pleasure
of
dining
at
Al
Halabi
in
Antelias,
and
I
must
say,
it
was
an
exceptional
experience.
Having
not
been
there
since
my
childhood,
I
approached
this
visit
with
a
discerning
palate
and
keen
observation.
Without
a
doubt,
I
can
confidently
say
that
Al
Halabi
is
an
amazing
restaurant
deserving
of
a
five-star
review.
From
the
moment
I
arrived,
I
was
impressed.
The
outdoor
area
boasted
ample
parking
spaces
and
efficient
valet
service,
ensuring
a
hassle-free
start
to
my
dining
experience.
The
warmth
and
friendliness
of
the
staff
immediately
made
me
feel
welcome.
The
interior
of
the
restaurant
is
beautifully
designed,
creating
an
inviting
and
pleasant
ambiance.
I
couldn't
help
but
notice
the
lady
working
on
the
"Saj
bread"
station,
always
wearing
a
smile
and
skillfully
crafting
delectable
bread.
Now,
let's
talk
about
the
food.
It
was
simply
amazing.
We
indulged
in
a
variety
of
dishes,
including
Hummus,
baba
ghanouj,
grape
leaves,
makanek,
soujouk,
potato
and
garlic,
Raw
meat
combination,
frogs,
birds,
chicken
liver,
labne
and
garlic,
and
many
more.
I
must
mention
that
the
birds
at
Al
Halabi
are
truly
exceptional,
unlike
anything
I've
tasted
in
Lebanon.
The
flavors
were
perfectly
balanced,
and
the
portions
were
generous,
leaving
us
completely
satisfied.
The
frogs
were
delicious,
and
the
soujouk
was
both
tasty
and
juicy.
Every
dish
was
bursting
with
freshness.
It
was
evident
that
the
owners
take
great
pride
in
their
restaurant.
I
noticed
a
woman
on
the
restaurant
floor
and
another
in
the
kitchen,
diligently
overseeing
the
operations
and
ensuring
everything
ran
smoothly.
This
attention
to
detail
translated
into
the
cleanliness
and
freshness
of
the
food,
as
well
as
the
immaculate
restrooms.
The
waitstaff
was
highly
efficient,
well-trained,
and
incredibly
helpful.
They
attended
to
our
needs
promptly,
enhancing
our
overall
dining
experience.
I
was
pleasantly
surprised
by
the
reasonable
prices
considering
the
exceptional
quality
of
the
food.
If
I
had
to
choose
a
favorite
dish,
it
would
undoubtedly
be
the
birds
and
frogs.
The
combination
of
flavors
and
textures
was
simply
outstanding.
