Disappointment that service in the five-star hotel can be so rude and greedy. We entered with my husband and asked for a bar table by the pool, but the lady Merilis from Wahm reception told us it’s booked. We spend 3 hours and left, but the table we were asked for, wasn’t occupied by the way. Same time someone from inside services informed me that I need to bribe a lady from Wahm reception for a better table. What a shame @w 5* hotel

The wham deck is a open space, very nice, with view the swimming pool, nice lights, good cocktails 🍹, just to point that inside the smell of smoke is too much. Nice ambiance.

What a great place. Classy people, great drinks, good food options. Probably the best music I heard in Doha. Slightly expensive, but somehow worth it. Will be back for sure.

The bar looks really luxurious and glamorous but below is my first experience: I reserved just for myself at 10 and they confirmed over the phone but when I reached there the reception was like you need to have at least 2 because its a weekend and but anyways they took me in. Completely unnecessary when there's a line waiting behind me. I ordered a long Island and some salad. It was good. I finished my drink and I'm waiting for like 30 minutes to place the next order because no one's bothered to come toy table. I couldn't even spot any waiter around who even looks at me so that I can call them over. Finally the lady at the reception came to my table and asked me if I need another drink but I'm sure she just came to check if I'm done. She goes to one of the waiters and places order for another long Island. I was sitting in the inside section so I had to go out to smoke. When they bought my second drink I also called for the bill. I was half my drink down and I went for a smoke. When I come back my drink and salad had been cleared off. And then the waiter comes with the bill. I told him about it and he said something I didn't understand. Anyways I just paid my bill and left.

Few days ago we wanted to go for a drink and they did not let me in because I was wearing ripped jeans. Seriously ? are we in 1999?Thought the dress code of W was "dress to impress". My friend and I looked fashionable pretty Fab! I have been going there for 12 yrs, never going back there again, crowd at the door pretty trashy! But they wore no ripped jeans!Sadly this place is in W, not what you expect from W hotels!

Nice venue. Shame about the greeting. Was met with arrogance and passive aggressive behaviour from the girls on reception. Service was slow considering it wasn’t busy. Seemed to focus on the perceived high value clients. Shame as it has potential.

Poor experience as it seemed like they wanted us to leave, the service was rushed. Main course and dessert were brought in together. The cocktails recommended was more of ice and only had a hint of liquor way overpriced. Will I recommend wahm to anyone? No!

Was the some minutes ago n had difference with one guy but eventually the white Holland guy ordered me to be moved out of the club n blocked me to ever go there, the case was I approached some two men seated alone n they had a space so they told me it's fine to join them later one guy came with a crowd of like 5pple n told me to move out of the place,ok might be twas reserved n twas around 12:57 an hour to close down,since I had two beers n a glass of vodka for my cousin n three handbags for myself, my cousin n one friend on the dancing hall ,I requested the guy to give me just a minute to call them since I can't handle to pick all the stuff, later the arrogant guy picked the vodka glass which was for my cousin n told me if I wont move out he will smash it on me but I told him just wait there are just nearby ok after all even the friends he had were telling him to calm down since twas logic couldn't handle all the stuffs by once....but later the story changed n he complained n that's how I was blocked...short message to the manager learn to listen to both sides coz I had even explained the issue to ur security.....anyway see u soon life in doha is short u never know where ul find urself in the next hours,,be cool to all guests equally n work professional

We've been there to joining one event in wahm hovewer our bad experience started in the door. Even though I wrote them 3 days ago via WhatsApp in order to booking and I was informed that bottle is required for the reservation they said you can not get in without reservation. Although they informed me wrong, their attitude was not nice. Especially the hostesses were inexperienced. We waited in the door maybe 10 min, then they changed their idea suddenly and allow us to get in. They didn't accompany us just opened the door. We just sat somewhere after a few min a hostess came and said you cannot sit here. We moved to the bar, I wanted to order one gintonic and forget the bad beginning, when I said my order, barmaid said 80 QAR directly. I didn't even ask its price! It was disrespectful and unprofessional. The organisation was poor, they should inform the people in a correct way and the staff should have the equal behavior for everyone. I will never visit there again.

It was my First Ladies night experience in West bay, Doha and I might say it was great! Signature cocktails (not boring), lovely place and staff (thank you, Natasha and hostess girls). Worth visiting!

The service is very much lacking on the Friday brunch, the place was over crowded and as the made the charge at the start of brunch they didn’t take into consideration the number of people in the place, took too much time to serve drinks and the food was very small variety, not to mention that half the food was out most of the time, really horrible experience, would not recommend to come to this place at all, no social distancing what so ever too

They would look at you head to toe, start asking you questions (do you have booking, how long are you playing to stay, bla bla) in order to find an excuse not to let you in (I was there on a Monday at 7pm). There are many good lounges and bars in Doha. Don't waste your time here. You deserve better.

