Very satisfied, excellent customer service, genuine attention to the customers.. respectful and caring. They provide excellent meal. The place is clean including the washroom facility. The staff are considerate of physical distancing and are provided with the thermometer to check diners' temperature at the entrance and the mask is an obligation; there are sanitizing dispensers before entering and inside the restaurant.

This is my first time visiting the Jeita branch! I liked it very much! - Good location and quiet atmosphere - Friendly and caring staff! - Fast service - Super delicious food! My favorite is the spizy chicken wrap with local fries! You should try it 10/10! - 3 of my friends ordered the steak and mushroom wrap and they loved it so much! I was very hungry so I forgot to take pictures! But I'll be back one day and I won't forget to photograph every plate! Highly recommended

We arrived at 9:30 pm yesterday it was Tuesday, place was almost full with terrace too. We waited to sit on a table but the waiter forgot us and gave it to another guest. Than we waited again and finaly we set, we had to wait 10 mn to get the menus. When the waiter finaly looked a us we ordered one salad and the new wrap. The wrap arrived first and then the salad which is not normal and the reason is because I ordered the chicken kale salad with dried abricot on the side but the kitchen staff forgot and instead on doing another one they picked up the abricots from inside the salad. The service was extremely bad and slow. The new wrap taste is great though. One more thing, the waiter was all alone to handle the operation so for me the responsible one is not him but the management team.

Wherever you visit Zaatar w Zeit, you will have the same experience and you will be satisfied by having a good service handled by professional young people and good food quality. The knefe is something special to try after having a salty dinner, I recommend to try the wraps, they are delicious and tasty.

Been there 5 years ago! Back to it, didn’t fail my expectations, went there with my sister and her friend. Affordable, we have a small stomach 🥲, so what we ordered was actually enough to share for 3 and had a mini salad! BOB B, thank you for your service. Hope to be back soon!

Usually I like Zaatar w Zeit. But here it was very disappointing. I ordered the dish of the month, a chicken pasta salad with mushroom sauce and eggs. Full of colours on the photo, but less so in the plate. Unfortunately the taste was very disappointing: The chicken was tasteless, the sauce way too salty and so thick that it drowned the salad. I couldn't finish my dish. Next time I'll stick to the usual chicken sandwich and manakeesh.

The famous chicken, unfortunately, arrived at the table cold. It affected my enjoyment of what should have been the star of the show. To be fair, we visited Zaatar and Zeit around 10:30 pm, which might have contributed to the speed of service. However, it's essential for a restaurant to maintain the quality of their dishes, regardless of the hour. I should mention that the menu at Zaatar and Zeit is diverse and offers an array of tempting choices. Nevertheless, it's disappointing to find that many options come with small portions. A more satisfying meal would have undoubtedly enhanced the overall experience.

Went there on Sunday morning to have lunch, calm ambience and relaxing music, welcoming staff and helpful polite waiters and friendly, As usually the food was very delicious and fresh, recommended.
