With a couple of friends decided to go to Iris last night. We’ve heard that it was a good place to hang out. Our experience was the worst. To start, I had a reservation, but the hostess didn’t know which was our table, so I had to look for my friends through the entire bar. We ordered some drinks, but the waiter forgot to bring one of them. There was only one waiter in the floor, so it was really difficult to call him every time we needed something. Then we ordered some food, and found a hair inside the poke bowl. We understand that these things can happen, but when we called the waiter, he just took the plate and left, not even an apology. We decided to talk to the supervisor to ask him what was going to happen with our food, but he didn’t seem interested in helping us. Again, not even and apology. Every time we wanted to order they didn’t seem to pay attention to our orders, so they always forgot to bring something. We didn’t have to pay for the poke bowl, but yet it’s not ok to treat guests this way. I hope this place can work on the quality service in the future.

Hello All..Had to book for a table.This bar and restaurant "lounge" located at the end of the hotel.Valet parking available if you drive.It would be nice if the have a signage for entrance into the bar. Host was welcoming asked for our reservation but later said the restaurant was empty..Waiters were fine and attentive,Limited selection of cocktails,beverages and mocktaiks..But if waiters would be bit more caring to the guest it wud be nice(suggestions,talking etc)Noticed they were attentive to certain guest in the bar area. Adjacent table guests were upset that the waiters are not attentive.The staff were attentive to us .Thankyou...

This place has a charming ambiance. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, the service was excellent. I tried the salmon salad and the jumbo shrimps with Asian noodles - everything was super delicious.

If you wanna get chilled in Doha. Iris is one of the best places.

Nice place, too loud at times though, when both guests and music are loud. Really like wild mushroom risotto. They have nice cocktails. Service is ok in general, not very consistent, really depends on waiter

Lovely Friday brunch, full of sunshine, nice music, trendy menu.. Had great time. My son had a sudden strong tummy ache so I asked for a herbal tea and the waiter, without even telling me, ran to the main hotel lobby to get me a herbal infusion for my son ❤️❤️🙏🙏. So kind!

Worst experience ever! Service completely slow(drinks took 30minutes to arrive), we had a poke bowl which came with hair inside, even when outlet was empty, ordered food was not done to specifications. We were informed by manager we would get 40% discount on F&B, taking that into account we ordered accordingly. When the bill came there was no discount and the staff was completely rude with no understanding to the situation.

Good vibe and scene there for world cup. However, when we arrived at 9 pm the place was empty and they told us all tables were reserved for large groups even thought it was 10 of us. We also bought bottle service. All the tables remained empty the whole night. We had to sit on the grass area. We kept asking and they kept saying "we will see if someone cancelled" but they never followed up. We stayed until the end and all tables remained empty the whole night. As a loyalist to Marriott this is not the experience I expected to receive in Qatar at a Ritz Carlton bar. Our male waiter was nice, not his fault. The girl waitress at the end of the night jokingly said we should have told them we were Argentina fans in order to get a table.

Used to be a very nice place with good lounge area. Unfortunately there is a few hosts at the reception that regard hospitality not part of their job. They’re rude, unfriendly and unwilling to assist in any matter. Prices have risen above Doha average. Wouldn’t recommend going here. There is much better places to visit.

Very nice and beautiful lounge. The bartenders are on top of their game. Great menu for food and drinks. A little expensive, but good for a nice date night. Mondays is ladies night and Wednesdays is Happy Hour from 5pm to 2am. They also have a nice patio area with nice view, which they use to being bands and different artist. Definitely a place to come and enjoy a pleasant time with friends.

First time at Iris. The venue is right on the beach. The music was not that great however that did not stop our group from enjoying our snacks and cocktails. The service was good. Wait staff were attentive and polite. The truffle fries are the nest I've ever had. Will definitely go again.

The furniture is old and the place overall dirty. Not worth to be called Iris! What shocks me is that staff wearing Ritz-Carlton Shirts which I thought is one of the best hotel brands!?

I really appreciated the service provided by the staff Greg. He was very attentive to us. My friend requested for a blanket to cover my seat as it was wet and she need to beg for it as we were waiting for so long. However, Greg gave us the blanket immediately. We did not wait for so long to get our drinks as well. The place is very nice with outdoor seats but the service need to improve a bit more. My next visit, I will find the staff Greg.