Quiet disappointed as the security asking for a reservation which on ordinary day? and it happened me and my colleagues wanted to have a couple of drinks after office hours... not being judgmental but there’s something wrong with handling from the security door itself, as somewhat most of the people who’s going in they don’t have any reservations as such??? 1. There’s no warning about making reservations before hand and no warnings about coming with a girl. So make reservations or bring a girl along. 2. Which bar on earth serves ONLY half pints? If a bar has beer on the tap, they should be able to give you full pints. Price of half a pint of beer is QR55. 3. It’s not on the WAHM page that the bar closes at 3am. Where’s as the last order needs to be made at 2am. It’s a beautiful place with good people, but they can pick their game up a bit. It’s W Hotels for god’s sake.

Wahm Lounge Doha January 20th 2020, Friends and I came for several times to this lounge to enjoy drinks and chill out, it was being one of place that we would love to choose for meet up and recommended to relatives and acquaintances but this impression will be sure enough to change after 1 experience. On January 20th, 2020 around 21:40 pm, my friends and I were standing on the entrance waiting the queue line and one of the security stop us, saying that guests without reservation would not be permitted enter, I felt odd because I noticed the security saying nothing about this reservation thing to 3 ladies in front of me, first ring in my head; I noticed what a different treatment! Forgive me If I was wrong. Because this experience felt odd for us then we let one of our friends that came late for meet up to go to Wahm Lounge, to see what would be their responded. Then the respond was they letting her in without reservation. Then we went back to the entrance and there was a different security man, he opened the delimiter, but the previous same security saw us and said "back off, back off!" he sent us out from the delimiter, and we explain that one of our friend had been inside, and he kept on saying about needed reservation. Till then we had arguments about why we could not enter while one of our friends had entered without reservation. As we observed the difference here was only outfit that we wore. We wore casual long pants, casual tops, and flat boots while other friend wore mini shorts, tight luring tops outfit, and heels. The security decided to call the lounge manager/supervisor to deal with our concern. Manager/supervisor tried to convince that it was not about the outfit reason. He lectured us that they have the authority to reject guests for some good reasons, which I was also agree with him, but he kept repeating " do you understand?' More than 3 times, it seems the manager/supervisor thought we all were deaf or simply could not understand English. The manager/supervisor said that he could let us enter the lounge unless one of our friends would leave his jackets at the entrance, apparently this was also one of the reason we could not enter, but the security was not saying anything about it at the first place. The manager/supervisor opened the delimiter then said " so you still want to enter Wahm Lounge?", When I saw my watch it was already around 11 pm and with all the difficulties for chill out and drinks, the feeling was turn off for Wahm Lounge! We changed venue for chill out and drinks. We had known later on that it was ladies night and ladies free flow chosen drinks, we were not aware of this offer until we experienced this entrance incidents, because we used to hang out at Wahm Lounge for random occasions. if the purposed was to limit ladies entering the lounge during the free flow drinks hours then think of other win win solution programs or just do not have ladies night event because anyway access will be limited to certain ladies according to prejudgment, and last night experience it was not only about must have reservation to enter the lounge, because we had proofed already how they decided who can and cannot enter the lounge. We went on tuesday for the latino night! Good music, drinks and lovely staff but a lady who was in the entrance, I don’t know if she is the owner but she had the attitude, shouting at the security staff in front of the customers who were queuing, after that a very nice waiter came to our table and offered us two extra chairs, and the same lady took it away from us, to be honest she wasn’t rude but needs to improve her skills about customer service, unless she is the owner and just doesn’t pay attention to customer experience.

Not for the Friday night at 8pm. They practiced their band for 1 hour. They ruined our Friday night vibe :( So no music, no party on Friday night :((((((( So we went to the other place for the Friday night party!

Was here for the World Cup. Bought a bottle of whisky for QR1500. Wanted to leave with half a bottle still unconsumed and come back the next day, but was told that we had to buy a 2nd bottle to be able to retrieve the balance of 1st bottle. Was only told of this ridiculous policy only after we wanted to leave and not before we purchased the 1st bottle. What a con job!!

We used to love coming to Wahm...tonight we came and it was ladies night(3 free drinks per lady...YaY) Not so fast, there is always a catch: 1- You have to order ur drink at the bar. 2- You pick it up yourself when its ready at the bar. 3- each girl has to go order and pick up her own drink. The bar and the place is packed with guys who won't move for you to get to the bar and try to pick you up on arrival. Thank you Wahm, you can keep your three drinks.

One of our favourite brunches in Doha. Good service, nice atmosphere. Now when the weather is good, it is very pleasant to sit outside and in the evening when the lights are on, it is really nice and cozy. Cocktails are too sweet for my taste, but still nice, my favourite is the one with passion fruit, without sugar it tastes just perfect to me. The selection of food might be not huge, but everything is very tasty and we really enjoy it. Ceviche, especially the mixed one is delicious and oysters of course.

I had wonderful amazing experience.The hosting was super.Its a beautiful well maintained place good for socialising and relaxing.

This is one of my favourite places in Doha. The ambience quietly graceful and gracious service, high food quality and excellent indoor and outdoor facilities are a totally pleasurable experience. It's a must if you visit Doha and I can not recommend this place highly enough. For anyone wanting an intimate space to enjoy a quiet evening of superb hospitality and unobtrusive but comprehensive and caring service its unmatched.
