I
don't
ever
write
negative
reviews,
but
I
feel
like
I
need
to
warn
people
-
stay
AWAY
from
this
hotel/resort.
We
stayed
at
the
end
of
May
and
immediately
changed
our
booking
from
our
original
longer
stay
to
just
the
one
night
for
multiple
reasons.
The
Aquapark
advertised
was
not
even
open.
Nowhere
on
the
website
does
it
say
that
it
was
closed
(this
was
the
main
reason
we
booked).
There
is
still
an
indoor
&
outdoor
pool
but
the
indoor
pool
is
in
the
spa,
is
small,
and
is
not
made
for
kids.
Even
on
a
hot
day,
the
outdoor
pool
attached
to
the
restaurant
was
so
uncomfortably
cold,
you
couldn't
even
go
in.
Our
entire
bathroom
completely
flooded
when
someone
tried
to
take
a
shower,
as
the
glass
patrician
was
broken
and
leaked
everywhere.
The
hotel
is
aware
and
did
not
care.
The
worst
part:
we
ordered
dinner
to
our
room
and
were
told
it
would
be
about
20
minutes.
In
20
min
someone
knocked
at
the
door
and
told
us
they
were
the
room
service.
He
had
a
cart
(which
we
obviously
assumed
had
our
food
on
it)
and
propped
open
the
door
and
told
us
to
go
sit
down
(meaning
he
didn't
need
our
help
holding
the
door
for
him...)
so
we
sat
in
the
seating
area
waiting
for
him
to
roll
in
the
cart,
which
he
never
did.
My
daughter
came
and
whispered
to
me
"he's
in
the
bedroom
area,
moving
around
all
of
our
stuff"
--
so
I
went
in
there
and
asked
what
he
was
doing
(he
was
going
through
my
clothing
and
re
folding
already
folded
things....)
and
he
replied
that
he
doesn't
speak
English.
I
called
the
front
desk
and
asked
them
to
translate
that
I
have
no
idea
what
he
is
doing
in
there
-
we
opened
the
door
because
we
thought
he
had
the
food
we
ordered
and
asked
reception
to
ask
him
to
leave.
I
thought
he
may
have
entered
the
wrong
room
but
thought
about
it
afterward
and
realized
we
were
probably
very
close
to
being
robbed
and
my
privacy
and
my
daughters'
privacy
was
certainly
violated.
This
made
us
feel
extremely
unsafe,
I
couldn't
sleep
and
left
as
soon
as
my
kids
woke
up
in
the
morning.
When
our
food
did
arrive
a
few
minutes
later,
the
hummus
and
fries
were
the
only
thing
that
tasted
good.
The
burgers
tasted
so
bad,
my
kids
spit
out
the
one
bite
they
took
(we
are
so
NOT
picky)
-
we
told
the
person
who
came
to
collect
the
cart/plates
and
they
just
said
"oh,
sorry"
-
we
were
still
charged
for
the
horrible
food
that
had
a
minuscule
bite
out
of
it.
I
paid
for
a
continental
breakfast
with
cash
and
later
saw
that
it
was
also
charged
to
my
room!
(Working
with
the
credit
card
company
to
try
to
get
a
refund,
but
was
definitely
double
charged
-
the
hotel
is
also
aware
of
this
and
does
not
care)
Also
note
that
no
food
or
drinks
at
all
are
included
with
your
stay.
The
food
was
subpar
or
inedible,
as
noted
above,
and
is
ridiculously
over
priced.
There
are
so
many
other
places
to
swim/stay
in
this
area
-
do
yourself
a
favor
and
stay
somewhere
else.
Le
Royal
Beirut's
response
to
all
of
this
was
telling
me
it
was
my
own
fault
that
their
staff
went
through
my
things
because
I
am
the
one
that
opened
the
door
for
him,
and
for
the
inconvenience/bad
experience
offered
another
stay
(with
an
expiry
date)
for
a
day
they
knew
I
would
no
longer
be
in
the
country.
All
other
problems
including
the
double
charge
on
my
credit
card
for
the
food
I
paid
cash
for,
were
completely
ignored
and
the
hotel
is
now
unresponsive.
Right
after
I
wrote
this
review
in
June,
someone
replied
and
asked
me
to
email
them
to
resolve
this
-
it
is
now
the
end
of
July
and
they
have
not
even
responded.
Customer
service
is
a
joke
and
this
hotel
is
unsafe
for
families.
Be
careful
where
you
book
if
you
have
kids
or
want
a
reasonably
safe
sleep.
