The quality is not like before at all. Tje staff are not professional at all. They talk and laugh loudly while serving customers, the boxes usually comes too oily from outside, smells bad. And the place itself is not clean like #rouche branch. Not the #KFC we used to know👎

Terrible service and bad attitudes to foreign visitors We asked for 2 large fries and Coca-Cola, zinger upper meal and a rise with chicken meal. We got regular size fries, then we got regular size drinks, then we asked for our order as we asked and the girl said the dri is were already poured and she will allow us to have a free refills , what an answer and then she smiled and said that's what you'll get sir, I was very shocked and told her that I want a freshly poured drink not a drink that have been poured a while ago. She just looked at me and my Philippine guests laughing as if it was funny. We left and will never recommend this particular KFC to anyone. It's a real shame that some of the new employees of KFC serve with pretentious attitudes just because a domestic worker was been treated with respect.

I regret every time I come here. Extremely poor and slow service. Have waited up to an hour for my food at times. I always say I will not come back, but after a few months I give it another chance in the hope it has improved, but time after time it's the same poor service and long waiting times. Tonight it only took 30 minutes for our food to finish. The drink was flat. Not worth the wait to eat here again.

On Google maps it should work till 03:00 am. On the door is written 02:00 am. In fact today, the 14th of June 2022, the KFC in Jounieh closed in front of us at 09:50 pm. Alfwul service! Shame on KFC Jounieh! Even one star is too much.

Not clean at all, staff are nice but you feel like it’s a local restaurant not a franchise. I think this is one of the worst KFC I have been to regarding sanitation.

As soon as you enter the premises, there's a bad aroma of expired raw chicken. The servers are filthy, have body odour and aren't professional at all, yell at each other and speak in slang. The food is garbage. Literally. I threw it away. The chicken is inedible, tastes expired and has black spots when the crust is removed. Drenched in oil, you can't even smell the herbs and spices. The franchise owner should go bankrupt and close this disgusting excuse of a restaurant. Never set foot in here, let them lose money!
