Our
dining
experience
at
the
Cheesecake
Factory
was
a
mixed
bag.
Starting
on
a
high
note,
our
server
Aiko
was
the
highlight
of
our
evening.
Her
infectious
personality
and
exceptional
service
made
us
feel
truly
welcomed.
She
was
chatty,
funny,
and
extremely
helpful,
with
a
warm
smile
that
never
left
her
face.
In
terms
of
service,
the
rating
was
an
undeniable
10/10.
Moving
on
to
the
food,
things
got
a
bit
rocky.
We
ordered
a
kids'
meal
pepperoni
pizza,
which
was
nothing
short
of
a
disappointment.
The
cheese
was
watery,
greasy,
and
the
overwhelming
garlic
smell
was
off-putting.
Unfortunately,
the
child
in
our
party
found
it
unpalatable,
which
led
us
to
cancel
the
order.
The
pizza,
sadly,
was
a
dismal
1/10.
However,
the
restaurant
redeemed
itself
with
the
beefsteak
taco
meal.
The
dish
was
flavourful
and
delivered
a
delightful
explosion
of
good
flavours
on
the
palate.
It
was
apparent
that
Cheesecake
Factory
maintains
consistency
in
the
quality
and
taste
of
this
dish,
earning
it
a
well-deserved
9/10.
The
Skinnylicious
turkey
and
avocado
sandwich
was
another
high
point
of
our
meal.
The
excellent
quality
turkey,
soft
milk
bun,
and
fresh
avocado
made
for
an
excellent
sandwich.
It
was
a
hit
and
a
definite
10/10.
The
final
dish
we
sampled
was
the
fried
shrimp,
which
unfortunately
fell
short.
While
the
flavors
were
there,
the
shrimp
was
undercooked
and
crunchy.
The
sweet
and
sour
sauce
had
an
unusual
plastic-like
taste,
which
was
off-putting.
The
accompanying
coleslaw
was
overly
sour,
further
detracting
from
the
dish.
I
will
give
it
a
rating
of
3/10
and
that's
being
generous.
In
conclusion,
our
experience
at
Cheesecake
Factory
was
a
roller
coaster
of
highs
and
lows.
While
the
service
was
impeccable
and
a
couple
of
dishes
impressed
us,
the
inconsistency
in
the
quality
of
food
was
significant.
We
hope
the
Cheesecake
Factory
takes
our
feedback
into
consideration
and
improves
upon
the
areas
that
need
attention.
