Update: After being a very loyal customer for years, I was very surprised by their complete disrespect for people fasting in the holy month of Ramadan. Can you imagine they don't open for Iftar?? This is an old but gold place. Consistently good seafood preparation. The complimentary dishes (fresh vegetables, bread and dips) are generous. The salads are really good. I highly recommend goat cheese and beets salad. However, the prices are so steep especially for side dishes and drinks. Another issue is that they don't have a big variety of preparations that can be made with the fresh fish you select from the display. They only have grilled, fried, tandoori, and curry styles. For some fish, they offer grilling with other flavors (balsamic vinegar for example) but I wish they add more ways to choose from. The servers taking orders near the fish display don't handle customers so well and not always patient to explain things.

Excellent place for having fish. The restaurant is in katara and the ambience is very good. Price wise being a sea food restaurant it's good. You can choose ur fish by weight n prepare the way u like, tandoori, fry, grilled n choose dry or spicy Thai style on some preparation. U can chk with the person taking the order Also sometime u can fry with spicy breadcrumb. My best recommended fish is salmon tandoor , shery spicy breadcrumb fry and oyster in thai sause.

I recently had the chance to eat at a Lwzaar , and it was really nice. The food was amazing and exceeded my expectations. Though it was a bit expensive, the taste and quality made it worth it. The Lobster with White Cream dish was especially delicious and left me wanting more. I also tried their Prawn Biryani and Hamra fish, both of which were incredibly tasty. The flavors were well-balanced and the presentation was impressive. there are a couple of things that could be better. First, I wouldn't recommend getting the soup. It was too small for the price and not worth it. I hope the restaurant considers this feedback and rethinks their soup offerings. Second, it would be great if they had local Qatari soft drinks. It would add a nice touch and give customers a taste of the local culture. Lastly, I was disappointed with the staff. When my husband and I arrived, the employee who greeted us wasn't very friendly. Even though we had made a reservation, we were made to wait while another customer was given priority. Eventually, we were seated in a mostly empty dining area, so the wait was unnecessary. In summary, my experience at this restaurant was mostly positive. The food was delicious and left a lasting impression. However, there are areas that could be improved, like the soup portion sizes, beverage options, and staff training. With these improvements, this restaurant has the potential to be an outstanding dining destination.

One of the best (if not the best) Seafood Joint in Qatar. Great menu selection, lots of fish to choose from & many options of how you want your fish/items cooked/grilled/stirfry/fried etc. Their service is always on point, I havent had any delays or problems communicating. The vibe is very welcoming & its widespread so its pretty large space inside. For the food: I liked most of the selections we had, all the salads we chose from has been prepared quiet well, fresh ingredients & taste great 👌🏼 Seafood part was all prepared very well,the stirfry thai style was OH-KAY but still better than any other seafood joint around town in the same level. We had multiple choices of Seafood: - Mussels stirfy Thai Chili Style 👌🏼 - Grilled Hamour 👌🏼 - Fried Hamour - Mix of Squid-Cuttle Fish-Shrimp Stirfry Thai Chili Style - Grill Prawns 👌🏼 - Seafood Soup (I personally didnt like it) it didnt have enough flavor it was creamy & fishy - we also hadthe small fry fish in Arabic its called Bizreh (بزرة) This place is Always recommended

Came here for the experience after being suggested by many people. The place is big and there was no wait time. After being seated our waiter explained the process for ordering and took our drink orders. There was plenty of fish and seafood to choose from and cooking styles varied. Ordered my fish fried and a side of seafood fried rice. There were many cooking stations were you could see your food being prepared. Wait time was shorter than 15 minutes for our food. Also, the views of the beach made my visit more enjoyable.

I was there before noon. The staff is they are very helpful and friendly they help me to get cheated and also instructed me how to order. The food came with big portions and reasonable prices I ordered two dishes of different kinds of fish and a side dish of hummus. There are many selection and cooking method s for us to select. It was quite exciting!

The place is gorgeous as is the ambiance. Very big restaurant with ample seating. Wide range of fresh fish available to pick from. The take on the classic British fish n chips was very good! A lot of chips in terms of portion. Great price at 55qar!

