Simply
terrible!
It
was
the
hardest
flight
we
had
ever
experienced
in
our
lifes
and
I
would
never
have
thought
that
we
could
have
this
experience
paying
full
price
for
business
class
flights
with
is
good
amount
of
money.
I
would
say
I
have
such
a
negative
attitude
to
your
airlines
now
that
we
will
avoid
flying
with
you
forever
from
now
on.
The
whole
attitude
in
Doha
during
our
stopover
was
terribly
wrong.
We
had
a
delay
in
Denpasar
for
3
hours
so
we
lost
our
flight
in
Doha,
your
stuff
basically
inforced
us
to
take
the
flight
to
Frankfurt
despite
the
fact
we
needed
to
go
to
Madrid,
we
made
our
request
clearly
to
go
straight
to
Madrid
but
apparently
your
manager
lied
to
us
saying
that
there
were
no
seats
left
on
that
flight
but
later
I
checked
on
the
phone
with
your
stuff
and
apparently
there
were
seats
on
the
flight
to
Madrid
on
the
same
evening.
In
Frunkfurt
airport
we
had
a
stop
for
5
hours
after
14
hours
of
traveling
we
wanted
to
stay
in
the
business
lounge
but
they
were
refusing
to
let
us
with
the
new
tickets
you
gave
us,
after
long
negotiations
they
let
us
in
for
1h
or
something,
and
then
we
needed
to
take
the
flight
to
Madrid
with
Air
Europe,
really?
I
would
say
that
you
have
lost
a
potential
client
for
business
because
now
we
are
flying
only
with
emirates
!
