    So many things just didn't work or simply broke in our room - that included the AC and various things in the bathroom. They did not very good quality materials to build or furnish this hotel. Breakfast buffet was not good. Simply just not good. We also had a super unpleasant experience with their lounge. They charged us $25 for a gin&tonic cocktail. They later did refund us and apologized. But, they did all that AFTER we challenged them on the pricing while they insisted $25 was a correct charge. We could have stayed for a few more days, but we were so disappointment with so many things that we left and went back to Hilton in Beirut.

    Very nice and elegant restaurant on the last floor of Burj on Bay hotel. The place is very cosy, calm and spacious. The staff are really helpful and welcoming. The food is very good. Special dinner nights are organized by the restaurant everyday. I would suggest a revisit for the wines menu. I strongly recommend.

    We came 3 days post wedding for a mini honeynoon: 1- they started harrassing us to ask for payment 1 week before our arrival 2 - they didn't offer anything whatsoever , knowing that it was our honeymoon, no small intentions, nothing. the receptionist didn't even say congratulations when we walked in with a wedding dress and suit 3- the room is definitely not worth 200 usd. we extended 1 night coz we had too, they didnt offer any discount either 4- in the room they put a complimentary tray and they made us pay for it later. i specify it was not the minibar, there was a specific tag saying complimentary tray. 5- at checkout i waited 15 min for the girl receptionist (date was Aug 2) to look at me, she was taking call after call while i waited. at the end i was late for an appointment i just gave her the key and left. the concierge followed us running to the parking saying we still owe 400.000 (10 usd) for 2 bags of chips from the supposedly complimentary tray. Shame on you running after us for 10 USD after we paid 600 USD + beyond 400USD of consumption on the rooftop. Even the concierge was apologizing for this coz he knew it was beyond unacceptable but he had orders to run after us 6- my husband went back up to pay the 10usd and the same rude girl was like : "yea im in a hurry too" instead of apologizing or simply shutting up and staying polite 7 - i called for a complaint, a guy names Naji replied (supposedly room manager) who simply said next time u come ask for me LOL 9- in addition to all this at breakfast time, the service is slow, i had to ask several times for coffee to get one and the food is definitely not a 5 star quality food We will never be back again, and will never recommend this place and its rude staff. your receptionist should be fired, as i have never seen such an unprofessional girl before and trust me i have travelled a lot

    Stayed at this hotel 3 nights. It is the worst hotel I've been in ever! I was on a honeymoon they didnt even bother with any small gesture!! No welcome at all! Staff is not welcoming , service is very slow, price is too high for what it is, zero customer service after we complained... They also asked us to pay everything 1 week before ,before the checkin date!!! Never again. Shame on u

    I was surprised at some of positive reviews of the hotel. My wife and I stayed at Burj on Bay as part of a wedding group. The wedding couple reserved a block of rooms. It is not a 5 stars hotel as advertised. We booked an executive suite. The suite was located on the 13th floor. The 14th floor was the restaurant and roof bar. The view from our room was really nice, that was the best part of the room. The room needed remodeling, it was basic and felt unclean. The furniture were old and everything was worn out. The shower was not practical and uncomfortable to shower without getting the whole floor wet. The noise from the restaurant above was really bad. Before 7am the staff moves the chairs and table every morning and you hear it all in your room. Sometimes in middle of the night you hear them move the chairs and table I guess to clean the floor. It was very hard to have a good night sleep. Also on the weekend you hear all the music in the room. We only went up once to have breakfast, the service was lacking. We worried about eating at the hotel since the night before there was a function for the wedding party and my wife got really sick from the food and stayed in bed all day. Other guests got sick as well. It was unfortunate so we stopped eating at the hotel. I would not pick the hotel to stay at.

    Stayed at this hotel for 1 night as it was close to the destinations I planned on going to. The check in was fast and simple, the rooms were clean and safe also were not too old quite modern. The only thing I didn’t like about the hotel was, at the breakfast buffet the food choice was very limited, staff had no clue what food was on the table, no dietary guidelines or names of food was provided, despite that, the manager whom was supposed to help put his finger in one of the jams and licked it saying it was nice should try. This shows lack of hygiene and care from staff. Too bad the restaurant on the rooftop is actually really beautiful. Might stay again but will not be eating from this hotel. Nonetheless the pool closes quite early around 9pm.

