Clean hotel, large suites and helpful staff! We stayed at this Residence Inn one night while passing through to our final destination. We checked in late and the desk attendant was super helpful and kind. I left something at the desk and she was kind enough to bring it right up to our room. The rooms were very large and well appointed. The bedding was comfortable, but pillows were not firm (only an issue if you like firm pillows). Breakfast the next morning was basic free hotel breakfast. The lounge was very spacious and clean. We did not use the pool but it looked nice and clean. The location of the hotel was a bit far back from the interstate and tucked back in a parkway. Parking by the time we arrived was in the back of the building which wasn’t great since it was so dark and late. Overall, would return!

This hotel is well kept and nice for the area. Larger tvs in the spacious room with a kitchen and comfortable bed. The one thing I don't like is that the shower is open and can be cold, and the HVAC vent is right over the bed. But if you're a Marriott person and in the area, this hotel is recommended.

No recognition for Marriott status. Asked for quiet room. Received room on side of and end of hotel closest to highway. Bed needs to be replaced - mattress is sunken in. Please label the shower amenities if going to have large pump bottles. My wife noted the bath needs a make up mirror. Most parking is in rear of hotel - but they turned off our card keys before we checked out (so we were locked out). A plus was the good well stocked breakfast.

I’m very pleased with this hotel. We stayed last night, December 19th. The staff was friendly and helpful. We needed sheets for the pullout couch and the lady at the front desk acted immediately. The rooms are large and very clean. We were very comfortable. The breakfast in the morning offered many choices. The eggs and waffles were very good. The sausage was fair but I enjoyed it compared to other hotel breakfasts. The bagel and English muffin were fresh. Cereal, oatmeal and yogurt were also options. The location was convenient to 95 and perfect for stopping on our way to Florida. Overall it was a good stay.

Safe area, friendly and helpful staff, right off I-95, spacious rooms. Stopped here as a half way point on our drive. Samuel at the front desk was very nice and accommodating. We are a family of 5 + 2 dogs, and we all were comfortable for the night.

We stay here every other month when traveling back and forth from state to state. Right off of 95. Excellent property, always clean. Staff is always friendly, never hear any other guests. Grocery stores are 2 miles away and fuel station next door (racetrack) to fuel up the following morning. Breakfast is good as well. Will continue to make this our primary resting spot !

Rude staff! Such a waste of money, so many other nice hotels nearby! Upon arriving there was hair all over the makeup counter, we requested they clean it which they did begrudgingly. But we started noticing other issues, no laundry bags, no blanket, watered down soap in the dispensers. We were busy working and didn’t have time to make a fuss. We just hoped housekeeping services would take care of it on before we returned. Housekeeping never came. When I called the front desk and asked more towels, the response I got was “Only if you can come get them.” I went downstairs to get the towels and asked why room service never came. I was told that they didn’t put us on the schedule because “They didn’t want to since we were only staying two nights.” Needless to say the staff and that particular gentleman is incredibly rude and lazy. I will never stay here again. I’m shocked it has over 3 stars.

The customer service was excellent. Emily at the front desk was friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean and had everything you could possibly need. The bed was so comfortable. I did have one complaint. The people above my room had kids and they were jumping and running around. I had no problem with it because I understand kids are excited when traveling but when it went on a little late I did call the front desk. They said they would call them and let them know to keep it down which they did. When checking out I did suggest that they should put people traveling with children on the first floor so kids can have all the fun they want with disturbing anyone. I highly recommend this hotel though.

Very clean. Great for families. Convenience of space of living room and kitchen as we brought our parents. Lessoned the burden of home routine for them. Our parents thought we only needed a room with beds and bathroom when we walked into suite. In the morning they were grateful to have had the convenience of home amenities.

Great rooms. Comfortable bed. Pillow choices. Large bathroom, nice shower. Dog friendly. Solid breakfast offerings. Make your own waffles, cereal, fruit, biscuits, eggs, sausage patty.

Overall our stay was fine. The pullout mattress was less than comfortable, and more attention needed to be paid to cleaning the bathroom.

Brand new hotel. Super friendly staff and management. Very clean rooms. Comfortable shower and bed. Nice layout of the kitchen and living room. Plenty of parking. Marriott Residence Inn is always a winning choice. Highly recommended.

Room cleanliness was terrible. I'll get to that last. Pros: breakfast was great. Lots of options and very pleased. The lobby was clean. The staff was pleasant. The gym was decent. There weren't any towels stocked, but they did provide cleaning wipes. Now to the room. Pubic hair found throughout the bathroom (absolutely nasty!) Along with other hairs. We had six guests and they only stocked 3 bath towels. The body soap was left empty. There was no bedding or pillows for the pull out couch. The bedroom door and molding was viciously destroyed by a dog from a previous visit. Kitchen had numerous food splatter on the cabinetry and wall. The dishwasher was filled with dirty dishes. Room 234 stayed 1/5/24. This could be a great hotel, but it was absolutely disgusting.

This is the first time I have ever written a negative review for a hotel. Or even thought about it. Save yourself the pain and do not stay here. The housekeepers come to your room on fewer than half their scheduled days, and after asking around with people who stayed there while house-searching awhile ago, it has been like that for at least a year. And apparently they only refresh (switch out dirty towels), not clean/change bed sheets. There's nothing like working overtime and coming back exhausted to a dirty room with an unmade bed and no clean towels or rags. And then there's the gentlemen with dreadlocks who works the front desk; he has no customer service skills, made me carry the dirty towels to the laundry room, made excuses whenever asked why the room had not been refreshed/cleaned as requested, and never once apologized. He was the reason I cut my stay short - after three requests my room be CLEANED in one day, I heard him radio housekeeping and request a refresh. When I asked why it was not cleaned, he informed me my room was only scheduled for a refresh. He tried to gaslight me, even though all three times I asked for it to be CLEANED. Patty in the kitchen was amazing, cleaned the guest dining area, kept breakfast stocked, always helped diners with their requests, and always had an amazing attitude. She deserves a promotion and a way better place to work!

Nice new hotel right off 95, very convenient, great rooms. The staff really helped me out of a jam when I left something in the hotel room. When I called the next day, Terry was great- he knew exactly how to handle the situation and helped me get my item back. I plan on staying here again whenever I'm passing through.
