Lady behind the counter is overwhelmed. She can barely speak or understand english which makes it difficult to order. Simple order takes over 45 mins to prepare. Shes running behind customers outside in the parking lot. This place needs to get it together

This place has gotten noticeably better recently, food higher quality, hot fresh and cooked correctly. Don’t know if it’s under new ownership or management. But I’m glad I went back.

I ordered some burgers and fries with Chili on top the chili was really bad the size is really small ando they charge me for the drink and didn’t get anything.but the burgers are really good tho 🥲

I normally go to the Wayback Burger in East Meadow because it’s closer to my house. But, I thought I would try the one in Northport because my car was charging in Huntington. I have to say I regret that decision. The main reason is that they do not take Apple Pay. I’m assuming that this merchant is too oblivious to see that a lot of the younger people are paying with their smartphones. Also, two of the kids looked 13 and they were making the food!! That is a department of labor violation!! I do not suggest you visit this location if you want kids cooking your food and you pay with your smartphone!! I’m honestly only giving it one star because the food was good!!

I love this place, and not just bec there's amazing bubble tea on premises. The crispy chicken sandwich w remoulade is my go-to. I ask for extra sauce, bec sometimes there's not enough sauce. W the pickles, it's divine. And the tater tots are excellent, not enough places offer tater tots as an option. The Mac and cheese bites also yummy. The people who work here are friendly. Appears to be family owned.

The burger was average but they don't give much in toppings. Very few mushrooms and tomatoes are paper thin. They gave us wrong order at the table then tried giving food to others after we opened the burgers. The other people got a refund and left. All the tables are sticky from not being cleaned. Not much of a place

Had high hopes for this place, unfortunately we were very disappointed. Burgers have a very close resemblance and taste to mcondalds burgers. Meat is thin and falls apart. They do not give you a lot of toppings. I got a singular piece of lettuce and the tomato is wasn’t even a slice, more like a shaving. Had to season our own burgers with salt and pepper to help it taste better. Tater tots were good, then again, it’s pretty hard to mess those up. Service was fine, cashier was friendly and food came out quick. Overall, wouldn’t recommend

I had the triple triple burger, unfortunately I got to say that it did not have such a great flavor. It was not bad, but it did not meet my expectations. It was not has flavorful has I wad hoping.

Wayback is my favorite " new"style burger joint. Also the chicken sandwiches are great, especially the spicy ones.

Loooove this new place in town, very unique and such delicious drinks! The brown sugar boba was my a dispute fave!

Really bad burgers I do not know how they make their burgers and I do not wanna know but they make my whole family sick 🤢 please use gloves to prepare the food or idk but your food is making people get sick

A couple years ago I would stop in here for burgers and onion rings and it was always good. Then I had a few trips in a row where I felt the quality was really lacking so I stopped going. I recently decided to give them another shot and I'm glad I did, I've been back 3 times already! Everything was excellent. It's all made to order, hot and fresh... a little bit of a wait if you're ordering for 4 or 5 people but it's worth it. Burgers are juicy and flavorful. Fries and onion rings are crispy and not overly salted. My husband loves the fish sandwich, crisp but not dried out! Great place for the family and I think the prices are quite fair when compared to some other burger places that tend to over charge especially for sides and shakes.

Our burgers were awesome as always the fries ok but the cashier tried to recharge us for the bacon cheese fries which could of possibly been a mistake but they would of got me if i didnt have my receipt which they probally had a copy if also so im skeptical. The place looks strange not run down but not like a restaurant. You have to take a minute to figure out where you order and pay. The prices when everything added up were what we spend for a sit down with waitress restaurant.

Just had Uber Eats deliver my order. First time trying Wayback Burgers and let me tell you, I will be back! I didn't even order a burger, but the cheesesteak, Irish nachos, mac and cheese bites, and the mix of fries and onion rings was on point. Still piping hot and it tastes delicious! A must try. Next time I'll be going to the actual location.

This place they always make the food great and spot on! The staff that works here is always friendly and prompt with service. The only thing I feel bad for is the staff being overworked. Thank you for the great food and service!

Extremely slow uninspired service. Bring your pajamas and sleeping bag. But otherwise the most disgusting greasy tasteless burgers both my wife and I have ever had. $22.00 for 2 horrible burgers,fries and a coke that made my stomach sick before i was finished eating. Dont walk. RUN from this place. It wasnt even busy. There are no excuses. Just bad all around

The fries are good most of the time. Nashville hot chicken is delicious. Chicken tenders are sometimes undercooked. When I've gone in person, it does indeed take a while for the food to be prepped... quite understaffed. The service here used to be better than it is now; no offense to those currently working there.

The food is amazing and the price is really reasonable as well. The Mac n cheese bites were really good, best I ever had. Definitely recommending and returning. The image does no justices to the meal.

The foods preety good, wish the burgers were a bit bigger but the wait is super long. Only 2 people working both stores.

We went there for lunch after church. It’s our first dine in since the pandemic (2 years)! The place was nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and prepared very delicious fresh-made burgers for us. It’s worth the wait. We will definitely come back again.
