It was awful Service zero In the restaurant everything is missing We order at 2 and the food comes at 3:30 minimum Rooms are very modest, bathroom is so tiny, the air conditioning is in the front of the bed , you cannot switch it on all night because it will attack you lolll

I haven't stayed there but I asked the manager for a favour and he treated me like a guest and even better..thanks Mr Nicolas Hadad you are an angel plus the receptionist is a wonderful friendly guy thanks Mr Elias not to forget Mohammad the helper amazing ..thanks..

I really enjoyed my stay. The staffs are so awesome especially Hassan and his colleagues. I was also opportune to meet with the owner, he is so helpful and kind. Will definitely recommend here.

Be prepared to have a friendly reception and hospitality team who want to help with every need. The rooms are clean, the pool is great. Breakfast is served at the attached CoffeeProject, where fresh baked goods from the local bakery are brought every morning. Everyone speaks good English, French, and Arabic.

The hotel is nice and clean, rooms are spacious with kitchenette, fridge, oven and microwave Staff are very friendly and welcoming Parking is available which is a relief The hotel is on hill, so the view of the sea in the morning is stunning I would recommend the hotel for future stay

Hotel is good, nice pool, bit hassam makes the best cocktails, it's a must, highly recommend 👌

This was a great experience, clean, cosy, comfortable but the best thing is that this hotel has a welcoming professional team, from reception, to the coffee shop to the pool, all team members are super, I would like to thank all the team member especially Ms. Joyce she was super professional with my family and me. excellent hotel, lost my key card but were more than happy to not only offer to replace it free of charge, but to open the door for me whenever i needed to. super clean and professional staff.

Travel Date : 30th Dec 2017 . Awesome place to visit.The staff where welcoming . Rooms where super clean and a wonderful view adds more value. We have TV, mircowave , Fridge , Hot water all the time, Wifi . Towels where provided. Really a cool place with lovely staff.If your around Byblos no better place to stay than here guys .
