An utterly useless place. I had to wait in the reception over 2 hours to get my room. The staff haven’t shown any affection for the delay and they acted as that it was my mistake for all the delays.

The worst stay and service ever. We are in a long transit here in Doha. We decided to book for 1 night only me and my wife. 1- For the first impression you feel that all the front office reception staff don’t have any experience related to hospitality. They are acting too slow on the checkin and whenever we have to ask questions they have to refer to their manager. 2- There is no phone in the room to contact the reception in case you need something. The only way they gave us a whatsapp number and they said to us whatever we want we can send messages to whatsapp. My wife contact them to ask for an adopter they said we will check and they disappeared even with kind reminders. They saw our message and they didn’t reply. I requested early morning water to do some coffee also no response. In conclusion no one will answer you if you want something. 3- during check out I complained to the staff at the reception for the whole things. He didn’t even apologize for the situation happened like it was something normal and he told me we can offer you now bottle of water. I said okay he said to me wait 5 mins. He is trying to reach someone to provide me only bottle of water and also no one is answering him. Can you imagine this service????? 4- they provide us free coffee voucher from starbucks there was a staff her name Saida, she mentioned we can pick up our coffee anytime and I make sure about that because I was checking out at 4 am so she ensured that the service of coffee is 24 hours after checking with her manager. And here also the big fault. The coffee service is until 00.00 midnight only. Always wrong information, unprofessional customer service, slow procedure, there is no customer care.

4 star??? I don't think so. Waited for very long for the rooms ready. The food taste was below average. Overall experience with this hotel is not satisfied. But the housekeeping staff are very friendly and helpful.

Best experience from the very warm and welcoming nature of staff .. housekeeping staff is so helpful and full of positivity. When u have a great staff u are a great host. Rajeshwari, housekeeper is so lovely and excellent in her job. Love her overwhelming nature and hygiene.. all 5 stars for the staff. Great stay

During my three-night stay at this hotel, I was impressed by the consistently good and prompt customer service except the lady staff ,who is in the desk board as I’m international traveler I don’t have cash with me I have requested her to pay my cab chargers I will pay her by my card , the way she responded it’s not expected . Please don’t do it next time , The rooms were impeccably clean, contributing to a comfortable and enjoyable experience. A standout staff member, Lahiru, deserves special mention for his excellent communication skills and engaging personality. He consistently went above and beyond, making my stay more pleasant with his friendly demeanor and well-wishes. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service, cleanliness, and the welcoming atmosphere I would like to came again to Doha to stay in same accommodation.. 🤩

Make sure you don't end up here. Although staff is very good the rooms are beyond poor. The shower did not work, toilet was broken, tv did not work lights broken. The room definately needs renovating. The food was terrible, sometimes they even didn't bother to heat it. Charge was over 400 Qatari, just criminal.

I stayed here a night and a day as I was assigned this hotel for quarantine. I arrived the hotel by midnight and by that time the restaurants were closed and couldn't get any dinner. The breakfast and lunch were complementary and were average in taste and quality. Also the room and bathroom could have been little more spacious. But the staffs were very good in behaviour and providing quick services. The whole experience was just average considering the amount I paid for it. The rate seems to be a lot more than what they offer.

I booked this hotel by seeing it's 4star facility in google. But the room provided for my quarantine was very poor. It's like a container room in to which we need to go by sliding through the wall and there is no shelf to keep cloths and the bathroom was like a carry bag where we can't even turn around. It's ashamed to see a 4 star hotel serves like this. Very bad. The money i used to book this hotel as quarantine was like a total loss for me. Never select this hotel again.

3rd class hotel. It's worst than a 1 star hotel. Stayed here for 2 nights for mandatory quarantine. Bathroom was dirty. Room ventilation and cooling system was making noise, had to turn it off. Unedible and tasteless food. Uncomfortable beds and pillows. Nobody should book this hotel until and unless it's the only option you have.

Excellent room service with an excellent staff. All of the staff members are so friendly. Gajendra from reception is really a nice person, he also guide us in finding good places of Qatar. Really a good experience in Ramada Encore.

