Honestly, very disappointed!!! From the dull and gloomy interiors to the really mediocre food! After 6 months in Doha… definitely the most overrated restaurant here! The paneer kadai was like a newbie cooking with a YouTube video recipe. The dal makhani was dry and dull… may be even a newbie could cook better! The entire dinner we were searching for flavors in the entire meal! Excitedly, we had ordered the roti tokri… must say, even that was disappointing!!! Everything had to go back in a bag. We really thought Radisson blu would have a way better restaurant. Also, possible that we came here with vegetarian recommendation, may be that’s where we got kicked off… may be, just may be it’s better for non- vegetarians! Finally…. Save your hard earned money vegetarians who want to have a good North Indian meal! Doha has way lot to offer! Not this again… ever ever again!

Food 1/5 Service 1/5 Ambience 4/5 Absolutely horrible food. The chicken was old and not properly cooked. The curries were disappointing. The biriyani s tasted bad . The only edible item was the Sholay kebab. Also, the waitresses have to be given better training in service. She was acting rude for no reason and her saree was literally rubbing against our food while she was serving. She was acting impatient to take our order. I have never experienced such poor service in a star restaurant. When asked for a takeaway bag, they were asking can we put veg and chicken biriyani together. Lol. We spent close to 900 riyals and this is what we hear. Avoid this place guys.

Much has been talked about this place in last decades that it has been here. Tauted possibly the oldest upmarket indian restaurant, the place to my disappointment has run down over the years. Mediocre food has much to do with it and one should be visiting the place only if you must. Overall food experience is 5/10 while service is only a notch better.

We're there for dinner for the first time. They have a live indian band performing every night, who play guests requests. Seating was more relaxed, not typical of restaurants. The tables were pretty full. They serve alcohol. We have fish starters and then assorted Nan with chenna masala and kadai panner. The food was good.

Delicious food with a 5 star ambiance, recommended for special occasion.

Very good ambiance with Ghazal night , and Ms sushmita really assisted very well. She deserves appreciation.

I have been here before. This place has really dulled down. The ambience is nice, but everything else seemed amiss. It felt like the servers were making an extra effort to do a good job, so an extra star for them. The main course was too spicy.(v) Appetizer was bland. The mocktails were OK. Mine seemed more water and less of a mocktail.

Food was really awesome and kudos to Menaka who provided an outstanding hospitality making us feel at home. Compliments to the Chef and to Menaka as well. Keep it up team .

We came with a lot of expectations due to it's reputación (specially Radisson Blu) but were very disappointed. Food was way below average and very bland. Decor is outdated and unwelcoming. I would not recomend to anyone looking for Indian flavours as Doha has better restaurants to offer

Absolutely loved Chingari. The service is exceptional, ambience authentic, and the food is definitely one of the best Indian dinners I've had in Qatar. I didn't think it was expensive; it was excellent value for money. Thank you to Chamika for her outstanding and.attentive service. We will definitely return.

When we think about celebrations, Chingari restaurant is always our first option and it never disappoints. From the starter to the dessert the quality, quantity and tastes of everything was outstanding, my favorite was all grilled items veg and non veg, butter chicken and sweets were superb Rasmalai, Kulfi, and carrot halwa. It has been the best meal I have ever been served. Service was delightful and very professional. 10/10. Special thanks to Sanu(Sam), Muslni, Sushmitha and Menuka. These staff were very friendly, active and helpful. Recommend to visit.

My dining experience at chingari restaurant was truly exceptional. The service was top-notch, the food was absolutely delicious, thanks to chef Jograj. and what made it even more memorable was the friendly staff who served us with warm smiles. Sushmita, Mina, Munsi, Menuka & Manager Joy Gorge I can't say enough about the excellent service, delectable food, and the wonderful atmosphere created by the team. It was a truly delightful evening.

I heard a lot about Chingari, so thought of giving it a try, however it didn't turn up to my expectation in terms of the food served. The food was ok, I ordered Paneer Makhanna, Chicken Korma, and Chicken Biryani. Biryani was like Kheer :-( I asked for spicy, but it was full of dry fruits I gave up after a couple of servings. It's like they have mixed boiled chicken in rice with sweetener. The only thing good about the place was its ambience and live music which we thoroughly enjoyed more than our food, but I think it was not cost effective. Chingari you need to work a lot on your food section. Thanks.

One of the best place I have seen outside india. Ambience is world class including their food. Live Gazal is cherry on ice. I haven seen this kind of Atmosphere even in Dubai or Even in Mumbai

One of the best restaurants in Doha in Radidson blue hotel near Ramada signal. They serve alcohol and kid friendly. A live classical Indian band plays here

Awesome place. We were greeted by courteous staff with nostalgic hindi songs playing in the background into perfect ambience. We actually expected food taste to be average (some bad reviews here) but on the contrary food tasted really good, only to become excellent as they started the live music in the background. Though a limited menu which is a bit on the costlier side, I would highly recommend.

If you've never been here then think twice before going. The ambience is splendid and the service is decent. But the food isn't that great especially for the prices quoted. Don't know if we went on a bad day or if the food is generally like that. The seating is a little low and the distance to the plates is also a bit much. But if you are looking to explore then this is a restaurant to try once.

A very disappointing experience considering the reputation. Everything from the food to the ambience to the decor of the place is completely uninviting and overrated. The dal makhani and paneer we ordered lacked flavour and one of the worst I’ve had A highly overrated place that won’t visit again.

Amazing Ambience and great place to spend hours with friends and family. We have been here on more than 4 occasions in last 2 months and that says a lot about the service and food. The staff Mina and Sushmita in particular are courteous and ensure guest are comfortable and their food/drink orders are served quickly and with a smile. Food choices are plenty with primary cuisine as North Indian, do try their Paneer Tikka and Appetizer platter options. In drinks, there are sufficient choices. The cost is above average and with the cozy seating and environment, it is a must for family occasions or just weekend get togethers.