    We did not stay there, we went for lunch at the buffet restaurant and it was very good. Different cuisines and dishes and the dessert was soo good, made by the cordon bleu chefs. The red-haired hostess was soo friendly and nice and made us feel comfortable. Very nice experience and i will definitely be back for more deliciousness

    It's a good hotel in the area ! The rooms are clean, very clean. The service is excellent! from the reception to the valet parking to the housekeepers all the stuff are so nice ans always in good humor! They do anything to keep the customer happy. The food in the 14th floor is good (a la carte) the only thing is that the breakfast sometimes is good and the day is really bad !!! Overall I give the hotel a 4 stars.

    Far from 5 stars. Not a good place to sleep as the walls are paper thin and you can hear every conversation in the hallway and people using the restroom next door and above. Front desk and bellhop are extremely nice. Also, be careful at the restaurant they try to rip off foreigners. They use 4 different menus and none of them or what you will actually pay. Make sure you ask for the printed out menu as that one was the closest with the bill.

    Stayed at this hotel for a family wedding and the location was hard to get to, the car park was always full, the rooms were very tiny and noisy due to other functions the hotel was hosting. Everything was overpriced for average service. Multiple times we asked them to fix our booking for two nights instead of one which we had already paid for but they still canceled our room key card after one night meaning we couldn’t use the car park or lifts to get up to our room.

    We had dinner at Signatures restaurant. I can say that the view was amazing, and the food was great. We tried unusual items from the menu and all was delicious. Aesthetics and service are on point. I usually like calm music during the week, which made it very relaxing and soothing. It was a bit expensive but worth a try, definitely made our date night one to remember

    THIS HOTEL IS NOT SAFE AND DID NOT HAVE THE RESPONSIBILITY TO PROTECT OUR PROPERY AT OUR ROOMS. OUR BRACELET HAS BEEN STOLEN AT OUR ROOM AND HOTEL DID NOT PUT THE NECESSARY SECURITY MANAGEMENT. THEIR CUSTOMER RELATION MANAGEMENT IS ALSO QUITE POOR. IF YOU WANT TO BE SAFE, DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL. DEFINITELY POOR SECURITY AND MANAGEMENT.

    We had our wedding at Burj on Bay Byblos Garden. Honestly, the staff was AMAZING. They helped us manage everything from A to Z. They were so patient with us and explained everything extensively. They were always following up with us on every update throughout the wedding preparations. On the wedding day, the service was beyond impeccable. AND the food was super super delicious, from presentation to taste everything was on point. Everything was over the top, and I am not only speaking fro my husband and I, but from all our guests as well. We had so many compliments about the food and location. Also, we stayed in their hotel and that was a perfect experience as well. I cannot recommend them enough !! Thank you for all the staff that helped us create our perfect wedding!!!

    Luxury hotel with great sea view. The Sunday lunch buffet is rich in flavor and variety! It is a must try and recommended for romantic dates 😍

    Had a very nice experience at their Pub “Signature” with an amazing view at the 14th floor facing the bay of Jounieh. The place is cozy and elegant. We were served by Lea, a very professional young lady who was knowledgeable, helpful and welcoming. We had a bottle of wine, salads and food which was all very good. It was a Saturday night and we were entertained by a band of 3 young ladies singing and playing music. I strongly recommend it and will be visiting the place frequently.

    Edit: Professional follow up service. My fiancé and I went on a dinner date. There was An operational error that night. But fortunately, their customer service team went above and beyond to resolve the matter and satisfy us, and we really had a great time. Their food is delicious and presented in satisfying manner. I had a great Conversation with the chefs and it was awesome to know that the hotel also runs a culinary program in a partnership With a well-known college in France! I will definitely come back. Thank you thank you ! T

    We booked this hotel due to the rating we have seen on booking and here. Surprisingly, nothing as rated. - The bed sheets were dirty and smelly upon arrival - I opened the slipper and it was dirty !! Slipper with yellow and black spots! - The staff that cleans the room doesnt actually clean the room, they just collect the garbage and makes up the beds. -Towels are dirty ! -The cups that we want to drink in them were not clean as well. - Breakfast is average but not for a 5 star hotel! Overall, I would never repeat such an experience, I have no idea why its rated as a 5 star hotel!
