I have a family with extreme pet allergies and I don’t understand why hotels can’t set aside just a few rooms for those with pets and leave the rest pet free. Our couch pull out had dog hair all in the sheets, had to request new ones which didn’t help as the dog hair and pet dander was on each chair, the couch and the carpet. We couldn’t move rooms because we needed an ADA room. They don’t vacuum the rooms between each stay, and they obviously don’t change the pull out sheets after each person which is gross. Pet dander gets into everything…so they should consider a complete and full detail of a room after a pet stay…or like I said, use only one floor for pets and let us with allergies have a nice stay.

Great stay! Wonderful customer service from the minute we checked in. Breakfast was fantastic. Full buffet with pancakes, French toast, fresh fruit, yogurt, grits, and made to order omelettes. Good coffee and soft drinks. Juices available also. Plenty of seating, very clean. Suites are spacious and clean. Great toiletries. VERY quiet rooms. Great pool! Snacks, microwaveable dinners, medicine, desserts, alcohol available for sale. Lots of lounge areas and office space. Highly recommend.

I would say definitely a solid 4.5 stars! The staff makes this place. The rooms are nice, everything is clean and decorated nicely, plenty of hot water, and even the people that complained that it was attached to a Mall it’s not you can’t get into the mall from the hotel, but it is around the back of it and it is attached. We tried the restaurant, the breakfast, the happy hour, all the pool, and the laundry facilities and everything worked as it should. The pool is very clean and all the ground are very welcome. The breakfast was not much to speak of. It was at the lower end of most of the Embassy offerings, but it’s still had a chef, making omelettes and waffles, and the rest was just your – I hate to say it. – Hampton Inn offerings. Nothing was really special were over the top, and the pastry selection was, not only cold, but not much of a selection. The omelettes were delicious though! The front end staff was incredible! I was traveling with a special needs adult and her service dog in training. The dog did not want to go in the elevator because there’s never been a glass in elevator before and it took almost the entire staff to help us get it in the first time. By the end of the stay, he was running in and out of the elevator like it was no big deal. They always took time to talk to Max and to make my daughter feel very, very Welcome. Will definitely come back and stay at this Embassy Suites in Brunswick anytime we’re in the area. It’s centrally located and easy access to Saint Simons and Jekyll Island.

My family stopped here on our way to Florida. The hotel was very clean, and all staff were friendly and accommodating! We ordered dinner from the lounge, and the food did not disappoint. The included breakfast was one of the best we’ve had. We look forward to staying here again!

My room was very spacious with a boardroom table in a separate space so I could spread out and work. The hotel is so clean and open. I love the updates they made. The staff was so friendly including Rose at the front desk who was wonderful to speak with. I recommend staying here. I had the Brunswick stew with corn bread which was hot and tasty on a cold night. The general manager was extremely pleasant and you could tell that the staff loved working there. Tracy was our server and very friendly and gave us great service with a beautiful smile.

Very clean, nice amenities, friendly staff. Love the pet friendly environment. Pool was crystal clear, very nice. Store had more of a selection of snacks & drinks. Would recommend to anyone that needs to stay overnight in the Brunswick area.

Everyone was so friendly, always greeted us with a smile and asked if we needed anything. The complimentary breakfast, 😋 YUM! Made to order! Plus each guest got 2 complimentary drinks from the hotel's internal bar during happy hour.

Despite being located at the back side of a declining Mall, the hotel is a little older but still very nice. Staff members were extremely friendly and helpful. As with most Embassy locations, the rooms are a good bit larger than most. The included breakfast, especially the cook-to-order omelet and waffle station, has plenty to choose from and is the best we've experienced with any hotel chain. We were especially appreciative of the early check-in (3 p.m.) and later check-out (12 noon). We were in town for a wedding and related events and the Embassy was quite convenient to where we needed to be.

Stopped in for a night and was impressed by the hotel immediately! Gorgeous lobby, cool bar/restaurant, and the gym was the best hotel gym I’ve been to yet. The check in process was pretty smooth and the room was nice. The hotel food (chicken Alfredo) was pretty good but a little pricey for what it was. Highly recommend a slice of key lime pie though. The only complaint was the a/c in the room not being cold enough or loud enough to drown out the tv sounds from neighboring rooms, so I didn’t sleep great. Other than that, the room was nice. I loved the amenities but since i couldn’t sleep, I don’t think I’d return.

