The ladies are not very hospitable. They make you feel like you’re a waste of their time. The young girl was nice. It’s sad that they run out of ribbons, bows and bags for their customers. Deals are pretty good

I appreciated the high level of protection and kindness provided by the staff. It was very busy when I went, but service was provided with curtesy and efficiency.

Not enough jewelers, I waited for almost an hr to get my ring cleaned (which didn't happen). one jeweler stood talking to a customer about things not business related. I don't like Kay, wish Brunswick had more jewelry stores.
