The jounieh branch was the main one and now the worst .. i was short on time so i chose.malak el tawouk as usual but the sandwich took like 40 minutes to get ready.. staff were making mistakes , manager was yelling and the place was crowded. I wont come to jounieh branch again .. the sandwich wasnt well done you feel like someone on a rush prepared it

Lately we stopped eating there coz whenever we ate from any of their branches we got food poisoning. Today we had nothing prepared at home and when picking up the kids from school we decided to try it again. We ordered 2large taouk, 1 breaded taouk and a box of fries to dine in. The preperation time was average to fast, the box of fries although on the order sheet it was mentioned as medium the quantity was very small we chould literally count not more than 20 pieces in it. The sandwiches where less than normal there was a time sevaral years ago when you would eat a fantastic taouk sandwich but today very far from that time, the taouk was some kind pf undercooked, it had no seasoning taste, the toum and ketchup quality was bad. The only delicious thing we ate was the breaded chicken. The prices were expensive. The cashier (male) was very friendly and professional. Another waitresses who delivered us our order was professional but a bit rude when i confronted her about the portion serving of the frensh firies she replied: "this os the serving we give 1 gram". I would never eat there again and would not recommend it as i can get better alternatives especially that they are not cheap anymore.

For me I try Tawouk Sandwiches It was delicious, but not the best. The place was clean Acceptable prices The outdoor seating was very good. It is very good to spend some time at night there Nest time I will try more sandwiches and tell my experience

Since 1996 they’ve been making Tawook but on July 25, 2023 they managed to mess up my order. Filled my sandwiches with cole slaw and less chicken. Forgot to toast. Bad experience at this branch in old jounieh atcl … do NOT eat at malak tawook anymore. Their sandwiches are all bread now

Best food for the price. Malak El Tawouk Jounie is the goto place for anyone in the region wanting to grab a quick cheap but delicious bite. Good for families, friends, couples and loners.

The app was hectic to order delivery, the list of branches isn't clear. Wish it would work based on my own location instead of choosing it manually. The food is awesome as always: nutritional, affordable and tasty!

The place is clean and staff is very friendly, but food is not that good, sandwich is full of Garlic paste and vegetables with very few peaces (not even well cooked) of chicken cubes and fried potatoes. Didn't like and felt the place is overrated.

A relatively cheap and fast option for a quick bite when. A few tables inside or outside. Not the best location but would do enough for a quick bite when in the region as the menu is quite diverse.

Woman who took our order took it wrong. She was very disrespectful. Ordered 5 sandwiches and a burger. We've received 5 sandwiches and a burger, except that we've received another order. Another day, ordered two chicken burgers, arrived meat. Run away, folks!
