Probably one of the worst hotels I've been to in my whole life. The main problem is the staff, I have rarely met so rude and unpleasant people. They often don't even answer if you ask them something. No smile. Other problem: the elevators are very slow. Swimming pool: you have to pay to use a deckchair and don't ask anyone of the staff, they just ignore you or answer something agressive (and then leave). The food is bad as well. Very bad experience for me, I don't recommend this place at all.

Very very very dissapointed. It was advertised much different then it really is, overcrowded, rooms are old atleast at the one I currently am. I spent 1k eur for 7 days, and I just want to go home seriously...even tv have only german channels and its smaller then 10inch. You can't even go at the beach because there is too many people. If I could I would choose anything else even if it means that I would pay more. Music its too loud and its definetelly not family friendly hotel. The only positive thing is food, very good, thanks to all the chefs preparing such a wonderful food, thanks!

the main receptionist is grumpy and unpleasant. Our room was not cleaned properly, the bathroom had stains on the walls. breakfast had only a few options with reservations for tables. nobody from the staff knew where our table was. I would not choose this hotel again as it was expensive and you have to pay for everything extra. Hotel beach? Crowded and you have to rent the beds and parasols for additional charge to the already expensive rooms.

Hotel Sunce (Sun) is a very presentable hotel with modern decor, clean with exceptional service and staff. My family enjoyed every day at the hotel which is situated right next to the sea side. It has its own swimming pool including kids pool, the restaurant is well catered with good Mediterranean specialties. The rooms are spacious, well laid with very modern feel, it has good size bathrooms. The sheets, towels and rubbish are taken out daily. Most rooms have beautiful sea views. The staff and management are very friendly and helpful. They also speak few languages which was handy for my kids. Long walks along the shore was a great way to tire out your children and have a peaceful night with your partner. Highly recommend for your next holiday visit, for value and great service. The nearest airport is Dubrovnik which is about 1.5 hr away from the hotel.

A wonderful hotel on the Bosnian coast. With services that satisfy all needs. Friendly staff, sun beds and umbrellas for rent, a small pebble beach, and the hotel's own pool provides an opportunity for pleasant relaxation.

Neum is a very nice place and still in development. The hotel is a bit old but the staff is very friendly. Also the receptionstaff is very good, friendly and serviceminded. Discover this side of Bosnia!

The waiters and waitresses were awesome the front desk was very good. But I have paid a lot less and got a lot more for the money.
