
all,
the
fact
that
you
needed
to
attack
me
personally
proves
just
how
badly
your
business
is
mismanaged.
Secondly,
all
the
one-star
reviews
here
can't
be
wrong.
Are
we
all
going
to
some
other
bagel
place
where
we
have
"VIP"
status??
You
sound
like
some
kind
of
deranged
conspiracy
nut.
Secondly,
to
answer
the
lies
in
your
reply:
1.
I
ate
the
cheese
danish
(at
least
until
I
came
upon
the
moldy
bit)
a
few
minutes
after
leaving
your
establishment,
so
it
had
to
do
with
YOUR
storage/food
prep.
Don't
blame
it
on
your
customers:
that
only
proves
what
a
defensive
jackass
you
are.
2.
Your
business
DID
fraudently
charge
my
credit
card,
and
I
will
be
happy
to
post
proof
of
it
here
if
you
want
to
pick
a
fight
with
me.
My
credit
card
company
investigated,
and
found
that
it
was
fraud
(a
second
charge
of
over
$
50
was
added
to
the
charge
I
made),
and
subsequently
refunded
me
the
money
that
YOUR
business
tried
to
steal
from
me
(the
only
time
this
has
ever
happened
to
me,
by
the
way).
Despite
that,
I
continued
to
give
you
my
business.
Fool
me
once,
shame
on
me;
fool
me
twice,
shame
on
you!
3.
Your
serving
staff
are
mostly
new;
I
know
this,
because
until
last
week
(when
I
discovered
the
mold
in
my
cheese
danish),
I
continued
to
foolishly
continue
to
come
to
your
store.
You
can
be
certain
that
will
never
happen
again,
and
I
hope
that
those
reading
this
review
will
benefit
from
my
bad
experience.
And,
unfortunately,
many
of
your
new
employees
don't
know
their
jobs
even
though
they
seem
to
be
nice
people.
That's
the
reason
for
the
perpetual
long
lines
in
recent
months
--
NOT
because
your
food
is
any
good.
And
if
"these
kids"
have
been
with
you
for
"many
years,"
my
question
is:
did
you
hire
them
when
they
were
eleven?
Most
of
"these
kids"
appear
to
be
teenagers.
4.
Last
but
not
least,
your
accusation
that
"people
like
me
hide
behind
these
bs
reviews"
is,
well,
bs.
If
you
had
taken
a
minute
to
scroll
down
and
read
my
other
Google
reviews,
you'd
see
they
are
all
five-star,
for
reputable
businesses
that
deserve
to
have
customers.
Unlike
your
business,
I
might
add.
Believe
me,
if
I
could
give
your
business
zero
stars,
I
would,
and
I'll
bet
many
of
the
other
one-star
reviewers
here
on
Google
would
do
the
same.
Again,
are
we
all
wrong??
