Very warm Armenian restaurant in Beirut. Staff are friendly welcoming. Dishes are delicious. They don't offer Frog Leggs anymore, but you can find all the ingredients of the Armenian Kitchen in a very nice and friendly atmosphere. Would recommend the local Arak. Prices are very affordable 👌. You can park your car on the main street nearby instead of trying to drive through the very narrow surrounding streets.

Definitely one of the best Armenian restaurants in Beirut. The food is amazing and the restaurant is small and cozy inside the streets of Bourj Hammoud.

I highly recommend this place whether you like arminian food or you want to try it. First, the food is excellent, delicious, yummy. Second, the prices are very good compared to the quality of the food they serve. Third, the place has its own charm. Perhaps the area adds to it as it's not a common place people frequently visit. The roadz are very narrow by the way to reach the resto so you know 😁 I recommend the mante, it's mouth-watering especially if you like summak 😋 the ich is a good choice and you will love sobourek if you like real cheese.

A wonderful approach to food, I prefer it to far fancier places like Mayrig. Note they have very fairly priced wine :D. Special shout out to the babaganouch: we ordered five for the three of us.

Ghazar was already amazing and has improved especially with dish presentation. One of the few places in Lebanon that has managed to improve in these difficult times with ingredients shortage and inflation. We loved almost every dish. Such an experience in this little unpretentious place in the heart of Bour Hammoud. A true gem in Beirut. Not to be missed especially if you like Armenian dishes and Lebanese dishes with a twist. Also the prices are extremely affordable!! Top 5 places in Beirut for me right now.

Nothing short of a 5 star. The food is of armenian origin, and the concoction of tastes is to wake your tastebuds. The ayran, mante, cherry kebab and sujuk cheese rolls are a must. We had a good mix of mhammara, potatoes. It is about 15$ per person with good portion of food. The service is fast and I believe reservation is must as the shop is small. They have some plates that cannot be served late at night, though Saturday the kitchen is open till 11 pm. Absolutely fantastic and very tasty!

It isn’t my first time to dine in this restaurant. I keep coming back over and over. Highly recommended for food lover. You will find plenty of fresh and exquisite dishes. The place is a hidden gem and reservation is recommended before you head to. Prices are reasonable. Ghazar leaves in you beautiful memory of an amazing food. Almost all dishes are recommended.

In the alleys of Bourj Hammoud lies a family owned restaurant named Ghazar. Authentic Armenian cuisine on the menu cooked by Mama and the restaurant is run by 2 brothers. If you're here during the day, make sure to order Lahmajun from the Bakery, especially the Eggplant one; also Tahinovats is not to be missed as a dessert. It may be a bit tricky of a location but believe me it is so worth it!

What a gem. Hidden away in a quaint little backroad featuring explosive flavors with Armenian love all through out. Wow.

If you are a local or a visitor in Lebanon, you must at least try this restaurant once or twice to taste the real authentic Armenian food. It is a small authentic restaurant in the heart of Borej Hammoud. You will not only experience food but also the culture and warm environment of people.

First time to try Armenian food 🇦🇲. It is super tasty and delicious, i loved the most “Kebab kishkash” or something. All the food is amazing and the portion is good too, prices are reasonable I advise you to try it 👌😋 Greetings from Libya 🇱🇾

Very delicious food, but if you are going at night you better ask someone to help you reach the restaurant, it's in a very narrow street with no indication of anything at all. Staff very friendly, food was prepared quickly and it came hot. I didn't like that they dont serve lahm b ajin at night! We drove a long ride to end up with no lahm b ajin because they close the bakery at 4!

Who doesn't love real Armenian food! Resto Ghazar has a rich menu of tasty authentic Armenian food and the dish of the day is always a homemade dish reminds you of mom's cooking. My all time favorite is "Mante" of course. A cozy place, lovely atmosphere and quick service. Highly recommended!

A very authentic Armenian restaurant were appetizers are average where as main dishes are really yummy such as kabab, taouk, mente, lahm b3ajin and subarak. the restaurant is not fancy at all, located in a very populated area so better to park outside and come walking. Reservation is a must. Service is good and staff is friendly.
