A very wonderful and unique experience. Most of the hotel buffets are same every night or most nights. But somehow Sridan felt different not only in the food choice but also the way it was served. The ambience is very beautiful. The layout of the food categories is really good too.

Had an awesome time with friends. Lunch buffet was excellent. There were many verities of cuisines. Service is exceptional. Special regards to Rohana and Kanishka who served us warmly.

Service was not up to the par. Went as a group (20ppl) for dinner buffet. When asked for juice there were only two options. Orange and just two glasses of watermelon juice. Asked for a beer twice and it never came. Asked for a Pepsi and the staff was like what kind of a Pepsi? I was like just a regular. Then another person came and ask what kind of a Pepsi I needed. Mix grill was hard to chew. Crispy beef was horrible. There was nothing crispy about it. Tasted like dry fish. Overall it was weird and not the kind of service I expected.

Favorite hang-out when it comes to celebration is Sridan Shangri-la Doha Hotel. Golden Circle member which give us accumulated points to redeem on the next visit. Perfect place to dine-in, cozy place and serve Asian, Arabic, Indian , Moroccan and others (International ) freshly cooked seafoods, hot noodles, pizza, grilled & more desserts. All the staff’s esp Nwe, Tricia and Nestor are very friendly. Thanks and more power👍

I find the crew disorganized. Our attending crew was like bored. Just standing there and waiting to be called. I don't know if he is tired or not interested in attending us. God bless to him.

I think we finally found the breakfast buffet that's just perfect for us. We have 2 small kids and the playroom that they have was just nice to keep the kids entertained while the parents enjoyed their breakfast in peace. The price is on point, very reasonable for the variety and quality of food that they offer, especially when utilizing discount vouchers like entertainer / urbanpoint. There was a good variety of food offered - even gluten free options. They also had a good spread of Asian and Indian breakfast foods and that was really good for us. Service was great - we didn't have anything to complain about and they even provided kiddie plates and bowls for the little ones. I highly recommend, especially for families with children. We will come back for sure!

Food nice but would not recommend to anyone. Full of noisy, badly behaved children. Completely ruins the dining experience. Children running up and down between tables. So dangerous when people are walking round with hot drinks.

Salads here are ok. Main dishes are very mediocre, overcooked and oily. Deserts are full of butter and not tasty.

Had breakfast here everyday for 2 weeks and a dinner once... the place is overall good and the food is tasty... obviously the dinner was much better ..

Me and my friends had a wonderful time in Sridan. As for the food it can be improved, the deserts were yummy. The asian and indian food were nicely done but the grilled section were just ok. But the service crew were so friendly and warm. Never fail to smile. Our waiter Olga , ( I shall name her best waitress in Doha) never fail to impress us..by the way she was serving for 20 ladies.

Well i love the menu, and a fantastic environment, but having to pay extra charges for certain fluids isn't such a good idea🙄🙄

After Covid even a better option

Looked many restaurants for Saturday lunch and ended up choosing this restaurant because they said on phone, having options for vegetarians. This is what most restaurant of this type says but this time it was really happening. Variety of dishes for different taste buds. The lunch buffet included Asian, indian, Italian, Moroccan, 3 live cooking stations, grill items, salad, cheese and dessert. Limited dishes in term of numbers but everything was tasty. 135 rials for adults and the half price of it for children. Complimentary for under 5 years old. The chef in each live cooking were friendly and helpful, especially the one at the Moroccan station. Thanks for making our day a memorable one. One of the best excellent restaurant hotels in Doha with a great dining. I appreciate the valuable service of the staffs like Trixia and Nestor who are so kind. My family enjoyed a lot for this wonderful experienced.