Great vibe, good food and drinks but unfortunately TERRIBLE service. While my friends and I still had a great time, we were extremely disappointed with the service and attitude of our waiter and the bartenders at the Friday brunch. It felt like if we had to BEG to get our cocktails at the table.😡 More so, the worse part was after ordering our last round of drinks well before the cut off time at 4pm, our drinks were cleared off the table after we left to take a photo… and it was only our table for some reason 😒 we then had to go and complain to the bartender, agin met with a bad attitude…and beg to get back our drinks. Something needs to be done about this immediately by management, this was UNACCEPTABLE!

We have been to this beautiful place on Thursday, as it was recommended by a colleague. It's an amazing place with beautiful set up and best music. But the service was slow, slower and slowest. Simple beer N couple of other drinks took 20 mins. Then we order second drink, which was a bottle of wine. It took more than 30 to 40 mins. Also it's bit expensive too. So i would go back again. Management team needs to look into the service part to make it better. So the place can get more people.

The view is beautiful but I didn't like the choise of music it's so typical and repetitive. The food wasn't that good. But the costumer service is so good. The people there work so hard for the clients If U r going there just for a drink and enjoying the view, I would recommend the place but if u go for dinner I would say it's better to go to another place.

Celebrated bachelorette night with my friend last night. Though there were only two of us, the staff made sure we enjoyed the night and made it extra sparkly and special for us. Kudos to all the hardworking staff.

The location and environment is really nice next to the beach with a view of West Bay skyline.We were there from the start of Happy Hour until late in the evening and they have good packages-be sure to ask for all of them,as not all are listed in their menu.We enjoyed ourselves but the place was really empty with only few people in the tables and it was Friday! On the downside the music was very loud even early in the afternoon-for no reason as we were almost the only ones there! The toilets are hard to find!! Lastly in our otherwise nice experience,what made a bad impression was the fact, that after almost 4 hours of being there we asked for a refill of a small dried nuts bowl they offered us when we arrived along with our drinks order and their answer was that they were out of nuts!! On a Friday night with an empty establishment..hmmm..

Food quality is not that good but you can have fun time around and enjoy the service.

Recently, I visited Iris and was quite taken aback by the steep beer prices, with a single Corona beer costing a whopping 70 riyals, roughly 20 USD. They also charge a 100 riyal entry fee, which was supposedly redeemable for a salad. However, the value of the salad did not match the entry fee, adding to the overall sense of disappointment and the feeling that the pricing structure was not in line with the experience offered..

The environment and location is nice. Not much atmosphere, only three tables were occupied in the establishment. We were told at the table that the entrance fee is 100 riyals, which no one told us at the entrance. The waiter was forcing food on us but we were after dinner. That's why we only ordered a glass of wine when the price exceeded the entrance fee, but they poured us the cheaper wine instead of the more expensive one. Out of politeness, I paid and left. I would easily have a bottle of champagne there, but I'd rather go to another hotel. Overall, I would not recommend the company even if I live in the hotel. That's why I go to downtown Doha.

It was a lovelly time with my friends. We order french fries and drinks. Tge beach was so calm and few people only. So we could relex. We went there to spend the afternoon we couldn't choose better.

We planned and had our pre-Christmas brunch last 23rd Dec 2022. We were a group of 16 and we started to had fun. It was great atmosphere. The reception informed that we can start 12noon which was great. However when we started ordering the cocktails (gin and tonic) we observed that it was so weak. So we ordered double shots and unfortunately it didn't taste anything at all. We ordered separate shots and now w e found out that they were serving water during the entire time!! The waitress said that IT WAS A MISTAKE SERVING WATER RATHER THAN GIN!! How it happened? This is not acceptable especially you paid for full price. Definitely the management need to look onto this in incident. Was wondering how many times they did this!

An open air bar by the sea. It is a place to get cosy with your guy/gal and definitely to chill with your buds. Better to make reservations 2 days in advance as this place is a big hit with the crowds. They also have wonderful snacks and foods and the staff is very supportive. Tanya helped with the reservations.

Don’t order cocktails .. it’s just water and dunno what they mix! No draught beer ! Hope they will improve like how it used to be before covid!

Atmosphere was amazing and we loved the view from out door. Staffs were kind and attentive. It was a lovely place to chill out as it was not too crowded and music was nice. But music became WAY TOO LOUD after around 9 pm once DJ came. Sometimes I enjoy loud music at the bar but we had to leave early as we couldn't focus on or hear any of our conversations and the volume of the music kinda give us a headache.

A perfect and fantastic garden enriched with a healthy and tasty salads and desert. Weather is helping to create the right atmosphere. It is not the first and will never be the last. It deserves to be visited. 👌.

If you’re giving an offer from 21h, then allow a table booking at 21… disappointing Otherwise very nice outdoor bar, especially for winter times in Doha.
