The service and waiters were very nice and helpful. I loved the complimentary food 😋 we ordered samosa which was good, Veggie biryani was average and the Murug was below average. I think it needs more flavour, it was slightly plain taste.

Superb authentic Thai, reminded me of Thailand. Elegant and peaceful ambience. Superb service. Rice side dishes a bit too small, though, but they replaced with bigger portions when we asked. Ordered the Pad Thai, green curry, and a few other side dishes. All were great.

Hey all… first of all pardon us for sharing pics after indulging. Truely, this place had it all! From one of the best refreshing mojito to the most delectable avadhi handi biryani… their garlic and coriander naan is definitely recommended with the yummy but not so greasy paneer kurchan! And finally the chef’s special dal makhani… am I impressed or am I super impressed!! They start your meal with a very delicious and flavorful dal shorba on the house, which I must say.. I was tempted to ask for more!!! Finally, is it value for money… a definite yes! Amazing quality with huge portions. And they pack your food so well, must say… one of the finest Indian dining restaurants in Doha! If you haven’t tried it yet… I recommend an immediate indulgence. Situated in the oh so beautiful katara village, it’s eye Candy all the way. And the final mentions, their menu does boast of some awesome chats which we couldn’t try , but it’s calling us back soon! The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating! The chef has some great skills up his sleeves… a dinner that we definitely make memories of!

Excellent service and the food is delicious. Clean and good hygiene practices since the pandemic. Tried their saffron milk cake for the first time. Very interesting flavor profile. The kids love the food and we visit the restaurant on a regular basis. Highly recommend.

Very nice service. We went for my wife’s birthday. The staff was so welcoming that when they found out about the birthday they even ordered a cake from talabat for us. The food was really delicous. Being a north indian foodie I can seriously say that they have top class tasty food and hospitable service

I can't tell you of food, I had a short moment here with a sip of some cocktail juice. You can compromise a chance to take some juice and have a glimpse of the luxurious surroundings, from the Katara Cultural Village, to the sea, Boats roaming about and some sporty activities here. You get access too to a lot of places to visit, don't worry you will envy the story from the three head arts just outside that Sean's to rekindle an era of struggle to fight for something, something to be that they are proud of in the present time, the growth, their freedom, their innovation and that freedom of the fruits from the land, the resource, the value of time. Something to talk about.

Nice dining room, attentive and friendly service. The veg. Starters and main courses were consistently very good. The mango lassi was also very good. Why they offer imported water from Serbia is a mystery to me? The prices are on the higher side. But the location of the restaurant and the food were very good.

We visited Saffron Restaurant in Katara and the atmosphere was nice and calm and the food was excellent, even though we got spicy and very spicy and they changed the dishes for us and brought them the same 😅 Our order was chicken tikka masala which was excellent, chicken karahi was also excellent, tandoori chicken (I do not recommend it, it is dry and less than normal), Indian samosa with vegetables (delicious, but the dough was not properly Indian, it was the same dough as Gulf samosas) and delicious naan bread, of course. Amazing dinner. This was my second time at Saffron. The staff is really warm, especially a waiter named Guru, and the food is outstanding. I strongly recommend for anyone visiting Doha.

I have been living in Qatar for almost 8 years and I have visited in many restaurants on several occasions but the worst experience I ever had was in this SAFFRON restaurant whose service, food quality is very poor and their menu is huge expensive. If the quality of food is good then there may not be much problem due to high inflation.

Excellent service and nice Indian cuisine. I tried the chicken butter and bryani rice and it was so delicious and different than other Indian restaurants. I believe it is pricey and it is like +50% more than average prices I experienced before for Indian food. Thanks.

Good food, welcoming staff, cosy ambiance, nice outdoor seating too. welcome drink + 2 rounds of papadam with sweet and spicy chutneys + daal shorba were offered complimentary to us during our last visit. It's a decent option for indian food. Although it may seem slightly costly, the portions are quite generous in general.

The place is tidy and beautiful and the food is delicious I ordered lamb biryani, masala biryani and butter chicken The service is excellent, as are the staff, but the prices are a bit exaggerated That means one naan bread costs 10 Qatari riyals 🤷🏾‍♂️ The biryani masala is 55% more than it deserves, to be honest They served us a delicious and sweet lentil soup in small cups, as well as a delicious yogurt salad with the biryani. Butter chicken is also delicious

We had a great dinning experience here for our lunch with a beautiful window seat overlooking the sea. The service was good and quick We got complimentary papad with mint sauce and a lentil soup. The soup warmed us up nicely coming from the cold. We started with gol gappa shots for appetizers and a mango drink. The gol gappa shots were not your traditional indian pani puri but they were a fusion kind. It was really tasty with all the sauces. They also gave us a complementary starter to taste which tasted great, it was almost like a mini version of raj kachori. For mains, we got the lamb biryani and paneer khurchan with garlic naan. The biryani had amazing aroma and the lamb was succulent. The paneer curry tasted great with the naan.

We had an amazing time dining at Saffron Lounge. The food 🥘 was so delicious and the staff rendered a top notch customer service. Well done 👏🏾

Unprofessional staff with the worst Indian food I have ever tasted. They count on the recreational beach and tourist attraction to hide their real unprofessional work. I do not recommend this restaurant if you really want tasted Indian spicy. I had a horrible experience in 2021 with a rotten smell chicken Masala and Kabab.

To be honest, the taste does not match the price! Also, chicken biryani is made of white rice, and has nothing to do with Indian biryani, which has rich flavors!! Also, Chicken 65 was a deception on their part, as it was not as usual cut into small pieces and had the soft taste that comes from a Sizzling. Also, the chicken pieces were not melted, but rather difficult to chew. In short, this restaurant is very ordinary compared to Indian restaurants in the East, such as Copper Shindi - Al-Khobar, or Flavors of the East Restaurant - Dammam, or Shezan Restaurant - Dammam,
