🔹Rating:2/5 🔹Experience: First time to visit Kronfol. The restaurant is Very nicely decorated with fresh and light colors. The restaurant has an indoor and outdoor area. The staff was welcoming and friendly at welcoming us, but when we sat it took them some time to give us the menu even-though the restaurant was not crowded. The waiters wasn’t always attentive and checking if any of the clients need some help. 🔹Food: Menu is good not very much choices. We ordered the following:-At first, we ordered Shawarma platter, but we were surprised the waiter came after a while telling us that the quantity has finished. -Tawooq Platter: Tasted Good, the chicken was tender but a little bit salty. The presentation was not very attractive, I guess they should work more on their presentation. Portions were good. Price was affordable as well.-Kaakeh with Bulgari, thyme, and olives. It was super salty. that was really annoying. Plate presentation was good.-Shisha: was normal not that good. Even-though the Restaurants ambiance is good but they should work more on their food and shisha.

Love the ambiance and the setting. Food is a mixed experience, I recommend the Tawouk platter, super tasty and juicy chicken. But would not recommend the Kafta, very salty and comes cold.

We been there for a brunch gathering . The food tasted quite good . The fattoush salad was fresh and well seasoned. A trio of manakish with thin dough ideal to share . The kaakeh filling was good . U can have a chicha and freshly squeezed juice . The outdoor terrace is nice on a sunny day.

I’ve been once before and the brunch was really good. We went back now and there were no other guests, not a single one (first red flag). We asked for the brunch set menu which is $16 per person including juice & hot beverage. They said they have all kinds of fresh juices I asked for orange and he came back and did not say they don’t have it until I asked for it again. When they finally came with juice it was not a fresh squeezed juice but rather some blended mix instead. The mint lemonade was the best. The food was totally OK but not that great and not worth visiting for. All of the outdoor seating is messed up and dirty and halfway broken. The service was subpar but the worst part of it all was when the bill came at a total of $48 USD, we gave him $60 usd and waited approx 20 minutes for our change back before finally asking for it. The server assistant said oh it’s normal to wait. Finally when our taxi arrived to pick us up (7 minutes later) and they still had not come out with the change we asked the other server for it and he seemed shocked that we expected our change. After a few minutes they came back with $10 although our proper change was for $12. I pointed out their arrogant “mistake” and then just left them with their extra $2 as their tip. We had planned on leaving $5-7 for them but their greediness left them with $2.

Used to be one of the best restaurants but I don’t know what happened. Dined their today and it was awful, the food has no taste from the hummus to the vine leaves to the sujuk, etc. And the service was bad too. Sad to see a restaurant that used to be that good turning into a place that is below average.

Its the worst Lebanese food you can eat in Lebanon. The restaurant is inflated by social media but when it comes to taste and quality of food things are different. Not recommend at all.

Parking is impossible to find so one has to resort to valet at a premium, hardly surprising but still annoying in a city with five million cars and seemingly zero parking spaces. Once inside, the customer is treated to a wide open space, comfy seats, well prepped food and excellent service by friendly, unassuming staff. A rarity in Lebanese eating establishments.

Place looks great after renovation. Food is very good and original. Staff is friendly. Hard to find a parking spot if you don't want valet service.

We are used to visit Kronfol on a Friday night to enjoy the Oud entertainment which is the main reason to go there. Overall experience is good, the food taste good especially the saj section we have tried the saj submarine and the banana & nutella. There shisha could be better. Have a nice visit.

The food is catastrophic. Service so bad. Concerning the ambiance, Georges Feghali was singing there.. He made our night, it was very fun and delightful.

Man...It's the most filthiest Lebanese restaurant you could ever visit. The manager (Alfred) didn't even give a toss. We asked for him to complain about the tastless disgusting food, the ice bucket as it has lost the handle and dirty inside out, the seats are grease stained, dirty, the plates are stained and chipped, and his input was (This is Lebanon). Well guess what Alfred, you are absolutely wrong, these restaurant are the way they are because of useless people like you as managers, and Wissam Braide as owners, and if he would've cared this restaurant wasn't to be as it is. Every day or night we're in a different restaurant, and My advice is DON'T DON'T VISIT KRONFOL Ontelyas, Everything is disgusting about this restaurant and not worth the money you pay.

Great restaurant. Serves tasty lebanese food at affordable prices. Fast service. Waiters are friendly. Portions can easily be shared. Outside seating is a charme. Inside seating is spacious and comfortable as well. The restaurant's name is after a flower's name in lebanese.

😠 We were a group of 6 heading out to spine to celebrate a friends birthday. I live abroad so I don't get to see them except for that one time a year. I was singled out and rejected entry. The "door manager" wouldn't let me in because of "their dress code policy". I was wearing a t-shirt but so were 2...