My room was spacious but old furniture and old mini bar The light in the room was good The bathroom was cased with glass tiles instead of ceramics tiles The breakfast was good Some guys working for the restaurants or the room service will always say " no , we do not have this or that " but in reality they have , they are just lazy to get you what you , so have to insist And it was very noisy

I had a good experience at this hotel. The room was comfortable and suited my needs with a great view. The staff were particularly noteworthy - they were incredibly friendly and accommodating and made me feel very welcome during my stay.

The service provided by the staff and the management is extraordinary. A gentlemen named RANMAL is very kind hearted and very quick in rendering any services. Pool gym and breakfast is too extraordinary...

Booked in Ramada for 2 nights for my husband's visit in Doha. Location is very convenient because it is close to Souq Waqif and Msheireb. Also, just 20mins from the airport. Staff are very friendly and helpful. From the security, receptionist and housekeeping, everyone is just very kind. Special mention to Lahiru (I'm not quite sure if the name is correct) who did the check in for us when we arrived, he was very pleasant to speak to. Check in process was quick and he explained everything in detail. I would like to mention Pauline as well, for assisting us regarding extending our stay for few hours. She was really kind to us. As for the room, we chose the non smoking room although I'm not sure if the smell of the room are cigarettes or smell of oud. Not totally a big issue though. I would like to highlight how fantastic the bedding was! We slept sooooo good. The duvet and pillows are such high quality for me I wanted to have them!!! Overall, our stay was wonderful, the hotel's ambience is perfect, nothing to complain about. We didnt get to use the facilities due to being out most of the time but it's okay. Definitely will book again in this hotel if ever my other family will come over to Doha. I would like to try the breakfast next time too since I heard a lot of good things about it :)

We stayed at Ramada Encore Doha for 2 weeks and absolutely loved the stay. Their deluxe rooms are quite clean and upgraded. Whole staff is super friendly and helping especially Mr. Fahad, Gajendra, Anthony, Security personnel. Best thing about the hotel is their room service is available 24 hrs. Its been a great experience staying over there, would definitely recommend it to others.

Excellent hotel. Only things to quibble about were the restaurant, which closed early so I had to have room service, and breakfast, which doesn't open early enough for me to have breakfast before my 0820 flight.

I like all the staffs that assist me when i visit the hotel. Specially the receptionist filipina who's very kind and entertaining to us. And also the guard that assist me he's very helpful.👍 And most of all the nepali cleaner who always ask if you need something and clean my room in 3 days it was all good i will comeback again to this hotel all was perfect 💗

Affordable bed and breakfast hotel with really friendly and helpful staff. Centrally located too with easy access to the metro station and the Souq Waqif where you can shop for luxury jewelry and local souvenirs and other stuff.

I got a room here through the Qatar Stopover program. It’s not the fanciest hotel in the world, but still pretty decent, with all the amenities you would expect from a chain hotel. The location is relatively good, with the Souq Waqif being a 10-minute walk away, and same for the Msheireb metro station (which has the Red Line to take you to the airport). The view from the window wasn’t great/the window was small.

I had a pleasant stay, the rooms were classy and good designs. what touched me most is the room service they are very nice and professional especially Mr Ashutosh Gurung, the guy is cool. the welcome service was very professional thanks to Mr Alfonse and his colleagues…..🙏🏾

I stayed here for 3 days the location is great the room clean but there are no parking area from hotel for my car and I had situation last night at hotel after 12 a.m. at Night the hotel was doing maintenance ?!!! I hear drill and hammer 🔨 I couldn't sleep and I had to call them three time to stop the noise and they stop for 15 minutes then return to work !!!

Overall, I was satisfied with Ramada Encore Doha by Wyndham. The staff was friendly and helpful. They helped store our luggage until check-in time and from check-out time until our flight time.