I’ve lived nearby for more than a year, and only now tried this restaurant. It was a pleasant surprise. The seafood was fresh, and cooked perfectly. The price was reasonable too. children will love this place as there is also a small aquarium inside. Will definitely return.

The food is tasty & worth every riyal we paid, the service is excellent even during weekends & busy times, and the staff is very professional, friendly & respectful. A nice seafood restaurant in Katara. Plenty of fresh sea treats to choose and have cooked the way you like. I liked the Mohammar(sweet rice) with fish stew. You can also get curry. The cold hibiscus 🌺 drink was refreshing. Interior had a nice design. Staff was friendly and attentive

By far of the BEST seafood restaurant in Doha! I have been coming here for many years and the quality remains the same if not better. You can order stuff such as appetizers, sides, sushi and drinks off the menu. The rest of the seafood however is on display, you can select the seafood you would like and they would suggest the style of cooking for you. They offer a wide selection of cooking styles ranging from asian, western and local Qatari cooking style. My favorites are the Lobster cooked in bechemel sauce, mussels in garlic lemon, mud crabs in creamy sauce, the scallops with cream and cheese, breaded fried shrimp, and the grilled tiger prawns. As for the fish my favorite is the seabass cooked in salt! Their sushi and maki rolls are excellent as well. The restaurant is quite large but make sure to book in advance especially on the weekends as they book out fast.

Loved the food! It's one of the best seafood restaurants in Qatar But it is quite expensive so be careful of the prices before you order the food from the fish market. Sea bass was expensive but very delicious. Make sure to get the shrimp cooked with shells on. We made a mistake of ordering the shrimp without shells and it tasted so dry.

This place is often good.. except that the prices are getting higher and higher.. the good service is probably connected to locals and packed table with more than 4 pax.. I hope I'm wrong!

I was here yesterday and I noticed that this restaurant was the busiest in whole Katara Village so we decided to eat here. The variety of fishes was extraordinary, from international fishes and especially to the local produce. The food was served well and hot. Most notable item was the Lobster in thermidor sauce. The price I would say worth the penny. All the staff are doing good, even greet you with a big smile considering how busy the place was. Kudos to the team! Definitely will be back soon!

To be honest its overrated, we didn t enjoy any of our plates exept the sashimi salmom that came after fried fish. Tabboule no taste Bezri fish not cleaned from inside🤢 Fried fish overcooked. You need to ask for tahina sauce with the fried fish. Not recommended at all.

Delicious food and Souhaib, who served us with a friendly smile and an amazing attitude, provided simply amazing service from the moment we met until the end, accommodating lots of requests from our side: extra lemon, extra carrot, and extra bread. I was invited to have dinner with my friend at L'wzaar and the experience was not bad at all. Good atmosphere and very clean place. Service was quick and hosts were so informative and polite. We ordered grilled and fried dishes in addition to the soup (crab) which was stinky and not tasty at all. The fried fishes were done to perfection but the grilled ones were disappointing and were more like boiled with lots of watery sauce which killed the taste. There was nothing special about the shrimp. The place is so expensive compared to what you get and not the best to have authentic seafood meal in Doha. You can get better tasty and authentic fish dishes for half the price.

Waiter Mr Souhaib was excellent. Very attentive and courteous. Grilled Red snapper was nice. Also the Thai styled mixed seafood dish. Grilled Jumbo prawns was somewhat mushy and not firm.

This is one of the best seafood restaurants in Doha. Located in front of the beach, this cozy restaurant offers both indoor and outdoor seating. The food is superb and the servers are the kindest and warmest people. They assist you with a smile. Special mention to our guy, Uzwair who was very attentive and really made us feel welcome.

A very good moment in this restaurant. You can choose your fish or sea fruit and decide the cooking method. Prices are ok for the quality and the freshness. I took fire cracked prawns followed by an Harmour filet grilled. Kudos for the cream brulie with spiced pineapple desert. I can’t tell you about the view as we arrived at night