What a great stay! Don’t be fooled by the questionable surroundings, the hotel is actually quite nice. It has what I’d call, “contained grounds”…the rooms surround an indoor courtyard of sorts, so it’s like a mini vacation dome. There’s a bar/restaurant in the middle. The rooms were very spacious…although a bit dated. The complementary breakfast was one of the best of any hotel I’ve ever had…made-to-order waffles, omelettes…and some buffet items as well. The customer service was very good…from the front desk to all servers. The area seemed generally safe, but somewhat abandoned—think shutdown mall feel. I’d definitely stay here again.

The hotel looks a bit ancient on the outside but the inside has been renovated. We enjoyed our 2 bedroom suite. It felt like we were missing a table, but the room worked for the one night we stayed. The location was in an abandoned mall but there were plenty of places to eat close enough.

This is a pretty nice place to stay if you're in the area. I can't rave enough about the breakfast they put on. It's pretty phenomenal. The rooms are very clean which is top priority to me. It didn't bother us so much, but the rooms are a little run down. Our toilet was badly caulked to the floor and actually ended up coming out of the floor! The AC was also a wrestle. There was only one air vent in the actual sleeping room and it was above the door around a corner from the bed so you didn't get much air flow and the rooms became kind of stale and musty. It just depends on how picky you are. Again the bed was super clean. The amenities were really nice. The location was fine. Overall I would still definitely recommend.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I was going to stay at another local hotel when a coworker recommended that I stay at Embassy Suites. I'm so glad I followed through with the suggestion. My room was clean, I got a great night of rest, and the staff was beyond courteous and helpful from the time I entered the building. The amenities are awesome. Embassy Suites will definitely be my got to place when I am back here in Brunswick.

We had great experience staying at your hotel recently! Our experience was enhanced by a delicious dinner served by Jessica. She was great! Jessica was informative, professional and personable. We will definitely be back.

A fantastic stay! We want to thank to few staff that made our stay like never before: To Sara (front desk) you made us feel like home! Thanks a million! To Richard, Jesus and Wilson: always smiling and pleasing the guests. You all rock! To Terry: we can eat your omelets all day long:) To Natalie, Teresa and Ricky for provide with what we needed with a big smile. To Amy (night auditor) for helping us to rearrange our second reservation. Definitely made our list of favorite hotels ❤

This was a great hotel all around. The staff were so incredibly nice and I loved that there was always someone at the front desk. Big benefits are the suite style rooms—great for business travel or leisure. The breakfast options are seemingly endless and the waffle and omelette station are great! My favorite feature though was the workout room. One of the best I’ve ever seen. Spacious and with top notch gear, including a Peloton bike! Rooms are spacious, but are in need of updating as the furniture and finishes are showing wear and tear. Clean though!

I have absolutely no complaints! Everyone was super nice and very very helpful, going over and beyond. Clean, and Neat and the food was great. And loved the Room Suites

Me and my two buddies recently stayed at the Embassy Suites in Brunswick Ga. The hotel itself is bright, clean and tastefully done. We found the rooms clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast alone is worth booking a room there. The layout of food was incredible, I haven't seen anything like that in a long time. I would not hesitate to stay there again in the future. If it's to be said that a business is only as good as its staff then Embassy Suites hit the jackpot on this one big time. Starting out with Diane the Manager who went above and beyond for us we would like to say “Thank you so very much”. This wonderful lady went out of her way to find us a safe parking spot for our motorcycles so we didn't have to worry about them overnight. And if that wasn't good enough the hits keep coming folks. Jessica, the Bar Manager was incredible. She made both the nights we spent at the bar very special for all of us. She never made us feel like we were just a customer but more of a friend she hadn't seen in ages. In short, she gets the award for being a “Georgia Peach”!!!. Her co-worker Cory was also just a blast to hang with. He's a great guy and really goes out of his way to show you he is there to help in any way possible. Embassy Suites hit a gold mine with this staff combination and I sincerely hope they are aware of the service they provide and the value they add to this establishment. Can't wait to go back.... Sincerely, Rp Melbourne, Florida