Stayed there during my quarantine period. I have to say its a great place. Would recommend to anyone on any given day. Staff are friendly, quick and helpful on queries. The rooms are clean, well ventilated and maintained plus they are equipped with a strong WIFI connection. The food is well prepared and always on time.

Highly Disappointed. Guests waited in the Reception for 2 hours to check-in. No time Management. No back up plan or alternatives for incoming Guests who arrived after long haul flights. Food preferences were never considered. There was zero coordination among the hotel staff. The room was too small which lead to discomfort and inconvenience including the Bed. The driver dropped the Guests a bit far from Hotel and they were made to walk with luggage. How irresponsible!! After all it was just one day Quarantine which turned out to be a disaster. Just because it was weekend it should've not been a reason for such a poor Hospitality Service. Be responsible enough to at least deliver or discharge your duties with Standards. You owe an apology. However it's not going to make a difference. The overall experience was worst which made me judge everything including Discover Qatar, and it's service to the Customers arriving in Qatar. Never booking this Hotel ever again. Thank You for your Service. You deserve this feedback.

Clean and compact room, Good for 2adults or may be 3 person with a kid. Food is below average while in quarentine. Staff members are very courteous and helpful. Room amenities are dated but clean as well as functional.

My 2 days hotel quarantine was quit good & comfort. I was really satisfied with the hospitality that was given by the hotel. All the food services were on time, didn't have any problem on WiFi its was strong enough do my daily online work. Staffs were friendly and I was impressed from there service. Most specially a housekeeping lady staff called Mamata Sing Thakuri was really good on her work, she was kind, polite and helpful. Overall experience was as expected. Thank you.

One of the worst whole hotel in Doha... Never ever book this hotel from any website. I booked this hotel for 1 night quarantine package. I was received by their car from airport but when i reached at hotel, they made me wait for 6 hours in lobby, and reason they gave me is no rooms are available. If u had no rooms for my dates why u booked myself and why u confirmed my booking. i paid you huge amount just for 1 night and thats how you treat your clients....

I had a booking at 3 pm while i arrived 12 hours earlier but before that i called the receptionist mr.lahiro and his information and problem solving skills was extraordinary although i had lots of requests he listened to them all and pass it through his collegues mr. Mohamad and got them all those 2 is one of the biggest assets this hotel have one of the best rooms i ever slept in it's very confortable especially the highest floor i finally find my all time staying hotel and last but not least the restaurant staff were very nice keel up the good work

Canceled my booking upon arrival, the reception and corridors smell are so bad, rooms are too small and the hotel ventilation is so bad, couldn’t stay there. The location is good tho :) Could be suitable for on budget trips

Yesterday I check in your hotel near 4 pm with my wife I am really happy with the service of security who welcome us at gate and after that the Arabic receptionist he was so good even after check out he great us very well and the guy who shows us our room he was so so helpful. In all I am really happy with this 3 staff who are really so good . We will back soon.

We had limited options to book for the worldcup group stage duration, but this hotel was one of the better options. Service is great at this little hidden place within the Msherib area! The staff is friendly, helpful and will go above and beyond to help and accommodate any requests, starting from the lobby, reception, room service, servers, everyone was just great! The rooms are good, continuously cleaned and kept well upon request.. The hub is a good place to watch some games and grab some good food on the menu. A big advantage is the 5-10 minutes walk to the iconic soug waguf!

Everything was amazing. The pool, room restaurant so elegant. All staff was so kind and friendly. Especially thanks to bell crew Mr. Gajendra and night bell crew both was so friendly.

Nice central location, close to the Metro which makes it easier to move between areas and visit attractions. Rooms are neat, clean and comfortable (not much of a view or light in the standard room but I assume this improves with the deluxe rooms). Excellent service from all staff, the security to the receptionist to the cleaners to the dining staff. A special mention to Gajendran, goes out of his way to provide excellent service. Helped with everything from bags to directions to site seeing recommendations and even assisted me with setting up a new simcard on my cellphone When leaving, I was even escorted outside to help find my Uber and my bags packed into the vehicle. Enjoyable visit from start to end. Thank you
