One of the best Japanese cuisine in town. Must try their Beef Yakiniku.

Money worth spent here. Affordable prices with good to excellent food. Shrimp dynamite was excellent, served in 10 pieces. If only they added more sauces. Sushi chickenkatsu rolls were also very good, comes in 10 rolls for the price of 40QR. Chicken katsudon was not so good, but yakiudon is recommended. All lemonades are good except that blue lemonade was a bit too sweet. Try yakult lemonade - unique taste of drink. Parking is an issue in this area, just beware, you may need to walk a bit far. Services were good.

This place allows you to choose your type of soup and noodles. Both soup are good but I expected more with the noodles. Although overall it is delicious, even the dine in area is inviting and cozy. Social distancing is strictly observed.

It was a good dine-in experience at a reasonable price. Pros: 🌟 Place looks clean and themed Japanese /Korean'sh. 🌟Quick and friendly Kabayan service. 🌟We didn't wait too long for the food 🌟Reasonable price for American size serving. 🌟Soup and Appetizers are served before you order. Cons: 😔Place is a bit small (Hope they can expand soon). 😔The beef tasted hard like you can taste it was frozen for a long a time and thawed it quickly and baked. Few things to improve but it was still a good dining experience. 👍🏽

Good Japanese and Far Eastern restaurant. Need smaller adjustments of service. You can reserve by phone is good advantage. Parking is difficult due to roadworks and limited space. Overall I recommend this place for a individual or group gathering.

Still better than the second branch 👍 went here today with my small fam. Place is small but cozy. They renovated it too! Food is still excellent. The asian short ribs is a must-try. All time fave beef bulgogi is always a go-to when you don't know what to order. And of course don't forget to order tempura! Update: they never fail to upgrade their services. Today I found out that they have toddler-friendly utensils too 😊👍👍👍

The food is fine, they have huge servings. The place was small but very clean. The only problem is the location, it’s a busy street so I advice coming during after lunch hours.

Liked shrimp dynamite and gyonzo chicken( which basically is a just a momo) but seafood akisobo was just average.

This restaurant has always provided us with the much-needed comfort of good food, relaxing atmosphere and ambience, clean environment and of course wonderful staff. Been here numerous times and the fact that we keep coming back is testament of what i had written above. If anyone is looking for a wide spread of sushi and assorted Korean food at reasonable prices, then Fudo Restaurant is the place to be without a doubt!

Fudo Bin Mahmoud. The food is very disappointing here. When you get your dishes on the table everything looks quite good and portions are big. But when you try the food, you realize that you don’t want to eat it at all. I’ve got ebi shrimp tempura, it was soggy and oily, without much of any taste. Salmon miso soup was ok, but it was again lacking the taste, there was definitely not enough spices. Tuna and Philadelphia maki are big, but rice is absolutely awful, and they put big chunks of fried onion on top, that was actually raw inside. And after all a Bubble tea.. the bubbles were crazy hard and chewy. I guess for those people that are hungry, the place is ok, but if you know anything about proper Asian food, you shall never go there.

This is a decent Asian fusion restaurant. The one thing I liked about this place was the variety on the menu, but I wish the standard was higher on some of the dishes. For instance the kimchi fried rice with grilled chicken was excellent. However, the soup was just okay. I ordered the shoyu soup with udon noodles. I thought the udon noodles were pretty good, but the broth was not very good.

I tried their spicy tofu and broccoli with miso soup , it was to the point . simple and healthy

This was my first visit to this restaurant and it surely lived upto the reputation. The taste and presentation was very good. Staff was courteous and service was prompt. Price was very reasonable.This is now my goto sushi place.

Food is superb, good ambience and nice staffs

Placed an order with Fūdo tonight. Placing the order was very slow and a bit painful at times. When we placed our order we were told there had to be a minimum order of 200QAR - could not see this anywhere on their menu or Facebook. This needs to be made clear to the customer and advertised. We had to order more food because of this which was a shame because it wasn’t worth it! The food was very average and lacked individuality. Many of the dishes were difficult to distinguish from each other as they all tasted the same. We wouldn’t recommend Fūdo and will not be placing an order with them again.

Decent Japanese food.. well priced for frequent trips. My only gripe is that the food felt like it's pre-made and kept heated and packed on demand.