We stayed here twice to and from our trip to Florida. I had to help my Mom with some personal family issues, and we decided to drive down from Maine instead of flying. Both times our experience was pleasant, when we first arrived we had made it in time for dinner and were able to order room service - perfect for after a long drive. Our room was clean, comfortable, and just what we needed for an overnight stay. On the return, we were able to sit down for dinner ar their restaurant and our server was so friendly - I'm blanking on her name but she's from Texas and when she found out we're from Maine exclaimed how she was looking forward to visiting so we were able to share some suggestions. Once again, our room was clean and comfortable, just what was needed for an overnight stay. This time we were able to enjoy breakfast and it was great. The check in and check out process was easy, and everyone was so kind. The hotel itself was easy to find and nearby to shopping (which was good for us because I hadn't packed any summer clothes). Next time we hope to be visiting under better conditions but Embassy Suites was a wonderful respite. We can't thank you all enough for making our travels better.

Room was clean and very spacious!! Gail the cleaning lady and Terry who made the best breakfast omelets in town were definitely assets to the hotel! I enjoyed our stay and will be back! We checked in too late for the complimentary drinks but we will make sure to enjoy that particular amenity next time! Ignore my daughter trying on Prom dresses- just wanted to show you the spacious room!

On our annual Florida vacations, we usually stop at the Embassy Suites near Savannah, but they were full so we traveled a little further to Brunswick and found this hotel. Excellent staff at check-in, nice clean rooms, and a great breakfast in the morning. Met all expectations.

This is an amazingly nice hotel. Had a suite with 2 bedrooms, 3 TV's, living room and 3 beds. The hotel is nothing like u would expect on inside. So beautiful. The outside is at end of old abandoned mall but really nice hotel. Would highly recommend. I would definitely go there again!

Had to come to Brunswick for an emergency business trip to the Port. Nettie(bartender/waitress) is the best. She treated us like Family. I would highly recommend staying, rooms are great, breakfast is terrific. The happy hour is fun!

The staff was very professional and nice. Made me and my friends feel welcomed. The rooms were cleaned and sanitized well. The complimentary breakfast and drinks was the top of the stay. I will be staying again when I travel to Brunswick, Georgia.

We are big time Embassy Suites fans who stay there whenever possible. This one is far better than the other Embassy properties we have stayed at. Housekeeping was superb. Front desk staff is stellar and the breakfast crew beyond compare. This was renovated since the last we stayed here and it shows. It's the small things that count and the readily available luggage carts is always a sticking point with me. They had plenty freshly sanitized and ready to go. Bravo!

Staff kind and helpful. Not really a clean room trash on sofa and fridge was leaking all over the floor. Room was 75 when we checked in and took forever to cool off, stayed at many embassy suites, not what it used to be. Keep your 2 free drinks and improve other issues. Won't stay at embassy again. I will say did in restaurant was great as was the staff

This is our home away from home. The staff is probably the best we've experienced because they go out of their way to make you happy. The breakfast is great, happy hour is also cool! The only complaint is I wish they would upgrade their pool. It's a huge hotel the pool could be bigger maybe add a hot tub.

What an interesting location. I was nervous as this hotel is in a pretty much-abandoned mall. However, we did feel safe, and the hotel was very nice. The bed was excellent and the service was exactly you would expect from an embassy suites. I do have to say that I really like the keyless digital key on my app. Also what an amazing breakfast. They have a chef to cook omelettes. I would stay here again when visiting the beach. This hotel was perfectly located between st. Simone’s and Jekyll Island.

2 free complimentary drinks from the bar from 5pm to 630pm. Free large complimentary breakfast where you can get a made to order omelet plus other delicious food. The rooms are very nice and spacious. Very clean and comfy. Beds are not super hard and not soft. I loved their pillows.

We have stayed here for years on our travels and this place is awesome. Great service and food at the restaurant/bar and breakfast. Possibly the best omelet I have ever had this morning along with delicious grits and biscuits and gravy. And breakfast is included. Front desk workers are always sweet and rooms are clean. I hope this place doesn’t change a thing and continues to be such a consistently impressive spot.
