The resort is just right for me. I wanted very serviced, organized, very nice people and food is amazing all of this you will find there. I marked it as one of my favorite places to stay in Bosnia. I want to go there in spring to enjoy the forest more, but I enjoyed it big time very nice coffee very nice sweets and the salmon with lemon sauce is amazing. It was crispy and moist and the potato is just amazing. Very nice experience, can't wait to go there again.

Upon arrival at this resort, I was deeply disappointed. Although the location is beautiful and surrounded by nature, the rest was below expectations. The chef, a young person without experience, prepared tasteless meals, such as chicken wok with frozen vegetables and unseasoned spaghetti. The chicken tortilla was ruined with sour cream, everything without salt and tough; even the bread was stale. The hotel had a smell of dampness, broken windows, which is a shame for such a resort. We canceled our 5-night reservation after 'lunch.' The only good thing was the location. I feel genuinely sorry for some of the staff who have to work there. It looks like they really don't care, deeply disappointed!

I love my stay! The view of the villa was amazing, the villas were new the carpets were dirty but not bad services are great it worth visiting everyone was nice just need to upgrade housekeeping

By far, one of the best experience I ever had..... Good service, some of the kindest staff I have met. Rooms very nice and warm, the pool and spa was super. Breakfast very good, the coffee excellent! Thanks for the beautiful experience! Keep up this way!

Fantastic resort and microdestination of Tarcin👌 Tastefully furnished & spacious rooms, very good breakfast, full service spa and absolutely 5-star guest service. Highlight: spa treatments! The best facial and sport masage I've ever had. Strongly reccommend!!🌟

Honestly, was expecting much more from this place. Went to the spa and massage, paying some kind of a package: massage, spa, cocktail and a cake. First to say we did not see the cocktail and the cake, they told us to refer to the workers in the restaurant for that since it's complicated to get that served in the spa. Many malfunctions in the spa, broken shower heads, cold water in the pool, no shower cabinets in the changing room.. also the pool is very small and the changing rooms also, with 1 small bench in it. We went to the restaurant at the end, but gave up on a diner there since the prices are too high for middle class people.

Second time I stayed in the room. As always exceptional service from the reception team, Tarik was super nice and his colleague as well in the shift today. Mensur is the kindest person you can meet. Rooms are specious and clean. Views are nice, I was feeling so comfy in the bed and it was so nicely warm during winter. Pool and sauna clean and was not that busy like it can be. Enjoyed it truly. This place is perfect for people who enjoy nature but don't want to go "offroad". There is a large offer of food and drinks, the waiter was fast and very polite, the view is amazing and the place is very cozy and clean. The prices are solid for what you get, not crazily expensive but also not cheap. There is a hiking trail and forest nearby. Overall, I enjoyed it and will definitely visit many times.

Nice place, very close to Sarajevo and to A1 road, with beautiful view from the terrace, but a bit on the higher side of the price range compared to other places both in the city of Sarajevo and on the surrounding mountains.

Well let's start with the location .... its almost a hideout so if you're looking to he isolated for a bit of time it's a great place, the hotel has a restaurant that closes at 11 pm with no bar or alcohol. For kids: There is a small kids playing room just besides the front desk, the closest grocery is about 4 minutes driving. Nearest grocery: It will take you like 10 to 20 min to go around tarcin and almost 1 hour to reach the old Town in sarajevo. The staff: they are super friendly and helpful but get grumpy sometimes at breakfast times. Breakfast: does thr purpose, and they close sharp at 11 am, even coffee 😅 The rooms: very good rooms actually yet the mattress we found not that comfy maybe you will find it comfortable. Overall for us as a small family we found it good but not as expected (from resorts perspective) we would prefere to go back to sarajevo if we had the choice and visit tarcin for like an hour or so to go around it.

Me and my kids enjoyed every day in the hotel. Definitely recommend Definitely I will book it for our next visit to Bosnia.

Great hotel and service. Lot's of things to do. No crowd in the swimming pool. We come back often.
